My 14-year-old had so much fun at a friend's birthday party. Sounds like all ages would enjoy it but it seems especially fun for teens who have grown out of a lot of play areas to get the chance to just be kids and PLAY! Roller skating, bouncing, arcade, climbing, ropes course, and more. I'm mystified by some reviews that say "there is not that much to do." Don't kids enjoy (at least they used to?) roller skating for hours without any other options? One thing, it sounded like there wasn't much or any supervision for the ropes course or zipline. That did surprise me. I would think someone should be there checking the harnesses. BTW he loved the food. read more

This place SUCKS!! Disappointing amount of fun. Roller skating is dangerous, uneven concrete, which by the way if you fall on seems extremely painful, all for which you pay extra for. Barely any arcade games which you will also need to pay extra for. Oh and if you don't know how to work the pool table, it'll steal your credits if you keep swiping. The only exciting thing was the little course where you're attached to the harness. I went on a less busy time and yet it was a long wait for it. People were getting tangled and running into each other. I could not imagine a busy time. Don't waste your $! Seriously, it's so expensive for what it is. Soooo lame. read more

The "ADVENTURE PARK" advertisement on the site makes it clear that you have to pay for roller skates to rent for $5. I was under the impression that the $50 included unlimited pool, air hockey and Foosball. Everything is an additional charge. What's included in the $50 is the rock climbing, obstacle course for the short zip line ride, the 2 slides, and other physical activities in the adventure park. The air hockey for 4 players was broken. Keep in mind I was told they opened 6 months ago... why are the machines already having issues? The "laser maze" was broken too. Surprisingly, due to COVID, they probably were not open to the fullest extent. The customer service at the concession stand was horrible. When I asked for a cup of ice I was told "We don't give out ice unless the drink machine is broken, it's working at this time so no." What? I was completely confused. They seem to be used to having things broken. I would not recommend this place. There are other options in BK, NJ and LI where your money and time is mot limited of 3 hours to have fun! Will never go here again. Spend the price for 6 flags and I got subway service, that ride I will not take again. It is a nice space though, but it's a waste due to management. read more

This place is promoted as being a fun atmosphere with food but the promotion is way off. First off the place is understaffed, they find a way for you to spend money at every turn and there is no food it's a flipping snack bar. Now I feel for the Zipline there should be an assistant to make sure that your harness is on correctly and providing clear instructions not a picture there's children who may not understand what they're reading that's one. Two you have to walk the whole park to find an employee because they don't wear a uniform and if you find one they aren't well informed. The place was fun but it's hazardous and I think that is something that management should think about. So if you go be aware that they are understaffed and your taking a risk. It's like Action Park on land with a signed waiver. read more

It was fine i liked adventure park but those employees at the paint ball stand were so disrespectful & unprofessional. When i needed them they ignored me then proceeded to get an attitude when someone did something wrong even though we asked to be directed and they didn't direct us. But the employee by the 4 different rock climbing was the best. He deserves a raise. Also the one opperating the zip line around 7:40-8 best people ever. read more

Pros: Good parking. Decent indoor field, although a little too close quarters for my liking. Cons: We barely got to play. In a 3 hour slot, we played 3 ten minute games. And there were only one other group in that 3 hour slot! There were only 2 employees there working the games, so everything moved SO SLOWLY. For the first game we were waiting at least 40-50 minutes or so before we even got to play. Then it took them another 20 minutes at least just to get the next group on the field and start the game. Worse, the rental guns were absolutely atrocious. Two out of the five friends I went with received guns that did not work the first game, so we had to miss time from the game finding the ref, exiting the game, getting a new gun etc... This happened to me and another of my friends AGAIN in the third game. My gun didn't work from the start and I missed a large chunk of the game getting it fixed and his stopped working with about three minutes left. Simply not worth the money. We will not be returning here. Oh, and they charged us 8 dollars for a lock so we could keep our belongings safe while we played... SO considerate. read more

One star, because zero is not an option. I placed two calls to the establishment with some genera questions about my booking. The first call, was greeted with a pretty rude and disinterested associate-i asked a few questions - met with attitude and brief response, lacking clarification. The call mysteriously was disconnected. I called back and asked if i was hung up on- the associate said no. No apology if it indeed was actually disconnected. I called back today, hoping to be met with better assistance. Although it was not the same associate, i was met with the same instant attitude. This time, i asked was there an issue with me asking questions- as i am simply trying to clarify what to expect for my session, which is valued at $500! Again, i was hung up on. Yes, you read that correctly- customer service associate HUNG UP on me twice. I called back and immediately the line clicked again. Obviously, this is just the nature of the associates at this establishment. Upon asking for a manager, i was told i need to email (which i have) have worked in customer service for many years, and this is absolutely the opposite of what I expected from an establishment, especially one in which I would be spending hundreds of dollars. read more

We had my daughter's 9th birthday party here last weekend. We reserved a private party room. The staff were very disorganized and the party got off to a 30 minute late start time. But it's covid times and people are short staffed, so that alone would not have caused me to give a negative Yelp review. The kicker was at the end of the party when we left some bags all packed up with our balloons tied to one bag in our private room and ran to the bathroom for 5 minutes. The balloons were gone when we got back (the staff member in the room when I returned told me that the cleaning person had taken them and there was nothing she could do) . Staff also took our cake knife (out of the box where it was packed) but gave it back to me when I asked about it. Very disturbing. It's too bad we can never go back, because the kids had fun. I wonder about the safety protocols generally after this experience. read more

This was an amazing experience! It was a great value for 3 hours of game play + the extensive ropes course. I will definitely come back!!

Aside from the fact that this is one of the only places that you can play airsoft in the five boroughs. The map is incredible as well as the staff. I've only played airsoft a handful of times and all of my equipment is new to me but The staff here at area Fr..53 help me lose all of my equipment and understand. There were a lot of players on the field that were making it difficult to have a good time ( not calling hits or not following directions) The referees were able to take charge and get our games going. If you're anywhere near the five boroughs this needs to be a place you frequent. read more

We arrived to the spot a bit late. Maybe like 7 minutes late but it was still in the introduction phase. The protection information was being explained. Everything started off well or maybe not. They put us with one of the new hires who had no knowledge of the games that could be played in paint ball. Almost everyone in my group was new to paint ball so when we are asking questions he was lost and didn't seem to care to educate himself because it was only "his second day". He said to us I don't know you guys can do whatever you want. We eventually figured out the game we would play. After our each game we was required to return our guns so the next group can have their fun. While returning our guns the workers was on their phone, using the N word, saying things like they did not want to F___ing come to work today. So unprofessional and cringe worthy. To go into an "professional" establishment where there was several Latino men using the N word while putting air in guns, talking with one another and while taking the guns back is very unprofessional. I honestly wanted to just play the game and not deal with them on any level because it was horrible. On top of the expletives our time was from 12-3pm the next team went in at 2:30pm. The game last about 10 minutes in which we was told that we wouldn't be able to play a last and final game because we was told that the other team game wasn't going to start until 2:40. It started at 2:35pm. They ended around 2:46pm which would have given us enough time to finish up. Now I follow the rules. However rules are better understood when communicated before hand. We had people buying more ammo at 2pm thinking we had 2 more games only to find out that our 2:10 -2:20 game would be our last. Now we have people with extra bags of ammo that we cannot use. This establishment has potential but I do not want to be in an establishment where there is little to no respect for the people paying their hard earned money to enjoy themselves. I should never ever have to hear the N word, I should not ever have to hear someone on the phone while they are working using profanity talking about: "Yeah N word I'm at work. I didn't even want to come to this F___ing place today." and me looking at him wondering if he is talking to me was uncomfortable. I should never have to feel uncomfortable in a place where I spend my money. Great experience while in game play but horrible customer experience with the most unprofessional staff ever. Don't think I will be coming back to this place or even recommend it to anyone. I write this with the purpose and hopes that great service can be a top priority for this establishment. read more
