We drove down from the Bay Area to check out the doors on a Saturday, and Sarkis was kind enough to accommodate us even though we reached the showroom at almost closing time. He did not rush us and even offered to open the showroom for us the next day (Sunday), but luckily we loved the door that we selected as soon as we saw it. He even let us customize the front and the back of the door. See picture attached. What really stood out was the level of service after the purchase (which was almost 7 months after the door was delivered and installed, since our project was running behind schedule!). The installation team went above and beyond--even hopping on a video call to walk us through parts of the installation and make sure everything was done correctly. They also helped set up the smart lock and troubleshoot an electrical issue which was due to wrong wiring which made a huge difference. In the end, everything came together perfectly.
