I am constantly amazed at how poor the customer services at this McDonald's. I stopped about a…read moremonth ago and their parking lot was in such bad shape that I was worried I was going to damage my car. I only wanted an ice cream cone and the ice cream machine was not working in the middle of the day. I spoke to the manager about both the parking lot and the fact that they had the ice cream machine down for cleaning during the main part of the day. I strongly suggested that they clean it at night. Today, I stopped for an ice cream cone. The parking lot had been fixed. That's a plus. But, I got this mess that I'm showing in a picture. In addition, it's not ice cream, It's ice milk. So instead of a satisfying treat, it was very unsatisfying. I don't know how these guys stay in business!
