The staff is very helpful in discussing our needs and helping us find the right products, providing interior design guidance as needed. We keep coming back because of the high quality and unique items we find there. Every time we browse the showroom floor, we find treasures that we just can't pass up. We desire a distinctly southwestern style, and D'Amore has had just what we need, every time. We have been frequenting D'Amore Interiors since they were located on the I-70 Frontage on the West side of Denver. I guess that must be close to two decades! When they moved to their current location, we found them promptly, as we needed some leather dining room chairs! The…read moredining room table was replaced 7 times due to extreme cracking, and it's once again cracking to the point of not being able to use. The buffet is also cracking and looks terrible. The sofa was assessed by Arhaus and they determined all cores need to be repalced - at my cost of $2000. I would expect a $15k couch, that is rarely used, to last more than 3 years. This was the worst $20k I have ever spent - all items now have to be replaced at my cost. Avoid this store and their terrible products at all cost.

We purchased our home from the previous owners, who had these floors installed by Simply Floors…read moreabout five years ago. Unfortunately, they are already falling apart throughout the house. Whether it's due to poor installation, poor-quality materials, or both, the flooring has not held up as it should for such a significant investment. Given the amount the previous owners paid, this level of durability is extremely disappointing. We now have to replace the floors much sooner than anyone should reasonably expect. We will be using a company that stands behind its workmanship and products with a warranty and quality that extends well beyond five years. Based on the condition of these floors after only five years, I would not recommend Simply Floors. A few photos below but it's all over the main floor you can tell they were not installed properly as they are all popping up. And yes I know the warranty was not transferable I just wanted to post so others know the quality to expect before making such a large investment!

We Needed it for the holidays…read more When they delivered it last week, they could not get it in our basement the hallway was to narrow. FR would not give us a refund so we tried to find something there, of course they have nothing in stock And anything that was in stock was small enough to fit or was ugly. The smaller piece we needed for the couch would not be in until January. The manager said I should keep the two pieces i had and just deal with it. We were frantic And of course no refund only exchange. We did not know this as i have never had something delivered that would not fit. We headed to AFW - the salesman ran all over the store with me to measure sofas to find one that would fit And was in stock. The sofa came and again they couldn't get it down. The driver asked if i wanted a refund. This was heaven to me as I was fighting with FR for my money back on the first sofa. Instead i said no lets find something and again they helped us find a couch. They did not charge me a re stocking fee either. I have spent over 10k at FR and now i have to spend a credit there for things i don't need because they will not refund you. I am not going to FR ever again. FR should be a little lenient in their return policy during these times with no inventory update: they made it right, thank you FR!

We went and fell in love w the Cinderella white bed size FULL. They had only the floor model and staged. We bought it. Rebecca was my sales lady. She told me the guys would disassemble it and have it all wrapped up for me when I come back for pickup at 5. So I arrive w my husband and our truck. They told me to pull around to customer pickup around the building by the trucks. I do so and they open the side door and the bed is all in pieces and parts all over the floor. I said WHAT is this. Rebecca said it would be all wrapped up and ready to go. They said OH SORRY there must have been a miscommunication, we will wrap it now. Can we also have your paper work. My husband gave all papers / receipts. So they wrap it up loosely in big bags, help put in it my truck. We arrive home and quickly get to work putting this together. ONE . It is missing hardware. TWO. It is missing a metal slat part that slips into the side rail and headboard. THREE. He never gave us back my paper work and receipt. Now please, answer your phone so I may speak with you.
