This location in the Pensacola area is by far the worst. They have the slowest service and are the one location that consistently messes up the food order in one way or another. Most of the stalls are marked off and unable to park in to use. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes just to place your order at the drive through. Not receive your order. Honestly wish I could give no stars. Ordered breakfast ahead of time, three different times now in the recent month, two of which I had to wait roughly 20 minutes to get the food. The third I had to wait almost 50 minutes, to which I didn't even get the food because I had to leave so I wouldn't be late to work. 10/10 would not recommend trying to get anything before 10am. read more

I ordered a Rt 44 Lemonaide Slush on the app. On Aug 14, 2025 the app took the order, I arrived at the store a few mins after placing the order. The Machine was broken. They asked if I wanted something else I said no just a refund. I as told I needed to call 866-OK SONIC. I call the girl was not good at her job but processed the refund. She said it would take up to 7 days to appear back on my card. On Aug 20th I called back since the refund had not appeared, the person said she would process it again still nothing. I spoke with my bank and they said within 5 seconds of receiving the refund, it will appear back on my card. I don't think Sonic processes refunds and get away with tens of thousands of dollars but not doing so. Who is going to take a company to court over 2.41 cents in my case. read more

modern day sonics are known to fucking suck but this one is exceptionally shitty. i've tried to use this sonic 3 times since i've moved to the area and this is how it went -1st time i went w friends. i was drunk. we all wanted chili cheese dogs. they shorted us on two after being there for 45 minutes in an empty drive thru. we went back and tried again and somehow forgot to put the chili and cheese on the mf. -2nd time i tried to order on doordash a BREAKFAST BURRITO, TATER TOTS, AND SLUSHY. they told my doordash driver they were out of everything and had nothing to make my order. -3rd time i was on my way home from work and i just wanted a coke slushy without having to get out of my car at a gas station to get one. they give it to me at the window and it's white and i ask the guy if it's coke and he says yea it just mixes like that so i take a sip and it quite literally tasted like cleaning products and lemon zest to i threw it away and left. Explain to me why I waited twenty minutes, yes TWENTY for a milkshake when not one vehicle was ahead of me. This is the second similar situation like this at this business in one week. I have to think your numbers are terrible since this place is more than content to not move vehicles. My son really wanted to go to Sonic while we were in town so I pulled in to get him some lunch to eat at the beach. He was happy because of the drive thru experience, but lawd it took forever to get the order! I was very impressed with Sonic when I first ate at one. In college I would order a chili pie and either a cherry-vanilla Dr. Pepper or a berry limeade to drink. Sadly today chili pies are no longer on the menu. I did occasionally get cheese sticks too and they were still on the menu. I really never likes their burgers and the coney changed over the years. Since I'm not a big soda drinker anymore I just have no use for Sonic these days and have to keep it in my past. read more

They have the worst customer service. We stopped by on multiple occasions and their ice cream machine is always down and broken. They would not take our order at the normal place and made us wait in line just to tell us it was broken. Really need to work on an ice cream machine and your staff. read more

Ordered a kids meal and 3 shakes. Waited for over 15 minutes with only 3 other cars there. When we finally got the food, food was hot, shakes were terrible melted so they sat forever probably waiting to be ran or for food to cook. The shakes were so melted that the use of them being made with ice cream could be debatable with the texture being so runny. Totally unacceptable! read more

I went to here after a football game to get dinner real quick just 3 of us. We park press the button there's man in the building he looks at us then goes to his phone ignores us. Then some lady comes out to "take our order" first she copped an attitude with me when I was being completely polite being slow with her so she had our order right, she kept looking off while I was talking to her like she didn't give any F what I was saying to her. After that she messed up my burger had everything on it when I said specificity ketchup n cheese. My meal costed 10$ tops. The lady messed our order up it was just mine n 1 grilled cheese plus a medium blue coconut slush. It ended up being 19 something which sounded way off honestly. Shouldn't been like 16 tops. Lady comes back my drink had a hole in it which got soda all over our car literally EVERYWHERE. Finally the lady comes back with the chicken it's a 3 piece not the meal, I honestly don't even know what I payed for this I didn't get no damn receipt the lady said like 10 something. Literally for a medium fry n the 3 chicken strips. I wouldn't have been so mad if they were more polite and apologized to me at least everything they did was highly uncalled for i woulda at least appreciated a discount my money back I just wanted to leave n the lady wouldn't give me my receipt which made me more mad.
