One salesperson with tattoos did get off her rump when she saw two caucasian women come in the store and ask how they were today or if they needed help! Will never shop here. Where do I even start, we custom ordered a couch and waited 12 weeks for it to arrive and once it did it was wrong. The store then ordered us a replacement sofa and has to wait another 12 weeks to be finished. While we were waiting we ordered a chandelier which came without a box and missing parts. Then the store sent me the wrong parts and I'm still waiting to finish installing my chandelier. Do not shop here do not give them any of your money because this is the worst excuse for a furniture store there is. They will apologize but do nothing to make it right. read more

Loved our experience with Arhaus! Our designer was very pleasant and gently assisted in our choice of the perfect table, chairs and bench for our dining room - and all three pieces are different brands. Dining room table is topped with galvanized steel in a green patina on black, distressed and tapered legs - it totally rocks! Chairs were ordered and hand-made by the Amish in Ohio - black, X-backs, lightly distressed and we had our pick of seat fabrics without an up-charge, choosing a gorgeous celedon green and teal pattern. Love that! The bench has black legs with a warm brown top. The whole ensemble is delicious and just what we have been looking for. And, delivery was a breeze. The guys were on time, polite and took a lot of care to place our new pieces in the dining room without damage to anything (what a nice change from others we have recently dealt with!). Next....... a handsome, brown leather chair for our master bedroom. Can't wait! We checked out Pottery Barn first and so glad we moved on to Arhaus. i've been shopping Arhause for years and I have always had a good experience whether it be the Cherry Creek store or the Park Meadows location. From their Relic series to just about everything else I find their pieces and even their collections unique and of interest. My most recent purchases were made just prior to the '18 holiday season at the Park Meadows location and my purchases arrived earlier than they were promised by. My designer, Mimi Blanchard, has been my go-to designer when shopping at the Park Meadows location over the past five years. She is one of the most professional and friendly designers I've experienced in retail. From her ability to coordinate features with my existing home decor to her ability to point me in directions regarding textures, patterns and colors that I would have never guessed on my own, has consistently finished with pleasing results. She is a rare find as a designer goes in the retail world. With the many purchases that I have made over the years from Arhaus, I find myself coming home to a house that is uniquely and truly me. With a sense of enjoyment in the comfort and the aesthetics that I have worked so hard for over the years. I am absolutely thrilled with the end results. I highly recommend the Park Meadows location and designer, Mimi Blanchard, to anyone who is looking to add new features and styles to their home along with a designer who is knowledgable, honest and talented in what she does. If you expect good customer service then this is not the place for you. Went in to purchase a mirror, spoke with a sales associate that Indicated that she would follow up on a purchase we were trying to make. It was Labor Day weekend and she said that's they typically have sales on Labor Day. Since they have a mandatory "delivery fee" of 200.00 we are trying to get the best deal that we could. The sales clerk said that she would do the best that she could but they had a new manager and he was a difficult person to work with in regards to any discounts. She stated that she had been at that store for 11 years and had never encountered a manager like the new guy. Needless to say we never received a call back or any follow up. GORGEOUS pieces for the Luxury and high end home! I'm not cool with paying 10k for a fabric couch or 200. for a vase i can get at Pier 1! BUT, i am a fan of cute aprons for my wife, fun decor, cool side tables and unique finds to deck out your house! The quality is fabulous and is built into the price. I bet you can find copy cats of some of the high end furnishings at WOW, or Krauss, or Pier 1, Pottery Barn and more. Its a great place for inspiration and small pieces, eclectic finds but SUPER over priced. If you can get pieces on sale- you will be paying close to what you'd be spending at woodleys or creative leather at their normal prices! Great customer care! read more

My husband and I went and sat on a Landmark sectional in Arhaus Park Meadows in January of 2016 and then ordered the sectional in January of 2016 that was delivered in June of 2016. The casing material of cushions was extremely stiff and uncomfortable so we took cushion into the store manager at Arhaus Park Meadows in June of 2016. She agreed with us and wrote up an internal email to Arhaus Client Services stating that "The piece is beautiful but it has a crunchy casing that sounds like a waterproof crib mattress pad. All of their cushions are doing it as well as their back cushions and pillows." Even though the store manager agreed with our concerns, Client Services justified the stiffness by saying that they had overly starched the material. No one starches lining?! The Landmark sectional displayed in Arhaus Park Meadows was very comfortable and we discovered that it was manufactured in 2013 and that Arhaus had changed the casing lining in between 2013 and 2016, which we were not made aware of. . . We have complained and emailed Client Services, the Director of Client Experience and the CEO and they still will not replace the casings with a softer fabric, or provide support to let us have our upholsterer make them. Another client of mine (I am an interior design consultant) spent over $20,000 and ordered furniture in January 2016 as well, and has had nothing but problems with the quality and delivery of furniture from Arhaus. read more

We have several pieces from Arhaus, some for over 10 years now and the quality is fantastic. Most of the negative reviews here seem to have something to do with special orders - and I could certainly understand that. We have mostly shopped their warehouse sales for in-store steals. We now have over 10 pieces and I feel like our daughter will have them some day, the quality is outstanding. read more

Do not invest in their worry free protection plan because when you actually have a claim, it's denied! In their marketing brochure, it states that pet damage is in included; well only pet damage from bodily fluids is included. I relied on the brochure and submitted the claim, only to find out that it was excluded. What a waste of time and money! read more

Personally, I will never shop at Arhaus again. I used to LOVE this store. At least I used to love browsing here and fantasizing that I might own all of that lovely furniture and decor in my own home. I changed my mind when I became a buyer here. My experience went like this... my husband I came in looking for a new sectional sofa. We fell in love with one but it was over $5000. A sales associate had helped us the day we came in. She ended up following up with me by email and phone until finally, I had to tell her that we had decided on something else. We found two sofas (instead of one sectional) at Crate and Barrel for less $ and the quality was awesome. Also, the sofas were delivered in 2 weeks compared to Arhaus 12 weeks quoted delivery. Fast forward a few months later, we decide to add two chairs to the room. Came back to Arhaus since I was still drooling over all their furniture and really wanted some for my house. I liked that they had so may different fabric/pattern options. I was assisted that day by a very nice woman who was great at her job - she showed me all kinds of fabrics and I chose and purchased right then and there. That's very out of character for me. Usually I have to analyze and overthink a huge purchase like that. By the way, the chairs were each over $1000! I had a little bit of buyers remorse afterwards thinking that I way overpaid but hoped that these chairs were worth it. Here's what happened next that really changed my mind about Arhaus. I received a phone call from Sales Girl #1, the one that had helped me months ago with the sectional we never did by. She called me and said she saw my name on the chair order and hadn't I mentioned to Sales Girl #2 that I was already working with someone? Excuse me??? So I guess when you walk into Arhaus and are approached by a sales person, you are OWNED by that sales person for the rest of your life, you must never do business with anyone else! Regardless of the fact that I bought something completely different from the first time I came into Arhaus. This soooo rubbed me the wrong way, I got off the phone fuming. I ended up voicing my complaint with the manager but who knows if Sales Girl #2 was ever reprimanded. As far as the chairs go, we were quoted 12 weeks but it actually took them 16 very long weeks to arrive. The quality is okay but not worth the $. Bottom line, enjoy window shopping at Arhaus but do not actually spend you money here. read more

For what Arhaus charges for furniture you do not get the same amount of quality of product. Purchased multiple things from here including couch and chairs easily over $10k spent and have had an issue with almost each piece. From fabric pilling after six months to cushions warped it's been one thing after another. Their customer service must be used to issues as they act quick and cave to warranty requests which can take weeks if not months to schedule. The sales associates are so eager to help and after the sale when there is issues punt you off to corporate. Bottom line when you spend this kind of money and the store tries make it seem like it is a high level furniture product line, it's definitely a smoke and mirrors play. read more

I had been searching for a sectional sofa to fit in a smaller den for about year. I finally found a suitable sofa at Arhaus Furniture. This piece was not cheap - over $5,000; however, their sofas are American made with sustainable products, which I appreciate and will pay more for. Unfortunately, I was having trouble selecting a fabric. Bear in mind, Arhaus didn't come to my house: I was the one making multiple trips to the store and had to leave a $100 deposit every time I took samples home, so this was no picnic for me. After the second trip, the sales girl told me that it shouldn't be this difficult, and that I go home and forget about it! That seemingly offhand comment had a very negative effect. After two more trips, I finally decided on a fabric. It was demoralizing experience - no other salesperson would help me because I was her client, and she had also given up. The fabric isn't that great either. It makes the sofa feel very stiff. Arhaus apparently expects their clients to be able to make snap decisions. I can ever walk back in without feeling like I'm wasting their time. read more

The day after our sectional arrived, my family and I went on a 2 week vacation and didn't really get the chance to look it over thoroughly. When we got back we noticed two different stitch patterns on the sectional. One was a single stitch and the other was a double stitch. I called the customer service dept, they asked for pictures of the differences. I sent them pictures and descriptions, within a week I received an email stating that they would be replacing the 5 cushions that were different. After about 4 or 4 weeks a box arrived yesterday UPS. In the box were 5 replacement covers, not 5 new pillows. The covers seem a bit looser than the original covers giving the sectional a loose suit look now. Had they sent the replacement pillow like they promised, they would have noticed that the covers were too big. We are totally underwhelmed with Arhaus... If you were counting... This is the forth issue we have had on this one purchase. In our case, Arhaus was overpriced, they over committed and they under delivered. My advice for you is to go in with an open mine, but don't trust everything you are told. read more

I was passing through Park Meadows mall and I was greatly surprised and concerned to see Arhaus still open and not appearing to show signs that they are proactively closing in lieu of the Covid 19 virus. As a company who prides themselves on being socially conscious and environmentally aware and, who I personally have bought furniture from many times before, I am truly concerned that they do not practice what they preach , Not showing a serious concern for their employees and their customers well being makes me wonder when things get back to normal if I should ever shop there again. At this particular time and stage in the game of the virus it is unconscionable to think that Arhaus is not putting their customers and employees safety and well-being as a top priority. Coming from a large corporation it is my guess that the corporate view of the virus versus the people that are on the street working and being exposed are two very different environments. It is my hope that when I drive by Park Meadows tomorrow that I see that you've joined the ranks of every other major retailer and will close your doors for the good of the community and the nation. As an aside, On my way home I stopped by a competitor of yours , RH and they announce that they're closing as of tonight , for the next 10 days. I hope that you do the same. read more

Very difficult to do business with after the sale. Still do not have the furniture we put 1/2 the money down for back in December...it is now May. To compensate us, we were offered an additional 15% off. We have requested an invoice so we could pay the rest ( as they won't ship until payment is received in full), but that has yet to happen. Bad practices, poor and unresponsive management, we will need to go to small claims court to close this chapter...or they will most likely start to charge us interest on unshipped, unreceived merchandise. I purchased a $7,000 sectional sofa. The clips that hold the sections together were missing clips so my sections were sliding apart. When I called the sales person who sold me the sofa I was told to call " concierge " which is a completely different company. On hold for 20 minutes and was only sent one clip. I went into the Columbia store and spoke with the sales woman who was so helpful to sell me the sofa. I insisted she call concierge to arrange delivery for my missing clips. She very reluctantly called. She was on hold for 15 minutes. I asked that when they pick up her call she please ask to have my clips sent. She said she would have concierge call me. I explained I don't need to talk with them. She had the information about what I needed. I asked she please just ask them to send the missing clips. 1 month later , NO CLIPS ! Once you make your purchase there is no customer service. I am extremely disappointed and will never purchase or recommend Arhaus to anyone. read more

I so wanted to be able to write a positive review for this place, but it's just not going to happen. Everything that's been said here relative to horrible customer service, apathetic management, failure to communicate, ever-changing delivery dates, and the list goes on and on has led to an absolutely abysmal shopping experience. While the furniture quality is good, the misrepresentations as to delivery times and communication in the time between order being taken and delivery is a joke. The sales consultant we worked with was great (at first), but once the majority of the furniture was delivered and paid for, she too went radio silent. In a nutshell, we purchased a sofa, loveseat, chair, ottoman and bed frame with a delivery date of 10-12 weeks. (Spent over $13K) To date...September 16, we still have not received the chair although Arhaus did allow us to use their floor model until ours could be manufactured. I have never had a more frustrating experience in furniture shopping. From the top manager on down, no one cares once they get your $$. I would encourage you to read the rest of the reviews and not just rely on one. However, the general consensus is that this place has no clue about customer service, professionalism or just how to run a business. Too bad. I've given them every benefit of the doubt, second chances, opportunities to restore my faith and loyalty. DISAPPOINTED EVERY SINGLE TIME. WORST OVERALL EXPERIENCE EVER! After having a poor experience with the third-party warranty company at Arhaus with furniture I purchased 4 years ago, I reached out to the store directly to discuss my issue. I purchased a large amount of furniture from this store in 2014, and bought the warranty product at that time, which requires tons of red tape when you have a problem. I do not recommend buying the warranty (Worry Free.) However, Arhaus sales associates and store manager were all extremely helpful, polite, and they assisted fully in finding a solution to my problem. I think the people at the store are wonderful. Arhaus has high quality products, and I would recommend shopping here because you have sales associates that you can talk to in person, not just at an -800 number to call after you buy and pay. read more

Special ordered a club chair in Sept. and it was delivered approx. 7 weeks later and shortly after I developed a mouse problem in my house. After suffering through numerous attempts ( placed 12 mouse traps in house) it was discovered they had a huge nest in back cushion of chair. Since one of the dead mice was of a color that is not related to Colorado mice it was decided that they came with chair when it was delivered from their manufacturing plant. Have never had a mouse before and contacted Arhaus and was told regional manager would be contacted and we would hear back within 3 days. Never heard a word. Chair cost over $1200.00 and because of all the stains etc in chair it is worthless. Never been treated this poorly before. read more

Very nice furniture, but absolutely terrible at order fulfillment, which is the theme of every review I've seen. It takes 4 months to receive a fairly popular table due to 4 "custom fabric chairs". I believe there are two guys and a trick duck in a garage making this stuff and their COO should invest in fixing the problems. Ridiculous, given how many stores across the US. Oh and I still have no furniture after a February order and not a single returned phone call. At this point, I could drive to Ohio, rent a U-Haul and bring my furniture home before they are even planning on sending a vehicle on the road. This would include site seeing and a visit to the Rock and Roll hall of fame). Clearly a logistically challenged company. But the furniture is nice for those who have no expectation of putting it into their home. Impulsive shoppers, or those with high levels of anxiety should avoid this store!! The designers here are very snooty and don't give you the time of day unless they think that you are going to purchase something that day. I needed to think about a large purchase and sales lady got frustrated and basically shut down and didn't want anything to do with me. The next day I came back in to make the purchase and she even said she was shocked to see me. She then tried to make up for the way she had treated me the day before and it was obvious she was embarrassed about the way she acted. Furniture took over 12 weeks to get delivered and no one ever followed up with me to let me know what was happening. I always had to call to find out what was going on. Too much $$$ for the quality. Very disappointed. I purchased 8 dining chairs on 1/27/14 and was told they were in stock (which means in the US) and would ship from Cleveland, OH. On 3/13/14 the truck arrived at my home and the chairs had not been loaded; the drivers were just as surprised as I was. Customer service reports that the next available date to deliver is 4/10, a month from now. I am cancelling the order. This is not custom furniture; it should not require months to deliver. Back to square one in the search for dining chairs; this was a terrible waste of my time. read more

So after spending weeks trying to clear up the issue I had with the worry free warranty, I now have received letters from a collection agency on behalf of Arhaus. Someone did not return the fabric swatches back into their system and now they are trying to get $200 from me. Instead of Arhaus talking to the sales rep about this, they sent me right into collections. After I received my first notice, I called and they promised that they agreed that I returned the swatches months ago and they have removed the swatches from my records and I owe them nothing. I was assured all was right till today when I got a second notice. Of course Matt, who I was told fixed the problem originally, is gone for the day as is Mimi and Michell, the two reps I work with and the store manager Audry is out for two days. Sigh. There goes my credit rating. This company is a big fat failure for customer service. read more

Love their catalog, and their stuff in the stores. We went to the Lone Tree store on March 6,2016 took three sales associates to walk by us before we went to the counter for some assistance. We were told someone on the floor will help you. Some one did....The first thing that the sales person said to us was can't work with you unless I know your budget... not how may I best help you or what are you looking for. We said we will look around. We bought a sofa, chair, and ottoman the sales person warmed up to us at this point(took a purchase). I have been back to the store 5 times since then and purchased a coffee table and a front entrance table( I went to the store to get times when the items would arrive over the last 3 months). Spending close to 7500. We were told in should be here late April, needless to say none of the items are here yet and it,s June 10th, went to the store 2 times last week and requested the sales person call me, which again did not happened. We went to the store tonight and was told no clue when it will get in some long story about they closed a warehouse. She never was told why their was no follow from the sales person. Was also told I will be so happy when it arrives. Once again no date or time frame and no answers. Spent money else where. Poor communication and service. read more
