This location is typically our go-to location as it's always clean, quick with online orders and always friendly service. We typically do online orders for dine-in since Arby's requires most deals through app orders only. We were only a few minutes away when we placed the app order and when we walked in, they already had most of our order done. They delayed a bit to cut fresh onions for my Ranch chicken wrap. Order was quickly "wrapped" up and we settled in the dining room, which was pretty empty for a lunch hour. Food was hot and tasted incredibly fresh. Chicken was tender and juicy, all veggies were spot on. Fries were hot and perfectly cooked. Husband had the traditional roast beef combo and the bun was soft, Arby's sauce was plentiful and the roast beef was great. Value was wonderful considering the app discounts! read more

Arby's - Ranch Chicken Wrap - Fast Food Near Me - Nampa, Idaho

The sandwich was not very appetizing. I got the Philly steak and it looked like someone sat on it. Nothing like the photo it was advertised as. The fries were adequate, though not very hot. The lobby was dirty and unkept, many dirty tables and the condiments had one pump empty. Hard to find anyone to come to the counter, not good service. Not likely we will go back there. read more

I had a ham and cheese. Not much ham or cheese. The bun tasted like the cheapest, smallest day old bread store bun. Awful. I couldn't finish it. What I did eat sat like a rock . No better than they were a couple of years ago. That was their last chance. read more

I saw their ad on TV for the Italian loaded sandwich. I love Italian sandwiches. So I thought I'd give it a try. I was hoping they wouldn't be like the other sub sandwiches that show you a great picture but you don't get what you see. Well let me tell you. The sandwich was disgraceful. It looked nothing like the one they advertise. Not even close. Don't order it. read more

I have been at this Arby's a few times and I always have to ask for the Arby's sauce and horsey sauce when I order a roast beef sandwich. Today I ordered through door dash and specifically ordered both sauces. When it was delivered, there was no sauce. I called the restaurant and their reply was "well there's nothing I can do about it now". I have been to the one on 12th and the Meridian one and they have excellent customer service. I will not return to the one on Caldwell Blvd due to their poor customer service. read more

Such slow service for such little people on site. I had a very small and simple order to which I had to pull around and park to wait for. And they didn't even get my sandwiches right and had to go in to get it correct. How hard can this job be? Get it together Arby's read more

We visited this Arby's today at 2:23 pm. The place was virtually empty. After placing our dine in order, we took a seat. After 15 minutes, I went and checked on our order, which was sitting under the heat lamp waiting for the chicken tenders which were done sitting on the draining rack. During this time one of the servers was busy visiting with a customer (of the opposite sex) and I'm not sure what the manager was doing. There was one other group in the dining room and they had already gotten their order and I don't recall any drive up service at the time. Not sure why it took 15 minutes to serve chicken tenders and a roast beef sandwich, but I'll let you guess why. read more

We always do dine in. Good to get out of a car to enjoy a meal. I haven't done drive-thru anyplace for years. And I saw that most of the negative reviews dealt with drive-thur issues. I would I'd say this is a typical Ardy's. It was clean and the staff was FF (Friendly and Fast). I tried the new Ribeye sandwich. It was pretty good. My wife really loved it. But she doesn't care much for Ardy's regular Beef sandwich, which I LOVE! But now there is something that we both really like there. At least as long as the Ribeye sandwich lasts. read more

The food was good and the service was awesome. A nice employee named Michael actually came out to the tables and while cleaning asked if he could get anything for us. Never had that exceptional level of service happen before at a fast food restaurant. I will be back. read more

I have had food from this Arby's quite a few times. The staff has always been real nice. Today I ordered a double beef and cheddar with a few sides of cheddar sauce and some jalapeño bites. I took the food home, opened the bag and saw that one of the sides of sauce was moldy. I went back to the location and the Shift Manager had a surprising response. She said "you should sue us" and "take it up with corporate because there's nothing I can do about it." I would've accepted some free food certificates and moved on but since I was treated this way and I'm out over $13.00, I figured I just warn others about the mold and move on with my life... read more

Arby's - a person holding a plastic cup - Fast Food Near Me - Nampa, Idaho

We have eaten at this location twice in the last few months. Most recently we both ordered their Hawaiian Fish sandwiches, which were pleasant and satisfying. It had just the right amount of tartar sauce, plus lettuce and tomato. The fish patty itself was quite thin, however. Would have like a more substantial piece of fish so that it could really shine. The sandwich alone was just $5.69 and in a combo it was $9.99. The crinkle fries were good, but totally unsalted. And the ketchup dispenser was not working, so no ketchup for the fries. That is inexcusable. Previously, we ate here and enjoyed their burgers. For the price, it was one of the best burgers we have had anywhere. Very enjoyable and a good value. So far, we have no complaints about the employees or the service, so we will return for more burgers, or whatever we are craving. read more

Went here today, 9/29/22 and ordered their new Philly cheesesteak and a regular roast beef sandwich. Hate to say I was not very impressed. The cheesesteak had a good amount of meat and cheese but no flavor. The roast beef on the sandwich had decent flavor but there was no sauce or anything on the sandwich, just meat and bun which made it kind of boring. Not sure if this is normal? This is my first time to arbys in a long time. Meh.. probably won't be going back. Curly fries were good though! read more

We stopped at Arby's about 8PM. We were the only people in the dining room. Everything seemed clean. Service was okay but they were out of napkins. I don't mean the dispenser was empty but they were completely out - like, how does this happen? Didn't anyone realize they were running low? They were also out of towels in the restroom. Hmm, are we getting a picture here? We got our food. I had a medium size Arby sandwich. I used to really enjoy their sandwiches but someone somewhere decided that they would start serving their sandwiches rare. I never order a steak rare and I don't know a lot of people who do. I usually order my steak medium. So, the first couple of times I went and got a rare sandwich, I was frustrated. Now, I won't be going back until I find out that they've returned at least to medium. The curly fries were very good. I also got an apple pie. Now, one of the things I enjoy about the apple pie is when the icing/frosting is applied generously. This one, however, was applied in a miserly fashion like a thin string. Why? Is it that expensive to do it right? So, Arby's, your potential is great but you've got to work on your execution and delivery. read more

Got Arby's tonight. Love their ads, "are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Usually I'm not thinking Arby's. That being said before for 10 is great for feeding families. I also love their mozzarella sticks. read more

Food was a sloppy mess. Ended up throwing it out of my window while driving. Didn't even take a bite. Fuck you whoever made that shit!!

Love eating here they are fast and friendly food is amazing clean store as well I sure will be back for those curly fries!

Love Arby's but they forget the au jus for my French dip sandwich almost every single time! My husband and I order online so there's no going back for it. I just have to do without and it's very disappointing. read more

If it wasn't for the Arby's sauce, it would only get 2 stars, because it's hard to give fast food more than that. But oh that Arby's sauce... I could drink it.. but I won't! Promise! So come on down for a quick lunch. Let's keep Arby's open. They all closed up where I came from. So sad! read more

If I could give give zero stars I would, my mother and I went thru the drive thru for a couple of beef and cheddar meals, asked for sauces on the side, then we were Informed at the window they were out of all their sauce packets and the drink we wanted, had we known this we would have went somewhere else, Arby's sauce is what makes the sandwich, well not only was the sandwich dry and cold, they forgot the cheese and the fry's were also cold and hard, complained about the order and the so called manager not only continued to interrupt my mom, she was yelling at us and refused to refund us because we had touched the food, extremely rude, we will not be going back here again!!! read more

Good food great service and quick delivery. Reasonable pricing and sandwiches fill you up.

so I have been wanting to try the fish sandwich because the commercial makes it look so good, but it wasn't, there was very little sauce on it and what there was was thrown on and the bun was smashed down to nothing, all in all it was disgusting read more

Not the worst but far from the best Arby's I've ever been to. I just went through the drive through and ordered a ton of sandwiches for the fam. They asked if I wanted any sauces... I said "yes, a bunch of everything please". So got home only to realize that they gave me 3 Arby's sauce, 2 horseradish and 2 ketchup... for 8 sandwiches and 2 fries. WTF. The food is good though and I guess that's all that really matters. Just very frustrating that when asked.. they fail at a simple task like giving sauces. Lol. read more

Do not go through the drive through. If you ask for crinkle fries you get curly fries. When asked "would you like any sauce?" They don't give you any. 3rd time I've been here... last time I'll go. If I could give this a negative star I would. read more

Ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich today. I'm very dissatisfied with it, literally has a large spoon of it! Nothing makes me madder then BAD customer service. When you are a manager I don't care if you have to jump thru 20 hoops to make someone happy. If their request is resonable DO IT! Which brings me to this Arbys. I wanted a Roast Beef and Swiss Market Fresh Sandwich, which YES, I do realize is no longer on the menu. At first, the very sweet guy (the only reason I'm giving them any stars at all) was like "sure that's no problem I just need to figure out how to ring it up." Then his GM said "NO we can't make it anymore." This is where I start to get heated. Ok so you mean to tell me, you CAN NOT make a Turkey and Swiss Market Fresh (which by the way IS THE SAME THING, except the turkey of course) and SUB Roast Beef. I'm sorry but I've worked in the food industry for a very LONG time. I know it can be done. The truth is, if this had ended the way it should have, no harm no foul, this review would be different. And get this I ended up getting a Market Fresh I didn't even order, my dad did. I simply asked the GM to bag my Regular Roast Beef and Fries in a different bag because I was headed to work. She gave me my dads order and my dad my order. The only good thing was my free fries (thanks to 4square) and the nice kid at the register. They are lucky I LOVE my Arbys and this is the ONLY one in the area otherwise I wouldn't be coming back. read more

I visited this location at 1:45 on Sat 9/11, ordered 2 cheese steak , 2 beef/cheddar and 2 med fry. When I arrived at window to pay I was told they only had 1 cheese steak left, I said ok I'll take it. Was told they did have time to make anymore, what? Why would you allow this when this item is being advertised all the time. When order was delivered to me the fries were missing, so I notified window person and she said how many did you order? I presented bag with receipt taped to bag and again she asked how many did you order? I told her 2. I did not look at receipt but it had only 1 on order. Can they make anymore incompetent mistakes? When I arrived home to eat this new cheese steak, it was not like the advertisement at all, it did not have the red and yellow product in the sandwich at all it had a terrible onion salt or sauce in it, what a disappointment!! Spend your $$ elsewhere!! read more

So let me start by saying... I have worked in a fast food restaurant before so I know what to expect. This was far from what a paying customer should expect. I ordered a cheddar classic sandwich meal with large fries and drink And 3 piece buffalo chicken tenders. After ordering, it took over 7 minuets for them to realize to park the car in front of me. Once they did, I meet a person who was obviously training. He asked if I had the cheddar beef sandwich, which I replied yes. Thinking he was just shortening my order to make sure he had the right order pulled up. So I gave him my card, I looked at the receipt and notice he only charged me for literally a cheddar sandwich. I said I ordered more. Then someone else started helping him and communicating to me. I am assuming it was the person who was training this new guy. I repeated my order, she put it into the system and charged my card again. Thought everything was good at this point, but nope. With me now frustrated, I left without them giving me my drink. Yes, my fault for leaving but it should have been giving to me right after I paid. It was a total of 9+- mins to get my food even after they parked a car. I thought it was a fast food restaurant??! I will say it is NOT on the new guy... 100% on the trainer who let him run the drivethru without making sure he was capable to be left alone. read more

Arbys food is Arbys food, and I like it, what I don't like is when they ask you if you'd like any arbys or horsey sauce.. you say yes please a little of both. and then get home and find they put absolutely none of either in your bag.. wow really?? This Arbys needs a serious re-staffing. looks like next time.. im thinking Wendys. LOL read more

I had frequented Arby's before in other areas and had 'ok' experiences but this one in Nampa just made them all look great. The worst sandwich I have ever had, the triple cheese. It was nasty, bread was hard, could not find the cheese or and of the triple cheeses. It made my sick and I only had 5 bites. I won't go back to this location again. read more

Unhappy customer today. This used to be good but why should I pay for large fries and then end up with the same amount as small ones in the boxes... This is ridiculous. Forgot to add that we called them and they said the fries might have "settled" in the bag on the way home. That's a lot of settling for a 10 min drive home. read more
