BOOM! Called at 8 am. My house was 88° inside. Technician Tim was there by 11. In under and hour I had 60° air blowing throughout the house. Repair cost $280.00. Had another quote from larger company for $700.00. For unnecessary parts and labor etc. Honesty and trust are invaluable in this market. Tim At Arctic Fox Was top notch saving me hundreds $$. We want to thank Artic Fox! Every technician that came out, Heath, Robert and Tim were professional, knowledgeable and respectful. We had trouble with our AC system and Artic Fox went above and beyond to give a reasonable price and good service. This is the second time we've had Heath come out and he is the best. He's able to explain what the problem, is look into our warranties to find us the best possible solution for the most affordable price. Choosing Artic Fox has saved us a good amount of money as opposed to choosing other companies. Sadly, we've learned from experience. So, we definitely recommend Artic Fox! Thanks, guys! And thanks Misty for helping accommodate us with scheduling. read more

Called Artic Fox after another company told us that our system needed replacement. Heath came out, diagnosed the problem and added coolant. The AC is working fine now. I use Artic Fox for my yearly check ups now. read more

We gave them a call for our neighbor who needed a new account. Our go-to guy retired so we needed to start from scratch. They always have me look up on Yelp for them. They need to get on Yelp themselves and start enjoying the benefits. I found them on Yelp. Liked their reviews. I called and enjoyed talking with them as well. I gave our neighbor their number. Though they haven't followed through on replacing their almost 19 year old units yet, they are one of two companies they have chosen to go with. This company is the best as far as communication, the way they do things, pricing and product used. The other company would be one you use with products that save you money that you use if you don't care because you're moving. Always get several quotes, and I highly recommend Artic Fox Air to be one of them. No nonsense, no games. Just kindness. read more

I have been with Arctic Fox Air for years and they always deliver. They are fair priced, professional, and charge by the job, not hourly. Heath is reliable, and very knowledgeable. Misty is great with customer service. I have referred this company to many friends, and they say the same thing. Wonderful service!! read more

I live in California, my mom is in her 70s and she told me that her AC has been out since 7/4 (I thought it was being fixed by home warranty company). They got a technician out in 15 minutes. I'm eternally grateful. The home warranty company told my mom they wouldn't fix it because the previous company used "shoddy" parts. They could have killed her in the AZ heat. Fortunately Arctic Fox rode to my mom's rescue. It was a seemingly simple fix, but the technician told my mom, that if it isn't better, call them and they will make it right. I will be giving them my business from now on. Competent and caring service. Thank you!!! read more

I contacted Arctic Fox per a recommendation from someone who had excellent feedback about the experience with the company, so naturally - I already felt a little bit more comfortable reaching out. I called about midday and nobody answered the call but we left a message for a call back, and we received a call back within 10 minutes. It was a Saturday and we scheduled for a Monday service call on the two units we have for the house. The upstairs unit was sporadically working and wasn't providing cold air so we wanted them to also take a look at that. The person that came out at 9am was cordial, clear, and expansive in the sharing he provided about what he was doing, what he was looking for, and what we were hoping for. It was a bunch of gibberish to me because hvac isn't my jam but it was helpful information to have later so I could explain to my cousin who does know HVAC. By around noon he was able to determine what the issue was, tell us what part/s were needed and given us a quote for the service. He was going to be able to fix it before the end of the day and something excellent to note is that our old unit (original from '98) still had parts! (Something 2 other companies that had come out wanting us to purchase brand new units had boasted and made us fear!) That in itself made us trust that he was actually trying to help us and not just sell us a new AC unit in the middle of an AZ summer! He left and came back with parts, a partner to help, and was finished right about 4pm or so. The price seemed fair for the service, parts, labor and overall the experience we had was positive so I was thrilled that by the end of the day, our old original unit (both of them for that matter) felt like they'd gotten a refresh and were back up and running again! Also, the warranty for service covered a year for the parts and 2 years for the service. Overall a super positive experience and thrilled we didn't have to buy a new unit, that we fixed the issue, and that we feel covered for the next year! Thank you to Arctic Fox for the excellent service. read more

Our heating went out during cool winter weather. We had already two quotes from other heating repair service providers when our son referred us to Arctic Fox A/C & Heating. Heath came out the next day, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the necessary blower motor in his truck, and quickly installed it at a price that was significantly lower than both of the two previous quotes. He not only explained the technical issues in clear terms, but he also took the time to get to know us & share some of his background. We plan to turn to Heath & Arctic Fox for any future heating & A/C needs -- even without any formal service agreement. read more

I had scheduled service between 4-6PM, but Patrick called and said one of his early appointments cancelled on him. And was wondering if I needed my AC fixed now. It worked out great because by the time my wife gets back from the hospital the house will be nice and cool for her! He was prompt, respectful and friendly! This is what I call great customer service!! Thank you Patrick!! read more

This company is the absolute best. Fair, honest, and dependable. What more could you want in a local business. Air conditioning companies, in general, have a reputation for shoddy work or suspicious sales techniques. We had one of the "big" Phoenix companies tell us our AC unit was on its last legs. They wanted $14K. So we called Arctic Fox. Tim was there within 24 hrs, looked at the unit, and gave us several options to get us through. The cheapest was $400. We also had him quote a new system- nearly 50% less. Fortunately, we had the money and asked Tim to replace our old unit. We were originally scheduled for a Friday, but were bumped to Saturday as the result of an emergency with another customer. The crew was there @ 7am and were finished by 11am. The installation looks pristine and is extremely efficient. Highly recommended! read more

I can only say great things about this company as we have done business with them for 20 years. Yesterday the a/c went out, called and was able to get someone to come out next day. Patrick was amazing! He figured out the issue within minutes and had it fixed just as fast!

Heath arrived and was knowledgeable, pleasant and thorough. We will use them again for heating and air conditioning needs.

Had a check-up for our two heat pumps and had great service from Arctic Fox! Patrick was the technician who braved our second story roof and did the inspection. Arctic Fox was great in communicating with us about the appointment and arrival time and Patrick was professional and kind. On top of the great service the price was very reasonable, too. This was our first visit from them- they will be our go-to company now! read more

Last August our AC suddenly stopped blowing cold air. Called Arctic Fox and they had a pretty booked schedule, but put me on a list in case someone cancelled or technician finished up earlier than expected. It turned out they were able to get a tech out sooner than my appointment. The tech had our AC going again in a short time. They are fair in pricing and technicians are knowledgeable. This was the 3rd time using them and I won't call anyone else. Do yourself a solid and call Arctic Fox AC/Heating for your HVAC woes and maintenance. read more

Always my first call My unit started making some funny noises and of course I procrastinated making a call in fear of the repair cost of any type of service post Covid. Heath showed up and within a very short time had the problem diagnosed with a quote in hand. Luckily for me the problem part is common, with the part easily accessed the cost and down time of my unit repair was minimal. Great trustworthy community people to work with. read more

A friend referred Arctic Fox to me yesterday. I called this morning and talked to Tim. He answered the phone, listened to my problem, and had Steve come out almost immediately to look/fix the issue. Steve is very knowledgeable as is Tim. I will only call Arctic Fox from now on. They are reliable, friendly, on time, responsive, informative, helpful, honest, etc. Don't think twice! Call them today! A million thanks! A+++++ service! Update - had a freeze up the day after and had to have the unit looked at again. Heath came out this time and located the problem and fixed it. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I will be calling him for any future tune up/repaires for sure! Great service. Never has our a/c worked as it does now. Thank you Heath! read more

Absolutely wonderful people and installation of a complete 5ton unit. Our super old unit went out and Tim with Arctic Fox came by and got us straightened out quickly. Thank you! read more

Tim and Heath are the owners of Arctic Fox and are the key people who estimate and install the system. They are very thorough and professional. They designed and recommended a system that was perfect for our 13 year old home. The previous system was not correctly installed by the builder and did not have enough air return to properly cool our home. We are beyond satisfied with their work and also employ them for service. Arctic Fox team was great! Our AC went out in the middle of July and we have a baby, so they worked to shuffle some things around so they could replace our AC just a couple days after initially contacting them. They explained thoroughly what they were going to do, and then completed it all in one day. They are very respectful, fair-priced and dependable. I highly recommend them! read more

I will never call anyone but Arctic Fox for air conditioning service! They are fair priced, dependable, honest and do not try to upsell you. For many years they've been doing my yearly service and always here quickly to fix things when something goes wrong. This last time it went out Heath was here right away, same day, to diagnose. He had to get creative with a fix and could not guarantee how long it would work because of the nature of the problem. So I asked how quickly they could install a new one and that was done 4 days later. The team at Arctic Fox installed a new 2 stage 15 SEER2 American Standard heat pump today. They installed a new Honeywell WiFi thermostat which I love because I can control it from my phone no matter where I am. I could have gone through my home warranty company and paid about $500 but do not trust anyone but Arctic Fox to keep the cool air flowing. Today they put in two more intakes, which Heath recommended a month ago when they put in the new unit, but I didn't do at the time. Silly me! It's so nice and cool throughout the entire house now! I think I have met everyone on the team, each person is very knowledgeable, thorough, clean and truly caring. What a fantastic local business! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. read more

My 19 year old downstairs AC Condenser Fan Motor bearings started to go. Loud screaming from the motor when it was running. This is something that I would be able to change myself, however, I would be leaving town in 2 days I needed it changed out fast. I contacted Arctic Fox through their website (since it was after closing time) and got a call back within 20 minutes. I explained it wasn't an immediate emergency and could wait until the next day. Misti set me up for an appointment for 8am. The technician showed up at 8am. The AC kicked on and treated us to a loud screaming noise coming from the old motor. He proceeded to replace the old motor and capacitor and got the unit back up and running. It is nice to have it running on a projected 108F day.
