Best decision i've ever made in my life. Better decision than when I chose to stop at a red light instead of run it. The food was immaculate and the prices were so good. The environment was great aswell. Specifically the employee named Chow!! Chow made our experience memorable and unforgettable. He walked through the menu with my friends and I and even gave us two of each HOMEMADE SAUCES for free!! (since it was our first time trying the foo) Talk about southern hospitality. Thank you Foo and thank you Chow. I will be returning from New Orleans just for Foosackly's. And I will advocate for Chow getting a raise!! EDIT: I was informed that Chow has left this location and is now at a different Foosackly's location. I still stand that the chicken is fye. Thank you.

My wife ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, coleslaw, onion rings, and a soda. The total cost... less than $20! The cashier/order taker was very friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient. He answered our questions, took our order, and served us our drinks in no time at all. The food came out shortly thereafter. The food was very good. We were both impressed! My only complaint is that this is a takeout only establishment. There is no indoor dining, and there's not even any outdoor dining space. Just a bummer that you can't enjoy the food fresh off the grill (unless you're eating while driving, I guess). In any case, I'm sure I'll be back!

So today was my first time and the menu makes you want to try one of everything because it all looks so good.. Since I couldn't do that I decided to get two burgers and a fry. I got the Chili / Slaw Cheeseburger and the Reg Cheeseburger to eat later tonight. The Chili Slaw Burger was good and the fries as well.. The only Cons to this establishment is it's a huge building and I had every intention on going inside to sit down and eat but it's not that kind of place.. You can order at the drive thru or you can park and walk up to the side window and order that way ... It's basically like a Sonic but no tables or chairs outside to sit at even though they have plenty of room. No bathroom access such as Sonic either. I was a little disappointed about this but it is what it is. A local lady who had ordered and was waiting with me said that they were going to put tables and chairs outside but the city wouldn't let them.. That didn't make sense to me because there is a Sonic directly next door which offers tables, seating and no bathroom.. ‍ Staff was friendly and offered great service, the food was good. Prices are actually more than reasonable here and I was surprised to see that. Try it out and let me know what you think. I would recommend it for sure.

They were formerly known as "Sam's Seafood Grill" but have now rebranded as "AJ's Seafood Chicken &…read moreGrill". It seems as if they have new staff as well. However, one employee single-handedly ruined the reputation of this establishment for me. My mother and I have frequented this place for about a year now. They've always had phenomenal customer service and food. However, yesterday when we pulled up to the drive-thru, we were immediately assaulted by the strongest weed scent that we have ever smelled off of one singular person before. In layman terms, the drive-thru worker stank. Badly. When my mother points out how overwhelming the aroma of weed is, instead of being apologetic, the drive-thru worker immediately gets defensive (as all junkies in denial do) and proceeds to call my mom and I quote a "f*ckin idiot". The worker also claimed that she had cancer and was using the herb for medicinal reasons. As paying customers, we have every right to a refund and yet this woman initially denied me one, claiming that they "didn't do" refunds. To make matters worse, she took my card to the back of the restaurant instead of returning it to me, which I did not appreciate at all, as I have no way of knowing whether she took a quick snapshot or not. Magically, she could suddenly do refunds when I threatened to call police. She also mentioned that she would make up some fabrication to the police and accuse us of trespassing when, in actuality, we were simply trying to order. As far as the cancer claim, due to her willingness to lie about not being able to give me a refund and about us "trespassing", I am not fully convinced that this woman is not just another pothead lying to justify her addiction. Will not be returning here.

I salted my chips when they came out hot since I like them that way, and the salt grinder let me choose a thicker grind. The salsa is worth mentioning since it was thick and on the spicy side, and it was quite a bit better than average for Pensacola. My meal itself was a chicken quesadilla, a beef burrito and a chili relleno. The plate was full so it did not come with rice or beans, and I admit I missed them. The chili relleno was good but a little heavy, and it would not cut with a fork the batter as the batter was fried tough. The chicken quesadilla was bland and also would not cut with a fork. The burrito, however, was perfect. I could've just eaten burritos and salsa in hindsight and been perfectly happy had it come with the beans and rice. Overall the food was good, and the environment is nice and "traditional" with lots to see while you are waiting for your food.

If you are looking for a hidden gem serving some of the best fried seafood in the Pensacola area,…read morelook no further than Shannon's Seafood Kitchen. It is everything you want from a classic Florida seafood dive. The restaurant sits in a spot you could probably drive past a hundred times and never give a second thought. It is tucked away enough that if you did not know it was there you might miss it completely. But once you stop in, you will be glad you did. The atmosphere is modest, casual, and clean. It feels like one of those small family owned meat and three restaurants you find all over the South. The only difference is this one specializes in seafood. The service is as sweet as the iced tea and the conversations with the staff flow just as easily. Everyone was friendly and welcoming in that genuine small town way. The food was outstanding. Simple, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The seafood was fried perfectly and seasoned just right. The fish was flaky and hot straight out of the fryer, and the fried shrimp were crisp and flavorful. Even the sides were great and tasted homemade. You can tell right away that the owners and staff genuinely care about what they do. Their pride in the food and the restaurant really shows in the quality of everything they serve. If you ever find yourself craving a big piece of fried fish or a basket of shrimp, Shannon and her crew will absolutely deliver. Tip: Do not let the outside fool you.
