The facility itself seems to be oriented to more of a takeout operation versus dine in as there are only three small tables at the front near the entrance where on cold winter day you can feel the chill every time someone comes in or leaves the restaurant. Relative to staff, there is no waitstaff as it is a counter order operation where this is really not a factor here. Overall, one of the best burger joints in the area at a reasonable cost. The takeout nature of business is a factor here to consider if you are looking for table dining as it will be a roll of the dice if you get a table depending on time of day.

Back in May, I took my son to Sedona Taphouse before his 5th-grade graduation ceremony. He was wearing a brand-new outfit that was completely clean when we arrived. By the time we left, his clothing had black stains, red stains, and other marks all over it. The manager reviewed the surveillance footage and acknowledged that my son arrived with no stains on his clothing. She also confirmed that he never left his seat or went to the restroom and remained at our table the entire time. Yet somehow, his brand-new outfit was ruined while we were there. What made this experience even more frustrating was the way management handled it. Rather than showing genuine concern or making a reasonable effort to resolve the situation, the manager offered to buy a Tide pen. A TIDE PEN? My son's brand-new outfit was covered in stains, and we were minutes away from his graduation ceremony. A stain remover was not an appropriate resolution. I understand that accidents can happen, but how a business responds when something goes wrong speaks volumes about its management. I felt dismissed, and there was a complete lack of accountability and empathy for what happened. This was supposed to be a special day for my son, celebrating an important milestone in his life. Instead, we were left dealing with ruined clothing and an incredibly disappointing interaction with management. Yes, this happened months ago, but the experience clearly left an impression, and I still feel that it deserves to be addressed. Customers should not have to fight to have legitimate concerns taken seriously. Unfortunately, our experience with Sedona Taphouse was not one I would want to repeat. The issue was not simply the ruined outfit; it was the way the situation was handled afterward.

The chili is excellent and the Green Machine with chicken was great and a good size. Our server was Miraya (I'm probably killing the spelling sorry) and she was so nice and helpful! The staff does not turn over here like other places, and they all seem very enthusiastic to be there, which you don't see often. It's obvious the ownership cares a lot about their staff, as well as delivering quality food to their customers. The seating seems a little tight, but it's uniquely designed. It's not very loud, so it's a great place for a date or just a nice 20 year anniversary dinner! (Ours) This is a great place to try if you haven't yet. Their menu has something for everyone.
