My chicken sandwich was kinda soggy; like it had sat in the bun for a while before giving it to me. The ladies covering the front counter seemed preoccupied and uninterested in customer service. I have a shrimp allergy so I went with the fried fish and WOW! These tacos are the best I've had in the area of any kind! They are similar to having fish tacos the last time I was in Huntington Beach and had fish tacos on the beach! They might even be better! Everything was fresh! The corn tortillas were even freshly made! It was so filling that I could only eat 1.5 tacos. The flavors perfectly married acidic, creamy, spicy, and fresh tastes all in one! This dish is a must! Came with plenty of chicken, so unless you're a big eater, 1 is enough. We ordered 2. The two complaints I do have.... They have kiosks there for you to place your own order. I don't like wasting 5-6 minutes trying to figure out where everything is to make sure the food is prepared the way I want it. Tried to get the attention of someone at the counter and they ignored us. Two guys that worked there heard me say I didn't want to use the kiosk, but walked to the back and didn't help us, either. The other problem is the food servers bring the food to the table but we waited a really long time for it. There were only about 7 tables total that had guests, and then us and one other table didn't have food, yet. When we got our food, it was cold. I do not like to eat cold food when it's supposed to be hot. A little warm would have worked, even. I also don't like to complain when we're with other couples, which we were. Second time to go to dinner with them. Who wants to bring attention to everyone at the table when you aren't satisfied with something? Not me! Anyway, not sure we will give it another try, but we will go alone if we do. I also should add, it was about 5:30, so def not busy enough for the music to be so loud. We were having trouble hearing people at our table. That is one reason when we go out with others, that we don't go to places like Texas Roadhouse or Bubba's... you just really can't visit.
