If I could give this location no stars I would. Everything online says they close at 11. I go through the drive thru at 9:40 with several cars in front of me and they switched off all the lights. Worked fast food and I have even worked at that Arby's location. I asked them at the window if they closed at 10 or 11. They proceeded to allude to the fact that I can't read because they have signs everywhere, but the only legible sign since they had turned out the lights while in the drive thru was on the pick up window. I asked bc I was going to apologize for coming through so late. Instead, all I got was violent behavior and aggression. The manager cussed me out and all of the employees followed suit. The manager shoved her finger in my face and yelled at me so loudly my dog cowered down away from her bc he thought he was getting a treat like at most drive thru windows but all we got was animosity, volatility, and aggression. I'm a passive person, I don't yell and I don't start confrontations I start communication. Many times I asked the manager to lower her voice, to stop talking over me and to actually hear what I was saying, that I only asked about the times out of courtesy being an Arby's/fast food veteran myself. I was met with threats and insults and windows being slammed in my face, all because I asked if they closed at 10 or at 11 like Yelp, google, and their website said. Never in my life have I ever been treated and made to feel the way these Arby's employees did to me. I was just trying to be courteous and I was met with aggression. Then they tried to turn it around on me when I pulled back around asking for their names and a card for their GM or his name. This is absolutely absurd. At one point I thought the manager on duty was going to throw something at me not to mention the obscene hand gestures I was given through the window when they slammed it in my face more than once. I will never ever visit this location ever again. read more
