The corned beef was sliced thin and was super tender and not too salty, the rye bread was toasted nicely, and the proportions of all ingredients made for a perfect flavor balance. That they were able to pull this off in a festival tent is remarkable. So kudos to them. The other food that was coming out also looked good. Served warm, this dessert is covered in a copious amount of chocolate, pistachio cream, chopped pistachios, and crispy kataifi. It would be nice if they made the strawberries behind the counter, for a more thrilling display, but they put it together in the back of their establishment.
