I am very careful about what I put in my body, and only eat fast food 2x/month. Needless to say, customer service and quality are very important to me. I usually really enjoy Arby's, a lot. And it's a big deal because it takes me over an HOUR (round trip), to visit the nearest location. Not to mention the cost of gas, wear n' tear on the vehicle etc. My time is very valuable to me and don't like when it is abused. I've never had an issue with the mannerisms or professionalism of any Arby's (thus the 3 stars)... but the food was sad. On this occassion I ordered a Bacon, Beef n' Cheddar, and requested: "Add onions and tomato". See in the photo, you can you see they gave me 2 TINY, wilted, pieces of RED onion? The fork in the picture is quite large too! I even asked at the window, if it was made correctly because there was no indication on the wrapper of 'special order'. I trusted not to open it up (thus making my food extra cold). My bad? Total cost: 1+hrs of time and about $14 for a $2 burger. Disappointed. read more

Arby's is one of the best fast food chains in the industry. They have the best curly fries and they have great food choices. This location is very clean, even in the parking lot. In Tampa FL today this Arbys is located by its lonesome but the excellent customer service of devonte made me feel right at home. I had the Turkey and swiss comes with lettuce,tomatoes, red onion, honey mustard on top bun creamy mayo on the bottom bun which I really enjoyed along with It i upcharge for the new cream soda shake. I also upcharged loaded curly fries pictured. I would definitely come again. Parking lot was clean ,food did not take long and I only went through the drive thru no details on interior. #253 I know, I know...Arby's, right? I get it. Out with the kids and we passed this Arby's, a pretty rare site I must say. This location, although clean, needs a renovation bad. The dining area is just one big area with tables, chairs and a few booths. There are patches in the floor where table support poles used to be. It needs help. The food, well, the food is Arby's Roast Beef, but is it really roast beef or Roast Beast. Put enough Arby sauce on it and you can get it down. I have to give kudos to the Manager here and staff. We ordered one kids meal (with two drinks) for them to share. When the food comes it had one squeezy pouch of applesauce. I didn't know what it was so I asked and was told applesauce, much better than fries. I asked how much for another as one wasn't going cut it for two 4 year olds. They just gave me another, no charge...AWESOME. A bonus star just for that. Speaking of fries they have those silly curly fries here but honestly they were fresh, hot and very good. All in all a good experience despite the facility. I saw a man eating a fresh made turkey sandwich on thick sliced bread. It was all dressed up with lettuce, tomato, mayo, it looked good and the guy, who was on his lunch period, devoured it. Just might have to go back and give it a try. My friend and I both ate at the Arby's on east Hillsborough yesterday 03/01/2016 and both came down with food poisioning

Very disappointed last time me and my daughter and son in law had lunch there . The bun was huge, and the beef we could not find in the classic corn beef dinner. I've been eating at this Arby's for the past year, as it's convenient to my work. Until recently I've been satisfied with not only the service but also with the consistency of the food. However, something has recently changed and they seem to always get the order wrong. Last week rather than a diet Pepsi they gave me a Dr Pepper. This was not a big deal as I like Dr Pepper, also. Yesterday I ordered the beef and cheddar meal and paid for a beef and cheddar meal however they gave me a regular roast beef sandwich. Today I ordered a beef and cheddar meal, and decided to check my order before leaving the drive thru. The wrapper was for a beef and cheddar, however when I started to eat my sandwich I discovered that they did not put any cheddar cheese on my sandwich. I'm very disappointed. read more
