His energy was strong of ego and making sure he won this battle coming thru the door. As I explained to him my problem, he printed iff my recipe and said she ordered with cheese, not our fault. Im actually a medium, and all the way back to store, I heard dont argue, dont throw the food at him and we r sorry. He refused to remake my food because it was our fault not his. I just gave him the bag of food back and left, drove thru McDonald's and bought a sandwich from them. Did I mention that today was my day off and I work as a supervisor in the Tin Lizard in east peoria Illinois and when a guest has a complaint, I ask them how can I fix this for you and make it better and what can I do for you. Because as a manager that is what you are suppose to do. I live in morton and i will not go back to a place where im treated like this. Let alone the money of 40 there and another 10 at McDonald's ​

At drive through repeated 4 times my name and told speaker didn't work well. Pulled up to window and then told order didn't show after being behind 5 vehicles. Drove away and placed new order in parking lot and went back through drive through again behind another 4 vehicles. Told speaker didn't work again after repeating another 4 times so I pulled to window. Told order wasn't in system and to drive around a 3rd time to which I asked for a refund. Told I needed to go through app for for my double refund. Girl looked up at screen over head and yelled my name and said I was canceling then slammed window (check your vid) Parked and contacted corporate requesting $30 refund for both orders that were showing in my Apple account and contacted cc and requested a dispute. All together took over a half hour for nothing and I will never visit again. Arby's across the street was great

Mobile order? Drive-thru? Doesn't matter -- this location just can't get it right…read more I've been coming to this Taco Bell for nearly 8 years, and the service has gone downhill fast. I usually order through the app to avoid confusion and mistakes, but lately, that hasn't mattered at all. Mobile orders are no longer left on the pickup rack (understandable because of theft), but instead of being efficient, food just sits on the back counter while employees stare at you. I've had to make eye contact with multiple staff members before anyone even bothered to hand me my bag. Inside, after 5 p.m., the evening crew seems totally disorganized compared to the friendly and quick daytime team. Most recently, I gave them another chance through the drive-thru around 5 p.m. I spent over $4 on an item that wasn't even in the bag. On top of that, my girlfriend's 3-Cheese Flatbread Melt was wrong -- it came with chicken and steak when she only wanted steak. Other items were lukewarm, some just flat-out disappointing. After two strikes in a row, I'm done wasting time and money here. Management needs to be replaced and the crew retrained. Until that happens, I can't see myself ever coming back to this location.

They have QR codes receipts that you scan in order to fill your soda. I'm not sure if you actually need to scan your QR code because it looked like people were able to fill without scanning anything. I would say you should keep your ears perked when they call out an order because sometimes they call out the item and not the order number so someone else might think it's their food. Overall, we loved our burgers and the shakes. Lots of seating area, for the most part clean. All the workers are busy making meals so I wouldn't count on any assistance. The kiosk are super easy to use and they accept cash and card too, which is pretty convenient.
