Quick review on the steak nuggets. Didnt noticed they came back. Went with the 9 piece meal. It looks like they tweaked it a bit. Taste is pretty good, not a fan of liquid smoke but it doesn't affect the final flavor much. The new dipping sauce fits ok just wish they went A1 over the horse radish one. Quantity n quality was fine. Been re introducing non diet food to my body. It wont do a dent either. I managed to reach the metabolism i wanted. The steak/Mac & cheese bowl was 1/2 full with 5 pieces of steak which was ok but the shallow amount of Mac & cheese was ridiculous for the amount of money you pay plus the 2 1/2 onion rings lol. We finally sat inside this newly renovated Arbys and I have to say it look great! Very clean And the service was spot on! We got the 2/$6 and I got a couple jalapeño sliders, my daughter got the chicken kids meal and I mean we barely waited before our food was ready, Hot & Ready. Everything was warm and delicious we were very happy with our choices and they even gave us some coupons to come back next time so we will be dining in again soon! read more

KING'S HAWAIIAN SMOKEHOUSE BRISKET A delicious smoked beef brisket, melted gouda, crispy onions, bbq sauce, mayo and KING'S HAWAIIAN buns. When you taste the savory smoked meat is like you sway with the buns (Ha! Ha!) No but seriously, it doesn't happen often, but when a good sandwich comes out you have to brag about it. This sandwich did caught me off guard with the taste. It blended very well with all the ingredients. It blew my mind when I took that bite. It was good. If you're looking for somewhere that's not loud and dirty, has friendly staff and fast service come check out Arby's. The restaurant has a quiet dining experience. There is inexpensive menu of sandwiches. I would recommend the bacon smokehouse brisket sandwich, the double beef and cheddar sandwich, and buffalo chicken sandwich and signature curly fries. I would not recommend the dark chocolate cookies because it was too thick and dry for me. There's also a deep fried turkey sandwich and gyro that I did not try. Just a heads up they are not open until 12am on weekends. Just drove to this location before 1130pm and it's dark and empty. Not to mention it was 20 minutes out of the way but sounded good. Won't make that mistake again. Updating your hours of operation would have saved you a one star review. read more

So I admit I was hooked by their Bourbon Steak sandwich commercial. Growing up I used to love Arby's roast beef sandwiches. Once I got my driver's license, we would invariably head out to Arby's after getting home from High School. Such fond memories of how good that freshly carved roast beef sandwiches were. Imagine my disappointment in recent decades where the quality of the regular roast beef sandwich meat substantially declined. When the "Steak Sandwich" made its appearance, the commercial brought hope that this was a different higher quality cut off beef. Combined with cheese, onion rings, bacon, and BarBQ sauce couldn't be bad, could it? At a couple dollars more than a plain old Arby's roast beef sandwich I was willing to give it a try. The result was a bit of a mixed bag. As you will be able to see from the attached photos, the sandwich was a bit of a mess. Unlike that advertisements led us to believe, the onions rings were sections of an onion ring, the bacon was also small sections, and the assembly of the sandwich was not very aesthetic. That all being said, it tasted very good and the beef was definitely much higher quality than that found in the roast beef sandwich. Definitely potential here for four stars, if a bit more care and pride were put into assembling the sandwich. The one negative was that the bun was a bit soggy. However, there was about a 20 minute delay in getting home and unwrapping the food, so this may have been caused by the transport time. read more

I like the Valrico location ! What I don't get is why you have to drive 25 minutes across Brandon to get an Arbys sandwich. I love their Rubins and regular Arbys beef sandwiches. I never liked their seasoned curly fries. Yet they introduce awful cheap crinkle cut fries. So how about a location more toward the middle of Brandon. And Joe about teal skin on cut fries. Chick-fil-A style? 5 Guys style or even McDonalds style. No You pick again horrible fries and move to almost Plant City. read more

Ordered from this Arbys using door dash. Overall, fast service. As for the food, I got the signature Turkey Gyro Sandwich and some jalapeño bites on the side. The Gyro was very messy, which is definitely not a problem, except the sauce inside was a bit much for my taste. It had a lot of good flavor though and was a very decent portion size for the price paid (only $4.99). Overall, pretty decent as far as fast food goes. (-.5 stars) On the other hand, we decided to try something different and get jalapeño bites instead of fries. Big mistake. The bites aren't terrible, but in my opinion, for the price, were just not worth it. Considering it was $5.49 for 8 jalapeño bites, I would have rather gotten another sandwich at that price. The bites are not anything special, and I wouldn't waste your money. (-1 stars). All things considered, as far as fast food goes, definitely not the worst. Not the best either. read more

Arby's as a chain has been on a downward spiral since having been acquired by Roark Capital, as evidenced by the number of locations shut down over the past few years. This location, while being one of the better representatives of the brand, still suffers from the weaknesses of its parent company. The store itself is reasonably clean, although the area around the sauce and drink stations is frequently covered in small puddles of sticky residue that attracts flies, and the atmosphere itself is quiet and amenable to conversation. The staff is very friendly, and recognized me by name as soon as my second visit. They are well-staffed, and I have only rarely waited in a long line to order. Arby's remains on the more expensive side of fast food, and I don't always feel as though I'm receiving value-for-dollar when I eat here. That is made worse because I have a hard time finding a satisfactory side dish to accompany my sandwich. I've never been a fan of Arby's curly fries, finding them to have an unpleasant texture and flavor. Likewise, their onion rings have far too much breading for my taste, and have been cooked rock-hard on the few occasions I've ordered them. I'll usually order the mozzarella sticks or jalapeno poppers, but even there the quality tends to fluctuate--sometimes they're okay, but other times the cheese is grainy and greasy. Such variations are in no way unique to this location, which leads me to suspect quality-control issues at the corporate level. The restaurant has a couple of power outlets available, but no WiFi. read more

I have to say that I have not been to arbys in a long time. we decided to stop and try the new brown sugar bacon sandwiches. my wife had the turkey and I had the club. I must say that we really loved both of them. the club is no joke it is a big sandwich and was a great treat. we will make sure to go back and have them again. read more

Normally I like the place however I got food poisoning twice here. About 6 months apart. Once was the pork belly. Now I love their pork belly I normally get extra pork belly. I was sick for days! And recently it smelled like someone wiped their bum with the meat didn't notice till I took a bite. I later got extremely sick. Ran in for a quick late meal, one of the seasonal sandwiches is a Pork Belly Sandwich, this was exceptionally good and quite filling, however I did have rood for an Apple Cobbler and a Jamoca shake. I will be back for this sandwich again. Two rings of the bell for this one. read more
