I had the best experience at this Arby's. I took my sister out to eat expecting your typical Arby's experience, understaffed and not clean. It was the complete opposite. The lobby was so clean and even decorated. The place SMELT clean. We ordered two meals and the staff was so nice. The food can quickly, and was all fresh. We've gone here twice in the past week. Once for the 5 for $5 (you know, the deal that used to make Arby's amazing). I ordered this, mozz sticks, a wrap and an orange cream. Food was okay, but there was SO MUCH difference between all of the sandwiches. One had a decent amount, one had very little. I felt like goldylocks trying to find the right one. The wrap was TINY for the price they charge. Seriously, if you're going to charge $4 for a wrap, it better not be as tiny as my fist. Most of that was breading on top of that. The mozz sticks were decent, only way you can screw these up is if you don't cook it entirely. The next time we went was for lunch today. I got for the orange cream shake and the 2 for $6, mozz stick and chicken sandwich. $3 for a chicken sandwich,... and I would've been better off going to McDonalds for a McChicken. Super flat overly breaded chicken. And I kid you not, I got half way through the sandwich before I even got a bite of the chicken. It was PATHETIC. The mozz sticks were (the reason I mentioned on the other ones) undercooked and two of them were still cold in the center. It felt like eating string cheese dipped in grease. The wife got a beef and cheddar combo. All of this was very near $22. $22 for arby's and getting so horrendously overcharged is a new feeling. They're already not cheap, this just felt like a slap in the face. And, of course, we can't have a crappy trip until you mention the service. First order was done via the app and when I walked, not only was I not greeted nor helped. The woman at the register looked at me when I said "Good Evening" and then turned and walked away. SHE WALKED THE FUCK AWAY. Pardon my french but seriously. On top of that, there was some crappy music being blasted from the back that was very clearly rap considering the explicit language. Today was marginally better, the cashier was friendly once you got past his "I don't want to be here" dead stare and his glaringly obvious earbuds he had in playing his own music. He at least greeted us and got our order accurate. On our way out, there was a bigger worker just leaning against the take out pickups staring at us. Literally just staring, nothing said, nothing muttered. Just staring. Not only was it gross feeling, it was disgusting as a customer who's been basically ignored both times he came. Star mention goes to the sauce dispensers which didn't look clean, wasn't filled, and spat a massive line of ketchup at a literal 90 degree angle to soak my grey shirt with a line of ketchup. Who then went on to (after a simple cleaning of the end) barely give any ketchup as if to spite me. Legitimately, I think this cemented my ending of going to Arby's. They're just not worth it anymore. Not in the least. I'll get my chicken from Saroki's, and my roast beef from literally anywhere else since they haven't had good roast beef in years. read more

I have been to this specific location many times before, but during the lunch hour. I decided to go by tonight for a #2 meal, half pound with Curly fries. I didn't receive the food I ordered and unfortunately only noticed it when I got home. Instead of getting what I ordered, I was given a small sandwich. The small sandwich was very tiny. The curly fries were cold. I was not charged for the half pound sandwich so that is a positive. I am disappointed and sad. read more

Drive-thru only. We ordered one spicy fish and one regular fish sandwich plus a medium curly fries. The spicy fish had a good kick but not overly spicy. The regular fish sandwich was okay. The curly fries were tasty. We just wanted to try the fish sandwiches so there won't be a return visit anytime soon. read more

I walked into this Arby's at 8:31pm on Friday night There was a customer ahead of me receiving some condiments. She left to sit down to her meal. I stepped up to the counter, cash and coupons in hand and was ignored by both the order taker and the manager. The girl asked if he was coming up to help her and his reply was "No. I gotta get some food out." There was no "I'll be with you in a moment " or "Are you ready to order". No acknowledgment that I was even there waiting to order. I stood at the counter with cash in hand for 8 more minutes listening to the employees taking drive up orders and casual talk between themselves. I left and walked across their parking lot to McDonald's and was greeted and served promptly. Upon returning to my vehicle I notice the same man and his daughter who walked in as I was leaving was STILL standing at the counter waiting to order. This place had VERY POOR CUSTOMER appreciation and even poorer customer service. As I write this review the fire mentioned customer just walked out without ordering as well. read more

I cannot believe how much it cost to eat such low-quality food... I get that it's not going to be a gourmet meal, but for $33 (and that is WITH a coupon - SMH) for 2 meals + one sandwich- could the fries at least be fresh and hot? Could the wrap sandwich be edible without falling apart on your first bite? Is that asking too much, for nearly $35 for 'FAST' FOOD??? It wasn't fast, I'm not sure what we waited ten minutes for, they clearly had already fried the fries and let them sit around, and couldn't be bothered to wrap the sandwich so you could actually eat it on the go without it spilling everywhere on first bite. Loved my dine in experience today. Jason went above and beyond today- we ordered ALOT of food and he gave us all the extra sauces and condiments without us having to even ask. Which never happens anymore nowadays. Jamocha shake he gave us WAS SO FREAKING good too. He practically read my mind with adding extra whipped cream. Thanks Jason for the friendly vibes and delicious food. We never really eat inside fast food joints anymore post Covid, but this is the cleanest location we've ate in. Thanks again Jason! You rock! I came to get 2 roast beef sandwiches when I got off work and as i'm trying to pay he takes 10-15 mins with my card going into the back repeatedly with it, I asked for my card back and he said systems were down and would be up shortly so another 5 minutes goes by and I honked and asked again saying I was just gonna leave then he straight up tells me no to having my card back I ended up calling police and it was just because my card wouldn't go through so he thought it was fraud or something so he kept it and he didnt even ask for my Id or anything if that was the case andI didn't even end up getting sandwiches just a waste of 30 minutes and horrible fucking customer service read more

I was at Arby's today in the drive thru. I was waiting a few minutes but nothing crazy. I could see the customer in front was becoming unruly so I figured I understand what's going on from the employee end. She clearly wasn't liking whatever was happening but the manager or employee handled it like a pro. They resolved the situation as quickly as possible. And when I came up next in line, I got free food because of the small wait! A+ to whomever the employee was that handled the whole situation.
