Why is ZERO stars not an option? I ordered a steak bomb that was described as SHAVED STEAK, PORTUGUESE SAUCE AND A FRIED EGG ON CHIBATTA BREAD. I got SHAVED STEAK, PEPPERS, ONIONS AND MUSHROOMS ON A ROLL. When the manager looked at the online menu he said "WHAT THE FUCK?" and then said he had to contact he district manager (by text) about a refund. I said you can also tell the district manager that every time I get food here it's messed up. He then told me I was being disrespectful and said there were many things he could do. I waited 10 minutes for him to figure out the issue and then got a refund. I asked him why my suggestion about telling the district manager that the food is always wrong is disrespectful yet he looked at the menu on my phone and said "what the fuck?" 7/25/2026 I'm sure even the manager at the Pawtucket Arigna will be able to tell I'm angry, especially about never receiving a response regarding the lack of shoveling last winter and how after a decade, I couldn't get into your establishment because you don't care about the handicapped that have supported you since you opened. When are you going to close? In the winter you don't shovel and when i wrote to ask what people in wheelchairs or bilateral forearm crutches are supposed to do when there is no access from the street to the sidewalk and even if you can get to the sidewalk, it is less than a shovel width wide. No bother of a response. No shoveling either. I've written about the tv's being randomly tuned to stations and no one being able to change the channel unless a specific bartender or server is available. Now you have to put a sign out front to tell people the air conditioning is working because your manager just walks out on people while they are literally dripping while working and says he doesn't know when the air conditioner company will be available. A young couple with children came in because they had no air conditioning at home and wanted to at least have a meal in a cool restaurant. Arigna was not the choice. Of course, now you can "brag" that it's fixed but even the sign that the restaurant uses to tell customers that their ac is now working and they don't have to worry about heat stroke has a brunch advertised on the reverse side that hasn't been available for years. I guess Ryan will have to check the company that works on restaurant street signs. They might be a subdivision of the air conditioner company. Can't he take care of things. He doesn't have to shovel but I'm sure either staff, customers, or the air conditioner staff not working in the winter would help out. Just close the place. My family and I go twice a week religiously not because of Arigna but because we love the people (those that don't steal customer points or make drinks, rather than buy them from the bar, out on the patio). I have been going to Arigna since I required someone to push me in my wheelchair because I didn't have the strength to move it myself and now at least I can walk with crutches and luck. Too bad for Ryan that my arms and hands now work harder than him. He may be a good employee but many of the staff that feel they have to accept his negligence and turn a blind eye to his deficits or lack of concern until they just lose it and become criminals. Your "specials" are at the whim of whomever is cooking and they are never available for customers to review in a timely manner. Specials are just that, not some rehashed item that repeats every week and is not special but just a menu item with a different name or a deleted main menu item that becomes a special after being off the main menu for whatever reason. I recently met up with some friends for lunch and we decided to go here and right off the bat I liked that there was ample parking as there usually isn't in this area and it's easy to find as well. We went in and were seated at a nice booth in the bar area, I liked how we could see the pizzas being made and the smell of the oven. Our waitress was fantastic and really made an effort to make sure we were taken care of. The interior is nice and comfortable and not over done. We all ordered pizzas and I had the meatball and mushroom which was fantastic, I honestly cannot believe I ate the whole thing but it was that good! It was cooked perfectly and very flavorful and light and crispy, the oven makes a nice crust and great flavor I haven't had anyplace else. First restaurant I picked to go to after getting back from my deployment. Everyone in there seemed to be up tight. From the unfriendly hostess sighing before greeting us. To the terrible waitress verbally complaining about having to serve my table because she wanted the table with the older adults and one more person. She brought out the drinks then never came back to take our order after passing us +10 times. We sat there for 45 minutes at a table without any service what so ever. She ignored us every time we passed. After this experience, I don't see myself coming back. Can't believe this happened and that the waitress let her immaturity affect her professionalism. Arigna's is a fantastic stop no matter what. Have come here for St. Paddy's Day, New Years, and just for fun many times. Their pizza is phenomenal, the fish and chips are some of the best we've had in New England, and their new menu has some incredible hits on it. The Guinness Beef Stew was especially good, the Honey Hogs, "Pork Wings", were fantastic as well. I'll be generous and go with four stars but I'd say more like 3.5 really. We came here after a hike at the Caratunk Wildlife Refuge. They have an extensive beer selection but sadly they were out of both of our first choice beers. I was hoping for a Shipyard Pumpkin brew and my bf was hoping for a Chubby Unicorn brew from our favorite local brewery, Smug. I settled on another pumpkin beer I never heard of and bf got a Fat Tire. The unknown pumpkin beer was quite tasty but served in a smallish glass. There are no prices on the beer menu (wtf?) and when we got the check the unknown pumpkin beer was $9. Again, wtf? Anyways, for food we both got tuna melts which were huge and served with fries and a pickle. We could have ordered one and shared it because we could each only eat half of our plate. The fries were very tasty, thick and fresh out of the fryer. They had malt vinegar on the tables, which I always appreciate. The tuna melt had tasty ingredients but sadly was not very melted. The bread was toasted but the interior was kind of cold and the cheese not melted. Part of why I wanted to take the other half home was to properly melt it. Service was totally fine and we were seated and the food came quickly, although I would have appreciated a bit more cooking time on the melt. When we first arrived there was a very loud table near us which was kind of annoying but once they left, the volume returned to normal levels. We have gone to this location for a while. Went here last night with the wife (Friday, 2-7-2025). The meals were good as well as the beers. The issue developed when we ordered spirits. Wife ordered a Sambuca (Neat) and I ordered a Glenfiddich 15 (Neat). The Sambuca came to $7.00 while the Scotch came to $15.00. Nothing surprising here, except when we received the bill. They added what i believe to be a "surcharge" to each one of the drinks. $3.00 for a "Rocks Pour" for the Sambuca and $3.00 to the Scotch for a "Neat" pour? First, the Sambuca was not on the rocks. We measured both drinks against each other and they were the same amount. When we questioned the waitress, she gave some word-salad answer of it being bartender-jargon and that it had to do with the amount of the pour. That was a bold-faced lie. Again, both drinks were identical in volume. I have never been charged for a "Pour". Anywhere. One could argue that some locations "Build" that fee into the overall price. Fine, but don't bullshit me with an added "Fee" that was not disclosed prior to the order being placed. To be fair; good food, good beer and service. This is my favorite new place! Awesome service, even though one of the bartenders is very quiet and keeps to himself at a place where people are very talkative and enjoying themselves. I do understand some people are just quiet and I can't complain when this bartender is always making sure our drinks are never empty. So disappointed! Lastnight we went to Arigna for the third time and it's gone consistently downhill. We went in February for dinner and loved it, great atmosphere, helpful staff, excellent food. We went back in April. I had the chicken Alfredo and halfway through eating it the sauce broke so my plate was covered in oil. My husband had the steak tips and they were dried out. We decided to give it one more try since the first time was so good. My husband's draft beer was skunked, it was removed from the bill. His Asian salad was ok, not as good as the first time he had it. My ice tea tasted like water. My mozzarella florentine sandwich was basically a soggy spinach sandwich, the fries were well done on the outside and barely cooked on the inside. On a side note, it was 92 degrees out and they were installing air conditioning. Now they had to know summer was coming, why wait until the middle of June to install air??!! I want to talk to you today about French fries. Arigna is a neat spot whose name I am most certainly mispronouncing. They do pub food with an Irish bent, and they do it well. I've not had a bad meal here in ~4 visits. A perfect text-book cheeseburger, the best Reuben I ever ate--all here. Many of their entrees come with fries. I like fries, even if they came from a bag. Who doesn't? But these fries are obviously cut by hand, possibly par-boiled and then fried to order. They have the skin on. They are like a baked potato inside, and crunchy and slightly yielding on the outside. I dream about them. When we pass Arigna, I instantly begin thinking about them. They are not your typical bar fries. Hell, they are not your typical $90 steak place fries. I assume Arigna is Gaelic for "amazing French fries." Everything else is very good, and the staff are incredibly nice. But these fries will ruin all other fries for you. You have been warned. read more

Great Pawtucket neighborhood pub. Really like the layout, a large bar area and a dining area that with spacious booths and nice windows right on the street corner. The menu was impressive, the Cheesesteak spring rolls was outstanding. Burgers were cooked perfectly with nice rolls and all the request sides and toppings. This really is that "hidden gem" they advertise it to be. Traveling and needed a stop for lunch. Pawtucket is a town that feels a little tired and so I was skeptical. Even more so when I heard it was an Irish pub that served pizza. The place has a great feel. Dark wood and stone. Big TV screens for the game (including soccer -a must for an Irish pub). Loved the large double Guinness taps. Bartender ( owner?) could not have been nicer. A gentleman who knew how to properly pour a Guinness and knew enough to ask if you wanted him to "start" a new Guinness when you were 3/4 finished with your first. I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Done perfectly with good fries. Wish I could have stayed longer. When I said goodbye the bartender reached out and shook my hand. Nice touch. When I asked our server if the music could be turned down she said "We've been asked numerous times to ask for the music to be turnedj down and the answer is alwsys "No". I will admit I was drawn in by all of the pictures of the coal fire wings.... mmmm wings. What I really want to write home about was the pizza. OMGGGG. Watching this, what I can only imagine to be a pizza God slaving away by the coal fireplace creating masterpieces was fun. Even if it was making me beyond hungry. This pizza was amazing! I was also able to try the Shepherds Pie which had such a tasty gravy... I will say although the wings were moist they didn't have much flavor. Don't get me started on taps at the table. July 17, 2023 I recommend you avoid the Bellingham MA location until management has a discussion with their staff on why exactly people come into the establishment. Being seated and ignored by employees standing around doing absolutely nothing is not the service model a restaurant wants to maintain. The fam and I decided to come here in early afternoon on St. Patty's day. I was definitely expecting a crowd. We walked in...lots of people at the bar sporting all kinds of green and shamrock garb... and LOUD music. It was all good though - perfect ambiance for St. Patty's day. We were originally told it would be a 40 minute wait, but lo and behold, 5 minutes later we were called. (they take your phone number and call you when the table is ready). While we were waiting, hubby ordered a beer (can't remember which one) and I had a Magners cider. Cider was delicious! Anyway, off to the table... hubby ordered the corned beef and cabbage, I had a corned beef reuben, and son ordered the kids meal (pasta and sauce for an Italian boy on St. Patty's day, lol !) and also a french fries basket with gravy for the table. So the fries were good, but definitely needed more seasoning. I don't think there was any salt on it at all. The corned beef and cabbage... delish. Very tender and flavorful. My sandwich, very good. And as we ate, we enjoyed some good music and watched the videos on the big screen! (U2, House of Pain, lots of 80s hits... right up my alley! lol).
