"Cheese Quesdilla" - this was 100% just straight up microwaved. At no point did the tortillas touch a hot pan. To add insult to injury, they put sour cream INSIDE the quesadilla before microwaving it, causing the sour cream to become hot, broken down, and of course making the microwaved quesadilla even soggier. Apparently no one told them sour cream is supposed to be a COLD condiment. The best part about our visit was the drive thru, which wasn't great, either. The person repeated our order wrong no fewer than 3 times at the speaker, and again no fewer than 3 times at the window. The person wasn't rude or unfriendly by any means; just seemed like their manager set them up to fail by providing little to no training for the role.
