Nice and clean and friendly. We stopped by here because we have always had the best service and best fast food at a WAWA location while on a road trip. They sometimes have specials on lower gas prices, too. The restrooms are always clean the times that I have stopped to.use them. What a nice station. It was clean and pretty well organized. The parking lot looks like it is attended on a regular basis. The trash cans are all empty and the gas prices are super good. Ordered from the instant food place and it looks pretty good right now all regular sandwiches are five dollars. They have hot snacks by the register including stuffed warm pretzels with jalapeño or cheese cheese. The staff was all friendly too. Decent beer selection and a lotto machine. My hubby was starving, because the casino across the street was not open for breakfast for another hour and a half. Oh my goodness gracious dear Lord Jesus Christ, do not come here for food ever in your life if you don't want to get food poisoning or a stomachache. The only nice person in the entire establishment was a security guard, which I believe his name was Todd, who is from Chicago. I'm from LA and I've only lived in Florida for four months, but I cannot explain how rude the food maker was behind the counter. When I tried to ask him, how do I order a double egg burrito he referred to me and response as as the cashier in the front which in code means a.k.a. go F yourself. Then we ordered a double espresso and they added extra sugarcane, and I will not go on with the unnecessary details of not having a register that formulated the proper ordering, because apparently five burritos were ordered initially when we went to check out and it was absurd. We are at the casino right now, and I'm gonna enjoy my evening or morning. I should say, but do not come to this establishment. I will finish off by saying, as we were eating our burritos in the car, since there was no outdoor seating, the "chef tried to ding/fight against me while I try to open the door casually to throw out my inedible burrito and my husband's devoured finish food since he has been on a 48 hour intermediate fasting diet. Love me some Wawa! Especially when it's right by the casino I'm staying at and makes for a quick run for some gas and eats for the ride back to Ocala. It's another nice location with an outdoor patio and tables to sit at and eat too. Gas station, convenience store, and high tech eatery all in one. Really makes most NY gas stations look like third world countries. Tasty food, friendly service, and good prices. Really clean, easy to order system, and helpful staff. This place is always extra busy. I guess it's because of the location. They always have really good milkshakes but the menu was limited last night and they were out of whip cream. That was odd. They were also out of lids for the soda cups so I had to drink my 44 oz drink without a lid. read more

For a gas station, these are awesome. They almost seem like a small Walmart for convenience stores. I had one of their hoagie sandwiches which was very good. The selection of different hoagies was amazing and the ability to vary your order was well thought out. This one even has its own coffee and shake station. It had its own employee to make your favorite coffee. You made your sandwich orders from touchscreens instead of dealing with an employee so that the employees can concentrate on making the sandwiches. Service was awesome and it really seem like the store was very busy with people who wanted to be there. read more

Well I finally got to a Wawa after hearing about how great they are on visits to my brother in the Philadelphia area. He always spoke of it in glowing terms and it seemed to be a convenience store with a cult following. Stop by and the reasons are clear. Seeing a new store I had to try it. Aside from the short lines at each gas pump the first thing you see is an outdoor patio with umbrella tables full of people having lunch. A far cry from balancing a Chili dog on top of a trash can at a 7/11. This store was busy but still got a welcome to Wawa from an employee. I had heard of the computerized food ordering system. I'm a guy that screws up a self check out every time I try it, but always enjoy the "condescending" remark "you'll figure it out soon" by the helpful "Assistant Manager of Idiots" for people too dumb to do self checkout. Their system is a breeze, full of colorful pictures with pricing and a immense amount of choices. Pay with a credit card at the terminal or the front counter and wait briefly for your number to be called. I had a Italian Hoagie as their roots are in Pennsylvania and this should be good, and it was better than that, it was excellent. Fresh bread, top quality meats, half a dozen cheese choices, and all the condiments you could want. Truly have it your way, it was prepared and wrapped beautifully. Would they win the Best Hoagie in Philadelphia award....ah no, but they sure as hell would be a contender in Florida. Subway; no comparison, Publix always misses the mark, your corner Pizza joint usually low quality ingredients thrown together by someone who has no clue. Lots of food choices besides Hoagies and they are known for great coffee and outstanding ice cream. I'll have to wait for stores closer to home, but Wawa you're a welcome addition to Florida. read more

Yes, it's a gas station and yes I'm yelping them. It's worth the drive out of my way to go to a place that has excellent customer service. Wawa is awesome in my book for that reason alone. Add the cleanliness and quick, fast food and it's a plus all around. No matter which wawa I frequent I like the fact I can expect the same service and the same quality I expect from this place. I stopped in a couple times over Thanksgiving 2019 weekend and found the staff went out of their way to accommodate me every time visited. This is incredible because my experience at other convenience stores is completely opposite (in a negative way) from my experience at this establishment. This location is not too far from where I live. Even though there is another wawa not even 5 minutes away. It's convenient because it's closer to the casino. They are friendly with service. I made the mistake of trying a new drink (that's why I try to stick to what I know). I got the chia tea something or another. It burnt the back of my throat. I immediately turned around and polity ask for a smoothie...(don't judge me). They were kind enough to replace my tragic attempt of trying something new. Gotta love wawa! Food was the worst from any Wawa I've been to, and they are generally great. Ordered an egg white burrito with extra cheese, avocado and siracha sauce and paid extra for all three and didn't get any, just a crappy, cheap gas station burrito. Also ordered a flatbread sandwich with onion and spinach, had about 5 spinach leaves and no onion! I would give it no stars but that's not an option, the food here is really bad. Note to Manager, February 25th, 2:00 PM, check the schedule and whoever was working the food counter, please deduct the extra money I paid, or all the money I paid, from the woman's paycheck who made this food. read more

I usually come here just before heading off to school. Today, I spent maybe 5 minutes just wondering around trying to find help. I went to 3 different kiosks (I was looking for the milkshake option) but had no luck finding what i was looking for. When I finally asked for help, one of the employees responded in kind of a snobby way that there weren't any. I stop here regularly and the newer Assistant General Manager By the name of Charles is amazing. Charles guest services skills are above and beyond.
