I've been coming here for 21 yrs since moving to Nampa. Got here at 9:15 pm and ordered halibut and fries. As always both were hot and freshly cooked. The employees are always friendly and courteous. This location is typically spot on, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. We visited on [date] and encountered multiple issues from start to finish. Our drive-thru order took approximately 15 minutes (based on the receipt timestamp). The ice cream we ordered in a cup came out as a cone instead and was already melting by the time we received our food. My daughter's cheeseburger wasn't made as ordered (plain with just ketchup), and my mini corn dogs were served cold--twice. When my wife took the cold corn dogs inside for a replacement, the second batch was just as cold. At that point, I went in and asked for district manager contact information so I could provide feedback directly. I was told by two staff members that the district manager "doesn't deal with customers" and that they were "as high as it gets." What bothered me most wasn't the mistakes--it was management's response. Instead of taking accountability, I received excuses and was told "we're training new people and that's a training issue." Fair enough, but where were the trainers supervising and mentoring? The attitude felt more like "why are you bothering me when I'm busy" than genuine concern for making things right. Management offered another free lunch card, but I don't want free food. I want my order made correctly, served at proper temperature, and staff who take responsibility when things go wrong. Training new employees is understandable, but customers shouldn't receive multiple incorrect or cold items without proper supervision. This location is usually much better than this. FIND A DIFFERENT ONE, completely wrong order but it wasn't someone else's I order two kids meals and burger and a grilled cheese got two burger kids meals, never got a meal I ordered, and proceeded to make me pay for the meal again! We were on our Scenic Bus Ride and decided to stop by and get ice cream for 15 of our group. This nice gentleman guided me to parking and then ask if he could help get the residents off the bus or just take our order, The residents decided to stay on the bus and order 15 swirl ice cream cones in a cup. The nice gentleman brought the ice cream out to the bus and serve each resident. They in return ask him his name and he replied "My name is Cody, and I am the owner. They all applauded for him. Thank you, Cody! You made our residents as well as me very happy with great quality service, great food at a very great price! read more

2020 Closing really early tomorrow for the Super Bowl. ‍ Yelp wants me to write more so I'll just say I came to use the bathroom but I ate earlier and can't even fit ice cream, which is a bummer! The bathroom was clean in general, but there's no coat hook so I wiped the top of the door hinge with toilet paper and then put a few squares as a liner between the hinge and the coat. I enjoy their ice cream occasionally, but in moderation, and The last time I was here I had their finger steaks, which were decent but I think they're overpriced. I had the worst experience at your attic circle in Nampa about an hour ago today 12/9 we ordered two shakes one Reesie's one peppermint. We pulled away from the driveway and started to eat our milkshakes. They both tasted like vanilla shakes. There were absolutely no peppermint, maybe a teaspoon if any in the peppermint and I couldn't even find a teaspoon worth, and very very little Reeses in my husband shake, when I brought them back I was treated very rude. The clerk said that's the way we make our shakes I responded. I get these shakes all the time in Meridian same flavor in December and there were not ever like this. They've always had some Reesie and some peppermint. "Do you want me to make you another shake? With a very rude attitude I'm sorry you were unhappy with our shakes but this is what we put in them. I will put extra this time!'n I told her I would never come back to this place again. Her comment was I hope you have a better day I will go to Dairy Queen, which is much further away from my home than art Circle. Or to Meridian. Went to Arctic Circle for dinner. Got a taco salad sans meat for my wife and the finger steaks for me. The salad normally has shredded lettuce but tonight all we got was lettuce leaves that were barely cut up. And the lettuce was brown! For the finger steaks, normally barbecue sauce is included, but not today. Overall, not the best experience, especially when they've done better the other times I've gone here. read more

When my 8-year-old cousin heard I had never been to Arctic Circle, she immediately said we had to go here. They're apparently known for their shakes and fry sauce, so of course when we got there I had to get a shake and fries. I was amazed at all the different shake flavors; I think it was the most I've ever seen at one place. They had a seasonal Pumpkin Pie Shake, and I can't resist anything Pumpkin flavored, so I ordered that. The shake was so thick they don't even give you a straw (spoon only)! And the fries with fry sauce definitely a classic. Will stop by again the next time I'm in town to try more of the shake flavors! read more

The food and shakes are always great but I am writing to comment on the service we just experienced. Five of us ordering at the drive through and the worker was very friendly and patient with how long we took. Then while we are at the window waiting, she brought us little ice cream cones. When we had to pull out and wait for a halibut order, they brought it along with a refund, saying we should not have had to wait. This place has consistently good service. Fast food is getting to be an ordeal in a lot of other places, with untrained or just plain surly employees. This particular Arctic Circle, for some reason, seems to have personable, polite and just plain nice employees! Wish I knew where they got them. read more
