Love the order ahead in the app. BK is the one fast food burger a diabetic can eat, primarily because it is grilled. What's not to like about grilled meat!? Went through the drive thru. Repeated my order 4 times for me to get to the window for my order to be messed up. Instead of fixing it. "Trey" decided to argue saying he's the one who took the order. Asked for him to fix it and charged me 64 cents to give me cheese in a Hershey box. , instead of taking the order back and fixing it. I never experienced this by any Burger King I've been too. Went to the Burger King on Gull Rd. Kalamazoo, MI. yesterday 9/29/22 ordered breakfast. Used a coupon order came to $6.35, handed the clerk a $20 bill, busy with making sure my order was complete and napkins were in the bag pulled away without getting my change and receipt. Of course the clerk walked away from the window knowing that I didn't have them. Went down the street to Speedway to get gas and remembered not getting my change and receipt went back to Bk approximately 15 minutes later, was told by the manager Heather it had been an hour and that she had no record of me coming there, all the while holding the coupon that I used, and in the next breath saying that she saw my order placed at 10:30 am. She went on to say I wasn't dressed like I have money (maybe because I was moving that day) so she wasn't giving me my change so I should just leave. This woman does not seem to have the capability to manage anything. To make along story short she came around the counter and attacked me, the police were called, she went to the hospital and so did I, my thumb was almost broken. I suggest people not go this Burger King because they probably steal peoples change a lot and get away with it. Will never ever go there again. read more

I've been going to this BK for a while, but it seems like service is getting worse over time. I go in the morning and its quick, fast and the food is great.. go after 11am and its like service goes to hell. Literally takes 30-45 minutes to order food... and to boot the food isnt fresh, and they always mess something up, the last time we went in the Sprites we ordered were literally club soda. Just carbonated water. We didn't even bother calling them to get the order right, mostly due to the wait. It just wasn't worth it for us. Word of advice... don't go there after 11am til they close... you will wait. read more

Gull road king is the most filthy place I have seen in years. #1 more than twenty fruit fly in hand sanitizing station.#2 floor was in waiting area was sticking my shoes to the floor.#3 the shake machine was covered with shake splatter #4 floor in cooking area was covered in smached food mostly fries. There are a dozen restaurants on Gull Road I can choose from. Today a Whopper Junior sounded good so I stopped in at Burger King. The young lady behind the counter did not smile and did not make eye contact. In a low monotone she said " welcometoburgerkingcanitakeyourorder." I could barely hear when she gave me the price. Absolutely no interaction with me as a paying customer. I understand this is a training ground for many young people but there is no way the manager should consider this acceptable service, especially since the register person is often the first and only employee a customer meets. read more

This place lost my business simply because they won't do just single patties without the bun, cheese or condiments. They said they lost the access or option to do that. I've been to this location on Gull Road many times and the food is always good and hot but the customer service from the elderly man ( I believe he's foreign) at the drive thru is terrible. I was a reg. customer up until today.. I'm talking 2-3 X a week but today when I had stopped it was busy which is understandable , So I'm sitting in my car waiting my turn when a storm moved in , So I rolled up my window , kept it open just a crack so if and when who ever that RUDE person at the other end started talking I could maybe hear then over the rain , So I'm talking through my window hoping he could hear me as it was I had a hard time hearing them with the rain and all and talking through the window because of the rain.. well to the point He tried to tell me I was knocking on there window which was a LIE because it was raining way to hard then I asked to talk to the manger and they told me he was and I asked for a first name and badge number said he didn't need to give that info out and then totally out of the blue he told me to leave. So now as far as I'm concerned you will no longer get me back. And I will be calling the corporate office on Monday. read more

If you cant staff the restaurant perhaps it should be know as a only drive thru and posted as such. I dont want to even drive in if you can not serve me in the restaurant.
