This is the worse Wendy's I've ever experienced! I said I would never go here again and have not and will not for me but my friend had her child at the ER down Gull Rd and they requested it. I did a mobile order hoping to save time but I was in te drive thru with the same car at pickup window and same car at ordering speaker for over 10 minutes! When I finally got the food it was cold, they put all food in one bag but did not mark the one with onions. I asked and she said " I don't know, I didn't make them". They have been horrible for at least 5 years when I quit ever going there....theyre even worse now if thats possible. I thought they went out of business and they should because the owner has no interest in quality staff and food at least for the Eastside location. I tried it again, and regret it again! It had been a long time, because of terrible service in the past, however the other fast food restaurants were out of chicken sandwiches (McDonald's didn't even answer the drive through!), so I gave it a shot. I was optimistic when I saw only 1 car in line...but that car had to wait about 10 minutes. I pulled up and had to wait at least 2 minutes to even give my money, then another 5 to get my food...and it was terrible! Fries are cold, as it the chicken, and chicken looks and feels like it's been cooked for a week! Why does it take this long to get bad food? This location sucks/ sorry not sorry ‍ They are rude when they are "open" to serve you And just make up random hours they are supposed to be open 6:30am-11:00pm or 12:00am depending on the day and no matter what time you go it's a 50/50 shot they are open I've gone there 7:30-8am ish and they aren't open I've gone at 10pm and they aren't open I've gone in the middle of the day and nothing!!! So after our disastrous time at the West Main Wendy's yesterday - and because we were shopping for infant sized clothes at Hand Me Down Rose, a used children's clothing store tucked away invisibly on Gull Road - we decided to eat at the Wendy's Gull Road site for dinner. We ordered the same combos as yesterday. This time, our order to be "dropped fresh" was followed in a matter of fact manner, as if this was certainly not the first time the staff had heard a customer order a meal this way. The chicken combos came out piping hot, and everything was Wendy's delicious. A man with a headset who wasn't wearing the usual garb (he was dressed in black), who appeared to be managing the drive through - a man I learned later was named Adam and was the manager - circulated during breaks in drive through business through the dining room and asked customers how their meals were and reminded them about getting refills on soda at the counter. Since fast food restaurants can only aspire to 3 stars - because after all, they are fast food restaurants, the lowest stratum of food service - I give this site 3 stars. read more

Was at your store at 5796 Gull Rd, Kalamazoo, MI 49048 7/1/21 @ 6:45 pm, and sat in line for an hour to order then when I got up to order no one was there to take my order. I had car behind me honk behind me to get me to move, still no one took my order. I did leave and went to your competitor. I have had my final and last experience from this place this weekend. I received the order completely wrong. Not one item was correct. As a mover I can't always access the drive throughs with my moving truck. Even after most of the fast food places have opened their lobbies or left numbers on the doors to let us order around the area this one has not. I will not be returning to this location ever again. read more

If there was a world record for wait times, this place would absolutely have it. In my last three or four visits, they have been closed twice and the others, I've had a wait time of about 35 minutes with a line of about 3-5 cars. If you're looking to kill time, or have an hour to spare before a movie or activity, I would absolutely recommend going to this establishment. read more

If you want to be treated as a nuisance and get no appreciation as a customer, then you have found the wendy's for you. Rude drive through window whenever I go. I go often and if it had only happened once or twice I would not be here right now. Every single time, I feel like they just want to stop taking my order and sit around on their butts whilst the restaurant is empty. I work at a restaurant and I would be fired if I showed their attitude for customers, which is why it is upsetting that these employees seem to not care (or even act like they remotely give a damn) about me. This is not good customer service. Recomendation is to forget it and make your own burger, at least it wont be cold or just not have the extra things you ask for. Took way too long to order. Took way to long to get food. Didn't have the fruit cup we ordered. My sandwich was not made right and I could tell the chicken was sitting in a heater and was not fresh. Food okay. Service was subpar. What really gets me is that a mom comes in with her kids. One of her kids gets sick and throws up. Visited Wendy's at 5796 Gull Road for lunch today and thought I'd share my experience. Order was placed and received in a reasonable amount of time, but when I opened my hamburger, I immediately thought something was wrong. The "bun" was falling out as I opened the wrapper. The top of the bun was completely dried out, and falling apart. The top bun was almost absent of the brown outer layer, and chunks were missing (see photo). I took my burger to the counter and was greeted by one of the employees. He asked what was wrong, and I looked at my open burger and asked if he saw anything wrong with it. He said no. I said "Seriously?" and asked to speak with the manager. He then asked why I wanted to talk to him and I replied that I wanted to know if HE thought anything was wrong with it. He walked into the back, and shortly later the "manager" returned. The person had no name tag, and literally asked "What do you want"? I referenced the burger that I was holding in my hand, with the open wrapper, and said "I think there is something wrong with my sandwich". He replied, "We don't make buns here". I then said, well you certainly serve them here, and I don't think this one is fit to eat. He responded "Well, if you're unhappy, feel free to get back in line and they will probably get you a new sandwich". I responded that I already waited once, and it should have been right the first time, to which he responded sorry, there's nothing else I can do for you and promptly walked away leaving me with my burger in hand. Today has been a long day for my wife and I and we needed a place to eat. The fact that my wife was close by to that Wendys I happen to be a frequent stop for us we love the people that work in there they are smiling and we walk in we have good laughs with them one time there was a food mix up and they corrected it so fast it was it was great if it one time you had a problem with this restaurant I suggest you go back and give me another chance cuz they're doing a wonderful job by the way Valerie was working tonight and she looked really cute and then um hair net but her in the crew there just did a great job and we definitely will be back read more

They just released the best fish sandwich in the world it even triumphs over burger king. If one word could sum it up it would be awesome!
