Arby's is a little underrated in my opinion. Been coming to this one on and off for years. The food is almost always how I expect it: hot, made well enough and tastes fine. I love their roast beef sandwiches! And their curly fries add to the deliciousness. Service has also been above passable here. Usually the employees don't fight you over a problem. I've never eaten inside, oddly as it seems, however, I wouldn't be opposed to eating inside. Seems relatively clean in the dining area. Hungry for something filling? They forgot the Arby's sauce for my Arby's original roast beef sandwich. I'm not sure how that happens when they ask me at the service window. The staff may have been having an off day because they were not even cordial, which is just basic politeness. I don't need "Yes sir" and big smiles. Being cordial and polite is basic customer service. The curly fries were pretty hot and crisp. Arby's has been spending a lot of money on advertising. I'm not sure their products match their advertisements, and it would probably be a great idea to simplify their menu. There is a reason why In-N-Out is constantly busy. They do a few things really well and that is all customers want. I don't need a Vegas buffet at a fast food joint. Make quality food at an affordable price. I asked for horsey sauce and received none. The fries were tiny scraps as if from an almost-empty tray. The top bun felt like it had been soaked in a liquid. Today I ordered a kids meal with a Arby's coupon for $2.99. I have ordered the same item many times before and the associates typically ask me if I want an apple juice or kid-sized snack drink. When I asked to please have a kids drink instead of an apple juice, the associate said I could only get an apple juice. An argument ensued after the female manager grabbed the apple juice out of my hand, gave me a kid kid's drink cup and told me never to come in again making such demands. I raised my voice asking her why she was giving me such disrespectful attitude over a freaking kid's drink. When I asked for her name, she had no name tag on, she refused. I then asked to speak with Jordan, who I believe is another manager, and she said no. No customer should ever receive such a mean attitude from an Arby's employee. read more

I had Arby's yesterday and I started my diet today. Yes, it was my choice for my last meal. There is just something about Arby's roast beef sandwiches that I find myself craving. And their curly fries are some of the best around. I go through the driveway 100% of the time. The menu is easy to read but the intercom system could be a little louder. I had to strain my ears to hear my order read back to me. Assuming it was right, I drove forward to the window and was met with a polite worker who had a big smile. Ordered two French Dip sandwiches and Curley fries. Both came out hot and the curly fries tasted fresh. But the au jus could have done with a little more saltiness. Another plus is the location. Being right next to a well traveled road makes it a cinch to get home quickly. Once I drop 25 lbs, I'll be back to celebrate. read more

My wife and I have been trying several different "fast food" outlets recently and, after seeing advertisements on TV, decided to try the gyros offered by Arby's ... we ordered the Greek and roast beef types ... while the beef was "okay," the Greek surpassed expectations ... while not the gyros I had when I lived in Chicago it was very tasty ... the Chicago gyros are a mixture of approximately 85% beef and 15% lamb, in a large cone which rotates on a spit inside a cooker, and sliced off as ordered, and is in many bars ... this was all lamb, pre-cooked and layered in a pita with the usual condiments, which were OK but short on cucumber taste ... it's a definite "do again" but could use a little "tweaking" on the condiments ... read more

Never done one of these things until now but this needed to be said I love arbys don't get me wrong the food was nice and the experience was quick and fast and comfortable. But the way the managers act is gross. They are loud and rude to their employees and always yelling I was ordering my meal and the young lady was so sweet and all she did was type in an order wrong which is an innocent mistake and her manager came up behind her and started doing it for her and got her in trouble basically pushed her out of the way , it was disgusting. I've also experienced the other manager yelling at someone so rudely in Spanish then turning around with a happy face to a customer so fakely and handing them some sauce . Also have seen the same manager yelling in Spanish rudely to many , telling them he's going to send them home , that he's tired of them or to hurry up faster so rudely as if he thinks we can't hear him in the lobby while we eat I did not like seeing these employees being mistreated , I wish I spoke up , I will not being going to this arbys again unfortunately. Please be aware you won't feel comfortable after witnessing what kind of people run this place. Hope the employees find better jobs or the company finds better managers. So disappointed this arbys once was one of my favorite spots to grub for lunch. read more

I have been to this Arby's many times over the years. It's a little bit run down, but I'm completely impressed with how *clean* it is behind the counter in the food prep area! Seriously, floors, counters, all shining. The service was also great from the assistant manager (I wish I had caught his name) on 7/30/18 at 7 pm. The food was standard Arby's, which can be a little pricey but is always filling and pretty good for low-carb if that's your thing. We'll be back. :-) read more

So I ordered 2 Arby Beefy Cheddar sandwiches. Staff was not very friendly. Like I was intruding on their time. And the sandwich? When you advertise cheddar, PUT SOME ON IT! This Arby's stands out because of its great customer service. The employees are friendly and focused on the customers' needs. One drawback to this location is the lack of cleanliness in the dining room. Take a second to look around and you'll see the carpet is massively stained and the booths need a deep cleaning. I would say the dining room needs to be remodeled and then paid better attention to. The rest of restaurant seems clean. I only eat here when I have a coupon, which is pretty often. Arby's offers something different in the universe of fast food. Of course, I love that there is a drive-thru here. I have been pleased with the speed and level of service at this location. The food is what you would expect from Arby's. The newer Angus beef sandwiches are quite tasty and you can't go wrong with a Beef N Cheddar. The curly fries are always off the hook! If this were in northern Chico, I'd go more often, but it's pretty far south - off Skyway & Notre Dame. Overall, I recommend this location. read more

I've been going to this Arby's on and off for the last 4 years. I don't know why I keep giving them a chance, but I won't be making this mistake in the future. Not once. Not ONCE in 4 years have they ever gotten our order correct. The frequently misunderstand getting a side of cheese sauce, a SIDE OF IT, and instead ruin their sandwiches with it. Or they just forget it all together. I'm tired of the fries ALWAYS being cold and chewy and the onion rings today tasted as if they'd been hanging a round for a few days. Terrible service, can't understand anyone on the drive thru, and food workers that don't read their order screens. I won't be back, and I will refer others away from it. read more

We first tried the nearby Subway, but it closed at 8 pm. Fortunately, this Arby's stayed open until 10 pm. I had the Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich for $4.69. I thought it was average for fast food restaurants. I prefer chicken sandwiches where the chicken is grilled, rather than deep fried. My wife had the Roast Beef Classic sandwich for @3.29. She thought it was all right, but my brother-in-law took a look at the beef in his two Roast Beef Classic sandwiches and pulled out a bunch of the beef that did not look too good. My other brother-in-law had the French Dip sandwich and thought it was pretty good. Very good service. Plenty of parking. read more
