Wow! Super impressed with this place, especially considering I had excellent Thai food just the night before at another nearby spot. We were seated right away and the service was on point from start to finish. The interior is spacious and comfortable, which made the experience even better. Entrée prices are very reasonable, mostly in the $16-$20 range. I ordered the drunken noodles and the portion was generous and packed with flavor. Heads up on the spice level: I usually order medium, but this was noticeably spicier than expected. Still delicious, just something to keep in mind. Totally forgot to take pics of my food as I was starving, whoops!

What a treat to arrive in Moab to discover this great Thai restaurant. The ambiance and food are excellent and the staff is bend-over-backward wonderful. Thai Bella is situated in a cozy home located west of Main Street (US191). The main dining room downstairs is fine, but the upstairs dining area provides a more intimate experience for larger parties. We dined at a 6-top in an upstairs nook that made us feel like we were in an upscale version of our own home. Really enjoyed the Khao Soi, Panag Curry, and Thai Basil (all chicken dishes). Good selection of apps - we loved Bella's fresh rolls.

Amazingly delicious Thai food! So good, we visited this restaurant twice on our 2 day trip in Moab. From Los Angeles and this place is the best Thai food I've ever had. So much flavor and great portions. Every dish has so many ingredients. I loved the tom yum with shrimp because the soup was incredibly flavorful with huge juicy shrimps and aromatics in the broth. In the 2 days we stayed in Utah, we ordered the tom yum 3 times. It was incredibly comforting for our winter trip. For those who don't handle spicy, it's not a problem because they adjust the level of spice to your liking. But the flavor is still so good! The place is definitely casual but the service is so nice and they are constantly checking in on us. If I get to visit Moab again, I will definitely visit Arches Thai again.

Great spot! Best drunken noodles I've had in years and they are very generous with portions and veggies. Get the steamed tofu instead of fried if you are trying to watch your fat! The tom yum noodle soup was excellent as well. Nice waiters, cool building with a vibe when you walk towards the front.

We stopped into Arches Thai after spending the day at Canyonlands. We were hungry, tired, and ready for some grub, and this place hit the spot! No wait for a table, there was a nice calm atmosphere that suited us well after an exhausting day, and the service staff was attentive and efficient. I ended up getting the beef pad Thai, and it may have been helped by the day we had, but MAN it did the trick. This place was exactly what we were looking for, and we would definitely come back if we ever came back to Moab! Intestinal Impact Index Rating: 1/5 no complaints

Perfect dinner at Arches Thai. We received a friendly greeting and seated right away. Lots of water and ice in a carafe at our table. We started with the garden rolls and gyoza and they were some of my favorite bites all night. We ordered panang curry with chicken and it was perfect - flavorful with lots of chicken and vegetables. The delicate chicken had considerably less chicken than I expected but was still very good. The drunken noodles with steak were delicious and not too spicy at all. Great dinner and really enjoyed our night.

I just thoroughly loved this place! Staff was sooo friendly! The ambiance was so neat! Super woodsy inside but clean and so nicely decorated! But the winner was the food! Everything was so fresh! They were very accommodating with my kiddo and brought her just some tofu and a side of rice, etc etc etc. the eggplant was excellent! The pad Thai was very balanced and super flavorful! Definitely will be the place to go when we return!

Servers are nice. Other diners really like this place. I'm sure it's good Asian food for Moab. It's average for me. We started with the chicken wings, nice crunch and moist inside. Sweet chili dipping sauce. Good start. I chose the tilapia with sweet basil sauce. The fish crust was not as crunchy as I like and the spicy basil sauce heavy and salty for me. The fish was moist inside the crust. That part was good. The veggies are nice but again the sauce was overwhelming. His pad thai with beef was better than my entree. He liked it. I liked it. The Halloween decor was so fun and I love all the different scary things. He thought the window was open and I was laughing when he heard the Halloween witches laughing while he was waiting outside for me. As if! I also like the outdoor seating available.

My fiance stayed in Moab for Thanksgiving weekend and we were craving something comforting. Thankfully, Arches Thai was open for Thanksgiving day. It was a full house! We waited for quite some time until we sat at our table. The menu is huge! They even offer some curries that I've never heard of before like lychee curry and mango curry. We started with the curry puffs which was recommended by our server. It was delicious! Flakey and crispy on the outside, and flavorful on the inside. Our entrees took awhile, which was totally reasonable because of the holiday rush. When our entrees came out, I realized we should have just shared one. They were huge! I got the curry noodles which was good at first, but as I kept eating it, the curry became more dense because it was so thick and there was an endless amount of rice noodles. Noodle soups ideally should have a thinner broth. My fiance ordered the Tom Yum Noodles but it didn't quite have that lemongrass and tangy flavor. It tasted more like bun rieu, which is a Vietnamese seafood soup. Our servers were really nice, despite the holiday chaos. Overall, the food didn't quite have that authentic flair. If you're new to Thai food, you might enjoy this more.

Watsup guys, we out here in Arches National Park and I had this intense craving for Thai food "like always" and then we see this amazing place with mostly great reviews and I was like lez go peeps. First is Decor: 4/5 The decor is very simple, the set up with tables to the left and kitchen to the right separate from the guest. They allow for any kind of dress up so don't feel ashamed to come in after a long day of hiking. We're just kind of close to other guests in the restaurant. Second would be the food: 4/5 Highlights: Basil Fried Rice, Pad Thai, Tom Yum Soup All those 3 tasted delicious beyond recognition for me. As I ate each of them I had a flashback of the days I went to Thailand and the people would sell me 3$ Pad thai out on the streets. All the flavors were there, and the tom yum soup was a depth flavor with a creamy texture to it. Honestly, the food was way more surprising than I expected it to be so that was extremely delightful. The only reason this didn't get a 5 star is because the mango sticky rice was so small I can eat 3 of them by myself and still question if I ate anything. It is literally the size of your hand... no... your palm and the mango is 1/2 of a mango slice. They charge I think was 7.95 or something ridiculous for just a palm size of food. My god if Robin Hood saw this he would come here and take it for the good of the people. The third is Service: 2/5 This part was a negative experience for me because the server was neglecting our table for some reason. The answer she gave us were bland and lifeless compared to other guests. We had to ask for things multiple times versus once, eye contact was not done, and at the end, they forced us to add a 20% tip for their service? Our party was only 4 people and they said we HAD TO PAY 20% tip because were in a national park. I was mind blown thinking to myself.. how are you going to say it's your policy to upsell everyone 20% on tip for terrible service. So we order a Thai tea and you charge us 20% on that? I might as well get pushed into the depth of the mountains. Overall: Food with Service would be a 3/5 for me with the exceptions of the popular Thai orders I believe this place can improve if they just read the customers concern, but I doubt they will be based on the popularity on the place. Some places will just be simply satisfied that they excel in the food, but lack the services in other areas. read more

I ordered my food via the website since when I called, the line was busy. The wait took about 45 minutes as promised on the site. Food: 4 out of 5. Got the tom yum fried rice with chicken (spice level 5, right under thai spicy) , drunken noodle with tofu (spice level 5, right under thai spicy) and thai iced tea. The flavors for the rice and noodle dish are there but the spiciness is not up to par with thai expectations. However there was no wok flavor. The noodles were also broken; not full/long ribbon pieces. Service: 2 out of 5. This is where they really dropped the ball. Even though they placed signs to maintain social distancing, it was not enforced by the staff (they were also severely understaffed as I only saw 2 employees busing/taking table orders/serving etc.) Nobody addressed/acknowledged the customers waiting to be seated, those waiting to pick up orders, and those waiting to place an order. At one point for about 10 minutes, me along with 7 other patrons were standing less than a foot away from each other waiting in the small waiting area. They also left out my thai iced tea. Definitely a place to get great Thai food!! My husband and I shared the Spicy Basil entree, it was delicious!! Could have had a bit more heat, my husband asked for something to spice it up - but otherwise was a great dish. Our server may have been new, she was not sure if they had club soda or any sparkling water?? Then she was able to bring a can of sparkling water from the back. She also was not the most attentive server, we waived down other servers for things we needed since we never saw her again after she took our order. Great food - highly recommended!! read more

This restaurant was so good, we came back again for our last day in Moab! This is a small, family-run restaurant with some truly authentic dishes. Coming from New York City, we are no strangers to solid Thai cuisine. We had their chicken wings, Paradise curry, beef pho, pad siew and drunken noodle - all of which I highly recommend. Portions were also large. All of this paired with Singha beer after a long day of hiking in the desert truly hit the spot. They are indoor/take-out only, but the restaurant wasn't packed enough to give us pause during covid. All of the tables were well spaced out. read more

Loved every minute of this place. Food was perfect. We had gyoza, cashew-nut chicken( amazing) and spring rolls. Sauce were great and paired nicely. Sapporo beers are a must. Great atmosphere. Servers are fast and helpful. Just off Main Street Moab. Dont miss out. read more

Damn good Thai! I really loved this place. Beautiful building, great service, amazing food, even a sympatico crowd. Started with the garden rolls, came with 2 dipping sauces. How can a small town like Moab have TWO excellent Thai restaurants, not too far from each other? We already gave 5 stars to the other one, but this place was just as good! I tried the Lo main with tofu and Hubby had the Penang Curry with veggies. Both were excellent. read more

We got there early. Because we herd that later in the evening was crowded. And rightfully so. When there for dinner after hiking all day. The service was very good. They made some suggestions and we were very pleased With the soup, apps, and main course. Shrimp in a blanket, Thai cheese sticks with a twist, Rami chicken that was out of this world. Love to see them more to Phoenix. We would be all in. read more

Aw, it makes me really sad to give this 3 stars because the lady who seated us and served us was really sweet!! However, the food wasn't the best... The food was okay, and not really rich in flavor. I expected more because of the reviews, but I haven't liked anywhere I've eaten in Moab so maybe I'm just picky. It was a bit pricey, but it is a touristy place so I get it. Ahhhh, I just wished it tasted better. read more

Not going to lie, didn't have the highest expectations for a Thai restaurant in this location. However, we were proven wrong! We had the red curry, pineapple rice, And egg rolls. They have a spice level of 1-5 which we took advantage of. I had the level two, my husband had the level 5. For me, the spice level of two was food with a slight kick. The level 5 was what my husband expected. The food was good, the service was quick as we did it to go as we were pooped from a long day out. The location was pretty though and would have been nice to eat there. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Definitely the best place to eat in this small town! read more

It's ironic that I saw a sign as I left that said "We don't serve fast food, we serve great food," because while I was eating, I thought to myself Arches Thai is becoming the McDonalds of Thai food in Moab. I ordered Pad Thai with medium spice. I should have canceled my order when the server came to the table with a plastic Solo condiment container with the "spicy sauce" for my Pad Thai in it. Never before have I gone to a Thai restaurant and had to mix my own spice into my entree. It's not like adding "bleeping" soy sauce into fried rice! Another thing, they provide plastic cups for water, and who knows what else. I shoveled my food down, because I couldn't wait to get the heck out of the restaurant. I was actually seething as I ate. GO ELSEWHERE if you want better food. There's another restaurant a few blocks away. I couldn't be more disappointed! read more

I thought this place was just ok. I wouldn't go back. I went with my sister-in-law and we each got a main dish (orange chicken and shrimp and veggies) - sorry didn't take photos. The food was just ok, nothing special. The hostess/waitress was not very friendly. We went at lunch time and we were the only people in there. We got two dishes and two drinks and it was $75 for lunch. read more

The reason I did not give this place a 5 Star - We ordered sticky rice with mango only to find out that they had a party of seven and they had placed an order for 7 sticky rice. Hello..,, you only bought 7 mangos for the day???? WTH? So they gave me sticky rice no mango :( The green curry was spicy and yummy. Tom Yum soup level 4 spicy and it was awesome. We were very surprised to find an authentic Asian restaurant in Moab, Utah, and after a cold winter day of hiking we were all craving a warm bowl of soup. The day we went was Christmas Eve, so unfortunately the menu was limited. Several people in our party came here for the pho, since it is in the restaurant title, but there was none. They ordered the Thai noodle instead, since it was the next closest thing. Our party also ordered the drunken noodle, eggplant dish, the yellow curry, and the tom yum noodle soup. The service was prompt and attentive and we got our food very quickly. The portions were huge and the soup was the perfect level of hot and spicy for me - i got level 3. Everyone was happy with their food and one person even had enough left to take home - they enjoyed their leftovers later on. The staff kindly split our bill two ways after it came and we were grateful we came when we did because when we left, there was a line of people waiting for a table. This place is popular! And rightly so. Definitely a gastro gem in this town. read more

The pad se ew was fresh but noodles were a bit more broken up than my preference. Outdoor seating was really comfortable and the waitress wore a mask whenever she came over. Unacceptable wait times. Ordered takeout online and estimated time was 15-20 mins. Food took an hour longer than usual. Went to go pick up food about 20 mins after I ordered and saw a couple get seated. They were almost done with their meal when I finally got my to go order even though I ordered it online at least 30 mins before they ordered. This is unacceptable. read more

This is our third time ordering food from this restaurant but first take out order. Our dinning experience was pre COVID and this time we were little concerned to place take out order. Reading other reviews gave us an idea that it takes 30 to 45 mins to get your food ready and we planned accordingly. Placed order at 6:35pm and were provided an ETA of 7:19pm. Order was ready right on time and was served hot. We ordered Tom Yum fried rice, Panang Curry and Samosa. Samosas were slightly on sweet side and lacked the authentic flavor. Other two dishes were amazing. Tip - This is very busy restaurant, reach around 6pm to skip the waiting. read more

Papaya salad is the worst dish, way too salty and sour. Green bean texture is too soft but seasoning is on point. Mango sticky rice is not good either: sticky rice is undercooked and mango is sour. I don't like the service here. We were still eating and they came over and just started to take our plates away, and when we still haven't finished the main course, they already asked if we want dessert. Also, they didn't really ask for spicy level of all the dishes and just assume we would go with the same spicy level. Food does come out very quick.

We have been at this restaurant on 06/07/19 and I have never felt so insulted in a restaurant then here. Food was not bad but service was horrible. We were treated from the start not like guests but intruders. The restaurant was not full and many waitresses were around. Still we had to wait a longer time. Noodle dishes were not good but Curry was great (explaining good reviews i guess). BUT the waitress didnt care about us at all. I wanted to order more and that was ignored. I wanted just a soft drink but got the information it is not possible. Why? I was offered beer and asked for Thai drinks. They had none. Ok. No Thai drinks, no soft drinks? Really? Then my water was empty and I had to beg for more. All 4 of us were treated bad even we were polite. In the end we got 20 percent gratuity added. I didnt want to pay that and asked politly why we should pay 20 percent. They told us they always do that because in Moab all do that. Well we have been in an arab restaurant, a japanese and mexican - all great by the way - and never had to pay 20 percent. So the waitress lied at us! We paid in all other restaurants 20 percent as there the service was great. In this restaurant service is REAL BAD. If you're looking for a delicious and authentic Thai experience in a small town in Utah, look no further than Arches Thai. The service was prompt and thorough, with our friendly server taking the time to explain the menu and make recommendations based on our preferences. But the real star of the show was the food. The portions were large, and each dish was bursting with flavor. I particularly enjoyed the spicy tom yum soup and the pad thai, which had just the right amount of heat. We loved Arches Thai so much that we went two days in a row! The service was absolutely amazing -- the host remembered us right away and even greeted us with a warm "welcome back." Our server also remembered that we're vegetarian and don't eat eggs, which made us feel so cared for. The food was just as wonderful as the service. The Tom Yum Fried Rice was so flavorful we ordered it both days. The Cucumber Salad was light and refreshing, and the Panang Curry and Mango Curry were equally scrumptious -- rich, balanced, and packed with flavor. It's rare to find a restaurant that gets both the food and the hospitality just right. Arches Thai definitely does. Highly recommend! read more

If I could give negative I would. We ordered or take out.. they said 45 minutes. Arrived and they kept saying 15 more minutes over and over.. there were probably 6 other orders that they were doing the same too. After everything, we waited about 1 hour and 30 min I asked for my appetizer to be complimentary and they only gave me Thai tea which I really don't like.. please just be honest with how long things will take and save yourself from hangry customers that will not come back. read more

We went in on Friday night and got seated right away, restaurant was 2/3 full and got our order taken within 5 minutes, our beers came out a few minutes after that, then another 15-20 the food was on the table. Very authentic and fresh ingredients and we have eaten Thai food all over USA. Our favorite dishes were Crab Rangoon, Lettuce Wrap, Pad Thai, Crispy Duck with Cashew Nut Sauce. They are still brand new but give them a try and you won't be disappointed!! read more

Tried as a result of Yelp reviews. I have eaten Thai in many places including Thailand. This was by far the best Thai food I have eaten. The jungle curry while not actually being an authentic Thai dish is definitely an incredible blend of old Thai flavors blended with modern tastes. Customer service was not all that great. Wasn't asked how we were, or if it was our first time there or if we Had any questions about the menu. Other than that the food was amazing.
