They have lied and said they tried to deliver the bins but the office was closed (it was not closed during the time they said they attempted to deliver), and the emails notifying us that they will be rescheduling are usually sent after the previously scheduled delivery window, which means we've had employees coming in on days they are usually work-from-home and waiting for deliveries only to be told (2 hours after the window) that it will be rescheduled.
