I had the worst experience with a mobile app after I order from Taco Bell's Morton Location. Placed order through app 5 minutes prior. At drive through repeated 4 times my name and told speaker didn't work well. Pulled up to window and then told order didn't show after being behind 5 vehicles. Drove away and placed new order in parking lot and went back through drive through again behind another 4 vehicles. Told speaker didn't work again after repeating another 4 times so I pulled to window. Told order wasn't in system and to drive around a 3rd time to which I asked for a refund. Told I needed to go through app for for my double refund. Girl looked up at screen over head and yelled my name and said I was canceling then slammed window (check your vid) Parked and contacted corporate requesting $30 refund for both orders that were showing in my Apple account and contacted cc and requested a dispute. All together took over a half hour for nothing and I will never visit again. Arby's across the street was great read more

Mobile order? Drive-thru? Doesn't matter -- this location just can't get it right. I've been coming to this Taco Bell for nearly 8 years, and the service has gone downhill fast. I usually order through the app to avoid confusion and mistakes, but lately, that hasn't mattered at all. Mobile orders are no longer left on the pickup rack (understandable because of theft), but instead of being efficient, food just sits on the back counter while employees stare at you. I've had to make eye contact with multiple staff members before anyone even bothered to hand me my bag. Inside, after 5 p.m., the evening crew seems totally disorganized compared to the friendly and quick daytime team. Most recently, I gave them another chance through the drive-thru around 5 p.m. I spent over $4 on an item that wasn't even in the bag. On top of that, my girlfriend's 3-Cheese Flatbread Melt was wrong -- it came with chicken and steak when she only wanted steak. Other items were lukewarm, some just flat-out disappointing. After two strikes in a row, I'm done wasting time and money here. Management needs to be replaced and the crew retrained. Until that happens, I can't see myself ever coming back to this location. read more

Staff is very rude always takes forever to get your food. Inside is dirty but I would eat my food in the bathroom since that's the only place inside that is actually clean surprisingly. read more

My daughter and I always stop at this Taco Bell while traveling on I-74. After a lot of driving it is nice to get out and stretch our legs as we go in to dine. We arrived at lunch time on a Saturday and the dining room was closed. Only the drive-thru was open. A restaurant is a place you go to dine, and a fast food restaurant is a place you can go to dine or get drive-thru, but to outright close the dining room of your restaurant with no notice until you open the door is irresponsible. We went to another Taco Bell on Exit 160 to have the minimum dining experience one ought to expect at a fast food restaurant. Will not go back because of the risk the dining room will be closed again. read more

If you live in America, you've definitely had Taco Bell before. This particular Taco Bell however is not like the rest. It is a cut above! They surprised the heck out of me with their great service, and attention to detail. They even talked to me about a survey at the end of the transaction, which I've yet to hear from other locations. They are truly on top of their game when it comes to serving up some hot, fresh, tasty morsels all day. Coming from Chicago IL, yelping about a fast food joint is unheard of; However, this Taco bell has amazing customer service. Taco bell recently phased out the Volcano Burrito, which is one of my favorite items. Justin somehow made it happen with a hotter sauce to top it off. Not only does he have a great sense of humor but he makes customers requests happen. heres one conversation between Justin my friend Bryan and myself. "for the second order i will have the xxl Steak Nachos no sour cream and no meal because we are trying to watch our figure (we are in GREAT shape, clearly a joke) " Justins response was "soooo you want nachos and a pound of steak because you are watching your figure?" exactly the type of humor you need to make your day. Taco bell is ok food but i strongly suggest visiting this specific one because of the great service and satisfaction you will receive no matter who will give you your pound of meat.
