I was craving rice. Del Taco usually makes tasty rice however, it was just gross like it had been sitting around in a box. I ordered the vegetable burrito, no sour cream no cheese. It came with sour cream and was not the best burrito I've had at Del Taco. The only good thing I can say about this Del Taco is the guy that was at the register was nice and efficient. I heard him confirm with the person making my food that it didn't have any cheese or sour cream. They said that they made it that way....wrong. The floors and tables were sticky to the point of hearing everyone's shoes sticking to the floor . The only really good item was the funnel cake fries. It was disheartening that nothing else was good. We ended up tossing everything in the trash and leaving. I couldn't believe that we paid $12 plus a meal and ended up with garbage. read more

Used to frequent this location a lot, and I mean A LOT! The service here is fine overall. You can easily go through the drive-thru or go inside, where there is a nice dining room with ample seating if you want to dine in, and place an order at the counter. I actually like the inside of the restaurant and have chosen to eat there on several occasions. You can sit in a booth and look through the large windows while you eat. Food comes out quickly and hot, and well, who ever complained about that? Not me! The food, however, concerning taste, could be better. I don't really like their beans. They don't have much flavor. If they fixed them, their burritos would be lightyears better. Their fries are delicious. I always order them. Sauces here are so-so. Taco Bell's are much, much better. Chicken tacos are nice to have every now and then. I like their drink selection. They offer soft drinks, shakes and lemonades. Im new to Deltaco 3 snack tacos: I ordered hard shell, and I found the crunch to be good. Same kind of crunch you'll get in a tortilla chip. Was it hot? No but thats not what I was expecting anyways. I gotta come back to check the price but iirc, it was around 2$ for all 3 tacos so I'd say it was a pretty good deal. I do wish it was thursday cause the thursday deal looked tastier. I finished all 3 tacos with some hot sauce and I still wasn't full, they were SNACK tacos afterall. Shouldve ordered 2 pairs of them. Hot sauce wasn't that spicy I got the hottest one. I do recommend Del Taco. My experience for the first time it was very nice. I enjoyed my meal I enjoyed my whole meal. The experienced eating at Del Taco for the first time, the service was great. The ambience was cool, chilled and relaxing, old-school music playing on the Radio. I needed a doggie bag. I couldn't eat all my food. Piss, poor management! Two employees working on a taco Tuesday night. Drive-through backed up. No attention paid to the inside customers whatsoever. Gentleman in front of me was in line for 10 minutes and finally walked out. I was right behind him. Went to Taco Bell.. Customer service the worst I've seen at a fast food restaurant in a while considering they're making $20 an hour. Young lady preparing the food didn't seem to be in any hurry. Take your time walking back-and-forth from the indoor refrigerator. Kept glancing over at us but not making eye contact or alerting the drive-through personnel that somebody was at the front counter. Absolutely horrible ordered a meal they told me they didn't have two of the drink options that I didn't want. Also, the food was very cold. I spent over $35. Quesadilla and two street tacos in a meal I basically had to throw it away. didn't even have any cheese in it. The lady in the drive-through was very rude. I used to love the food and service at this Del Taco. I ordered French Fries and another item and a drink. The workers needed to make fries, so I waited at the window-not a problem. One worker was on her phone and two other workers were talking to her. The worker making the fries needed to be reminded to get the fries out of the fryer in front of him. The fries were burned. I wasn't given napkins. Terrible food and service! I didn't return the fries. I didn't want to wait longer for a refund or while they made more fries. read more

So I went here and ordered a bun taco and I loaded the photo up of what they actually gave me compared to what it's supposed to look like! Total BS! ! My picture of what they gave me is the one cut in half, The other picture is what it's supposed to look like. What a joke!! Having an ultra refined palate, it's my pleasure to bring my expert opinion to bear on the local Del Taco establishment. So let's get into it! It was a night full of umbrage and fear and loathing, and I had just learned that 2020 was trying to kill us all, starting with Eddie Van Halen. My normally stoic spirit frayed, I decided to order the most emotionally suppressing food item I could think of: the Del Taco Fiesta Pack. For those who do not know, or even those who do not care, the Fiesta Pack is a box that contains 6 bean and cheese burritos and 6 hard shell beef tacos. I requested as many Del Scorcho hot sauce packets as the staff is legally allowed to allocate to my person, and I headed home to crush my own soul, much in the same manner as a third hand vehicle being mangled at the scrap yard. The beans were beany, the cheese was cheesy, the tortillas were of flour. The tacos were beefy. Upon completing the desolation of the Fiesta Pack, I frantically began to ask myself what I had just done, who I was, and what the meaning of life was. Without going into all of the details, I contacted my local priest who tells me he was a failed wizard in his past life, and he performed a questionable bolus exorcism. The contents of my gut were stubborn though, and the battle to reverse the terrible lack of foresight on my part and an inability to acknowledge my poor consideration for consequences in general was a long and brutal skirmish. I am lucky to have survived the experience, so they lost a star there. The other 2 stars dropped come from an unfortunate exchange I had with a burrito laborer, who severely disagreed with my unfounded opinion that the 2020 election was a sham, and that simply because I believe my man should get another four years despite a landslide popular and electoral loss, he should park his keester in that oval office to keep draining that literal swamp and keep building that tremendous wall. The burrito was alot bigger than I had expected and honestly I probably didn't even need to order that extra Tamale but I enjoyed both. The food was very hot, especially the tamale. This place needs some serious help. The poor staff are confused and slow. I mean 20 minutes for 1 taco slow. Add on the confusion of staff in the back, who's doing what, what was I supposed to make? I am only giving it a 1-Star rating because Yelp will not let me go lower and I do adore their chicken habanero tacos. Today, 09/09/2021 at 3:38 pm I placed a mobile order for two habanero chicken tacos. Due to a sign saying their lobby was closed, I made a mobile order on their website. I have done this before as the last time I was in the same situation I was told they could not serve me in the drive thru without being in a vehicle. I asked about having a mobile order brought out and they explained that was do-able. Today I waited for my mobile order for twenty minutes. With an online order my phone number is supplied and o received no call regarding my order nor was it brought out to me. Their drive thru was empty and I deemed ten minutes to be enough time to check in on my order. I gave Del Taco a call to receive a dial tone saying the line was disconnected. I then waited at the door closest to drive thru in order to get someone's attention. With no luck I moved to the main entrance door. Finally an associate noticed and opened the door. I told them I have a mobile order for Angela, in which she replied I would have to walk through the drive thru to get. Besides the 15 minute wait to start I now how to wait behind a truck that had ordered much later than I to get my order. By the time I reached the window I'd been waiting at least 20-25 minutes for two tacos. The two tacos were in a bag by the window, which she could have easily handed me when she opened the door to speak to me. This entire time I am on my lunch break and was late clocking back in.
