Just what you expect from Arbys with one exception at this location. The beef and cheddar + curly fries were on par with most locations. By the time my payment cleared my food was sitting on the counter, and no it was not cold. It's also decorated nice and festive for Christmas which is always nice. The place was very clean throughout and the manager actually did table touches which I don't think I have seen at any location, she even took some peoples trash to the can. I see a lot of bad reviews here but I don't think it's the same management. read more

Restaurant got a facelift. Too bad that service was not part of the remodeling plan. Arby's is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. I am in the restaurant with 8 other people at 2 tables, yet it took more than 6 minutes for the order to be ready. Why? Lot had too much sand / small debris that coupled with construction dust smudges visible on the ice maker. For these reasons, the 2 stars is generous. Looking for a French Dip & Swiss with a Jamocha Shake? I hope so because I don't think they sell anything else. The sandwich is pretty good and shake is the bomb with some curly fries on the side. I would leave 5 stars but I have a strange feeling the diarrhea and acid vomit that melted dog and car seat into nothing was a result of eating those 12 French dips. Came here for the slider happy hour between 2 - 5 pm. That meats commercial will get to you! Lol the sliders were suprisingly good. They will set you back $1 a piece but they are so worth it. I couldn't imagine eating more than 2. The fries are also $1. The service was slow but pleasant. The restaurant was clean and tidy, my only complaint was the wait time. It was longer than usual but the good was fresh and tasted good. I would come back to this location if I was in the area again. read more

If I could give it a negative I would. To start off they are a bunch of thieves!!! After running my card he ask for my card again and then said it was still processing, I was like then how did I get my receipt. So he ran my card again. I checked my bank and yes he ran my card twice and different amounts. When I drove back and called him out he was like, oh yes I just realized it but you had drive off. BS. The food was so nasty my wife and I threw our food away. So save your self the time and protect your money and don't go to this Arby's in McDonough. read more

Went through the drive through, and it took forever. I don't know what took so long for some people to order and get their food. I was in front of the speaker for about 40 seconds, at the window for 2 minutes, but all the time in between was odd. I don't know if people were taking forever, ordering a lot of stuff, or didn't know what they wanted but it was slow. The food was good, and the staff was great so that's all I will base my review off of. read more

Can't really complain. Stopped by for lunch while traveling for work. Placed order thru drive-thru. Paid at window and employee was very nice. Had to pull fwd and wait for order to be brought out. The lady who brought out my food was a sweetheart and very polite. Food and service were both very good. read more

The jamocha milkshake was good. I enjoyed it while I waited in my car for 20 minutes for a meatball marinara only for them to forget about the order. Had the car behind us not needed to pull up they probably would've never come outside. Don't come here if you're expecting to be served in a timely manner. Best gyros and I got gyros and curly fry and shake and my mom got chicken strip and curly fry and best food is town and definitely come back here with the family. My parents first time eating here and my second tme . FOOD was fresh and gyro sauce was good too. Employees were friendly. MY dad need more gyros meat on his sandwich. read more

After seeing Arby's TV ads for their new deli style sandwiches (called Market Fresh Sandwiches on the menu), I'd been looking forward to trying Arby's again. I hadn't been to an Arby's in ages. This is a nice, new location. Interior has a fairly large dining room with pleasant, trendy decor. The staff seems a bit bored and churlish. However, I had a very good turkey and swiss sandwich. Add a dollop of Horsey Sauce to give it a bit of zing (if you like horseradish; I love horseradish!) It's a big sandwich and I could eat only half of it along with the curly fries. The curly fries are still as good as I remembered...if you get them just cooked. Good experience. read more
