Fast, fresh, fabulous roast beef sandwiches. Did you know they sell CURLY fries? Normal french fries are straight, but THESE are CURLY! I mean, the novelty factor alone merits a visit. They also offer drive-thru service so you can get the food while STILL SITTING IN YOUR CAR! This must be experienced to be believed. The drive-thru staff at this location is incredibly friendly. Nice facility. For the most part they keep it clean. There have been times by the pop and condiments that there was a need for cleaning up after sloppy customers, but the food has always been hot, fresh, and served in a timely fashion. The only thing I have ever really had to wait for is the fried chicken sandwiches; but to be fair, they have always told me, "there is going to be a 'x' (x referring to minutes) minute wait, is that okay? One of our favorite sandwiches is the french dip, but I also like the Arby's roast beef slider, too! Typically, my husband and I will split a french dip and then get some cheese sticks. The cheese sticks are always fresh and hot, and the marinara sauce is also very good! Ironically, my husband thinks that Arby's french dip is better than a lot of restaurant's french dip! It's not often when you are eating fast food that you think about the cook, but as we finished our lunch today my DH said he would've liked to thank whoever made his sandwiches. Our son chimed in with, "Yes, that meal was a bell ringer," referring to the bell that is near the exit at Arby's which you are supposed to ring if you enjoyed your food. What was substantial was the portions, with the buns barely containing the meat and even a fork being required to eat one of them. I also had been impressed at the pickup window with how quickly the order was ready. Everything was hot and excellent. We definitely will be making this Arby's a preferred choice when a drive thru run is necessary. read more

For a fast food place they are pretty expensive. Good but expensive. I just spent 17.75 on two meals. But when I'm wanting some good curly fries and a roast beef & cheddar this is he place I come to. Which isn't often thankfully. When we do come here, it's always clean. All the tables are wiped down frequently. The staff here are very friendly! And we are always waiting less than 5 minutes! I love all of the new things they have for different seasons too, they currently have apple crisp WHICH IS AMAZING! Must try! read more

Ordered two beef and Swiss and two beef sliders and a medium fry. There was no Swiss on the two beef and Swiss and very little beef. The sliders had jalapeño on them and very little beef .All were cold and was obvious had not been warm because the slider cheese was not at all melted. Have been getting Arbys by where I work and that one is great! So it's not due to cut back that there was very little meat. Needless to say because of Jalapeño was not able to eat the sliders at all. Have had issues in the past with this Arby's but had been a while so was going to give 'em another try. Wrong move! read more

Not much to say about this fast food joint kinda stuck out by itself near a complex of hotels, except that it was decent fare. Located right off of the highway, I can see a weary traveler wandering through for some hot roast beef and some curly fries. Although nothing special, the lobby was clean and the food nice and hot. Arby's has recently changed from Pepsi to Coke, so gone are the days of Mt. Dew :( The staff was not all that friendly, but I suppose they just wanted to go home and not really care too much about actual customer service. I don't expect much, but a little smile and a friendly comment would be just enough...but not today. read more

I remember the first and only time I encountered the strangely pink beef of Arby's sandwiches. I was 14, it was the early 70's, participating with others at a horse show in Bloomfield Hills, and all of us staying in a couple suites at the Sheraton Hotel for the 4 days. One evening after that day's classes we were all hanging around at the hotel's indoor pool, and one of the other rider's parents decided to surprise us with a bagful of Arby's sandwiches for dinner. My parents were never huge on fast food, so going to McDonald's was pretty radical for our family. I'd had heard of cheese steak subs in Philadelphia, so I was curious about Arby's roast beef sandwiches, but my interest began to wane as soon as I looked at what I was getting. And after a bite of the salty meat that tasted nothing like beef, I bowed out and ate a couple handfuls of fries instead. I didn't go to Arby's again for decades. Now Arby's is moving beyond this staple item to other deli like sandwiches, and I have to admit I'm sold on Arby's Rueben. Paired with Curly Fries, I'm sold. The Jalapeno Bites are good too. I find this Arby's tends to be clean and efficient, and whatever I order is done quickly and correctly. I find staffing is sometimes peculiar. I remember a time watching a staff person flood the tile floor with water (the area in front, bordered by the counter, the drink machines, and the dispensers for sauces and napkins). Before he could spongee the water toward a drain near the drink dispensers, customers walked in wondering where to stand. And, like a lot of Arby's, it is staffed with strong voiced workers who never seemed to grasp the concept of "the inside voice." So there are staff interactions that I shouldn't clearly have to listen to. The staff do seem to be in a good mood working there, at least. The bathrooms usually are clean. The soda dispensers seem to periodically run out of a particular soda syrup, leaving one with a glass of yummy carbonated water. The ritual of customers ringing the bell to express satisfaction reminds me of how we used to call in the horses from the pasture. I appreciate the availability of coupons, of which there are many. read more
