Been coming here for a few years now. Our most recent visit was this past Saturday 4-11-26 and I have to say this Qdoba was absolutely disgustingly dirty! Everything needs to be cleaned from floors, windows, doors and especially the kitchen area and grills! This is the worst I've ever seen it! They need a professional cleaning crew to come and give it an overhaul before I will be eating there again! The food is decent but the place has really gone downhill as far as cleanliness! This location is always a mess. I go strictly on an emergency basis when I need something quick. Behind the counter is always a disaster. There is food EVERYWHERE. On the counters, all over the floor, etc. Occasionally you will get a super pleasant employee and then you never see them again so I am guessing they hated the environment. Last time I was there, one of the girls who was on the line had super long braids dangling in the food. She was cutting meat on the side and her braids were flopping all over the food. Then she went to the line to start serving and surprise, her braids were all over the place. Another guest in line said something and she said "no they're not" and then got really snotty. We have been to this Qdoba many times over the years. In the past year or so, the place is unfriendly and usually needs cleaning. We feel like we are unwanted. We tried it again today and it was more of the same.... No greeting, staff turned their back on us when we entered the line. There was no one in front of us in line. I reached out and asked how the server was and she finally looked at us. It was hot today and even hotter behind the counter so I get that the working conditions are difficult. However, we have choices where we get food in the area. The food was fine but the dining area had mostly dirty tables. We had to clear food off of our table to sit down. The young man who waited on me fixed the best Burrito. I enjoyed myself he helped me through the whole process. He had the nicest smile. I told him his mother raised a real gentleman. She would be so proud of him. He served me but he was so kind and let me out. I was in a wheelchair. I had a chicken burrito that was delicious. The girl working was chill, but the restaurant was not clean doors filthy the floor were so dirty that my shoes were stinking to the floor! Ewww not a clean table in sight! and the prep area was a hot mess everything was old! The gauc was so old it was purple/black in color! We went in tonight for dinner. It's July, the air conditioning obviously isn't working it was really hot in there.

Went there on February 1 ordered a steak burrito and a steak quesadilla now the lady in front of me ordered a chicken and shrimp burrito type meal and my husband is allergic to shellfish so he can't have the shrimp. Got to check out and was watching them load my bag and I told the guy he was putting the Ron sandwich in my bag. He said no this one is yours got home sure enough it was not the sandwich I ordered it was the shrimp which my husband cannot eat, upon discovering this, I tried calling the store no answer. I ordered 3 cheese nachos on Uber eats and they didn't give me chips. So I talked to Uber customer service and they gave me 5 bucks credit which wasn't enough to cover it. Highly highly recommend the Qdoba on Gull Rd !! I work across the street and it's super hard to not choose Qdoba for lunch everyday! Why !? Cuz Ryan and Abby are so awesome and take great care of me always! They are so attentive and kind! The food always looks so fresh and stocked up! The rest of the team are extremely friendly and I wish I remembered everyone's name ! This QDOBA is pretty much what you'd expect from the chain. The interior is well decorated, and it's generally pretty clean. The staff is relatively quick and courteous. The prices are a little high for what you get, but they're in line with other similar restaurants. We've always enjoyed the food quality. read more

i had a online pick up order and got my food. it was messy, sticky and smelly in the place. once i got my food i left and drove home, when i opened my bowl you could obviously see the disappointment. first off half empty, did someone eat it? or did they just make it poorly because i wasn't there to speak up. it's a bowl, i expected it to be at least covering the bottom. not only was it probably ate out of, it hadn't came with things i ordered. i asked for lettuce as you can see and i see probably 3 tiny shreds, every single piece of chicken was burnt (the black stuff). i paid $16.78 for a bowl that could make a horse throw up. it was disgusting and disappointing. i love qdoba i have came here many times before and yes sometimes it's not what i asked for but i've never picked up a order to it being half ate it looks like. not to mention the workers are so mean, god forbid you ask them any questions or extra anything. seriously dont know how this place hasn't gone out of business yet. read more

I'm sorry but I can't believe this place is still open. So frustrating. They are constantly closed even though open sign is on. We tried to order online to maybe help them out since the inside isn't usually functioning. 30 minutes after it said it would be ready, it took me coming in and asking to have them get it ready for me. They were very quick then and I appreciate that but this place is beyond frustrating. It just seems like we have some sort of issue pop up, big and small, every time we go there. And the cleanliness is always questionable. The food was done right and tasted fine so I can give them that. Just walked out of this location for the 3rd and final time due to lack of service. Often there will be a line of 6-8 people and ONE person making the food at a snails pace. Usually one worker is posted up at the cash register doing nothing and several others walking around ignoring the long line of customers waiting. Don't order food to go from this location or you will routinely get half the portion size you receive in the restaurant. I've had enough and won't be returning. We actually waited 45 minutes in our car while one of our family had to wait inside. The meat was burnt to a literal crisp, and yet cold, not even warm. In fact, everything was cold. How can it take 45 minutes to "cook" and still be cold? Some ingredients we requested never made it into the order, and the greasy nacho chips tasted like someone dumped a bag of salt on top of it. Team VP has not eaten at Qdoba in about four years. Our ketogenic lifestyle simply did not allow for rice, tortillas and beans and we just accepted our Qdoba free life and moved forward. On our way home from the dog park two weekends ago we noticed Qdoba had written an invitation to keto Team VP to come back on their sign - it read "we have cauliflower rice". As I am a planner and had already planned the meals for the entire weekend we waited until the following week and decided to try Qdoba for dinner on Saturday. The first thing I did was a ton of research. I read a lot on Qdoba's nutrition information and how to order low carb off the Qdoba menu because my carb restriction is very serious. The Qdoba website sucks and is extremely hard to navigate, but Reddit was super helpful and thankfully they had links to the entire Qdoba menu with all the carb, protein, fat and fiber counts. We were ready. Mr. MVP went and picked up our meals. We decided he would go at about 4:00 p.m. before the dinner rush and after any type of lunch rush. We were right and hit Qdoba in a pretty dead spot. The young man working however was IN A HURRY for some reason and tried to rush Mr. MVP through our order for absolutely no reason. As Mr. MVP stays calm in any situation he simply would not be hurried and the young man got the hint. We ordered cauliflower bowls with double chicken, plain cheese (no queso), bacon, avocado, sour cream and then we shared salsa between us. When Mr. MVP arrived home I had soy black beans ready to add to our bowls which added less than 1/2 gram of carbs and we each had a black cherry Zevia. The whole meal (not including our additions) was $23, which Mr. MVP says is a little pricy for fast food, but it's the same amount we pay at 5 guys and a little more than unwiches at Jimmy John's. We actually enjoyed our Qdoba quite a bit. The bowls were very filling and the serving size was really generous. I have no idea if every single Qdoba in the United States has cauliflower rice, but this is a great new option that has opened up for us when we travel. read more

We got BOGO in the mail and decided to check the nearest location from us. This location is a whole lot better than the one on west main ( that's the one we usually go when we used to live by college campus). The line was pretty fast and the servers were polite and attentive to your order. That's definitely a plus for me. We got chicken cheesy bowls and they were definitely too much cheese ( Hey, I am not complaining, haha) I only have two concerns: There were less than six small cubes of chicken for the entire bowl and the rice was very salty. A couple weeks ago I went to the Gull Road store and the rice in my order was very undercooked (crunchy). I called to explain and they politely took my name and said the next time I come in they will give me a free entree. About two weeks later I went for lunch and ordered the same thing. I told them my name and asked to redeem the free entree. I was told by the (lead\supervisor\manager?) that two weeks was too long. He turned and continued to serve others at the counter. I said to him "that's embarrassing" and just paid for the entree. Other patrons in line just shook their head at him. I've been a Qdoba rewards member for longer than I can remember and longer than this store has been open (15+ years). I probably go to this store a couple times a month. Ordinarily I would give the store an average rating but this just struck a nerve. Turnover is high. I rarely see the same people month after month. I know that can be a challenge but really you couldn't honor an $8 entree? Am I upset because I had to spend the money? Of course not, it's just common man! If I could give this negative stars I would. This place is so disgusting. The dining area, drink counter, etc was nasty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I ordered online and when I got there to pick up my food, they informed me that they had no guacamole. I had already paid for a side of guacamole so I asked them to just refund me. The worker said no one there knew how to do a refund, so they tried to give me a tiny cup of corn salsa to make up for it. They also DIDNT tell me that they were out of pico until got home and noticed there wasn't any on my food. I ordered the 3 cheese nachos and they never gave me the chips for it. I ordered white milk with a kids meal and they were out. There was ZERO iced tea anywhere; sweet OR unsweet. So I had to opt for soda but the DR. Pepper and the root beer were out of syrup. The portions were like HALF of what we used to get or get at other locations. They took so long with our food that my daughter's quesadilla shell was hard as a rock and she didn't even want to eat it. I am just all around disgusted with this location. It used to be such a hot spot to get a bite to eat! Not anymore. Since Covid, it's just gotten progressively worse. The manager AND owner need to be fired! First time eating here as crazy as that sounds. For years my friends have been telling me how amazing Qdoba is and it's true. It's really good! You pick how you want your dish made. You can choose a burrito, quesadilla, tacos, nachos, and so on. I decided to do a burrito bowl, because it sounded interesting. And I'm glad my curiosity lead me to that choice. It's seriously just everything inside a burrito in a dish, no shell. The meat looked so dry from the outside of the glass, but I got black beans, chicken, and added the rest of my chosen toppings into the dish. Including their well known Queso, which completed the dish! The chicken was not dry at all either, it tasted nice and juicy regardless of its outside look, it's true, it's what's on the inside that matters. I will not return to this establishment for the following reasons: 1.) Staff is rude and unprofessional - I was helped by this female with glasses who made me feel I was there to ruin her life. She made my food quite quickly just throwing things into a bowl 2.) Dirty and unwelcoming environment - The TV is never on. Tables are dirty. 3.) Plastic wrap in my food - I had gotten the nachos and while I was eating, I thought I saw something that resembled an onion in my food. Turns out it was plastic. I will be posting a picture 4.) When I went to address the plastic in my food, the lady said, "Now, whats the matter?" I showed her the plastic, and she stated well I make you another one. I said no that okay I am not hungry anymore. I went to great clips. The cashier found me at great clips and said I needed to come back and get my money back. Having a craving for one of my favorites, we stopped into this Qdoba for a carry out. What a waste of time and money. The staff was busy with online orders so I wasn't overly concerned about the length of time it took to get to the in restaurant customers.... until it took at least 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. The young man was new and I won't hold that against him but his trainer(boss) was rude when questioned about the extra charge for the tortilla because I wanted the naked burrito. Ordered and paid for my food online and wanted it ready at 8:15. Got there right at 8:15 and was told they don't make up the orders ahead and we would have to wait in line. WHAT THE HELL? So stinking mad right now. What's the point of ordering ahead if you just do idiotic things like that????????? And further more, I get home and open my chicken taco salad, and there is not one piece of lettuce or one piece of chicken in it. Not recommended at this time because of Covid 19. If you don't care that they are not mandating CDC guidelines for Covid 19 then head on in to Qdoba as their food is as good as usual. Employees wearing masks over mouth only (like wearing a condom with the tip cut off) non mask wearing customers in line not following 6 foot guideline and holding their mask in their hands and nobody says a word to them. When asked about this was told that they are not pushing it because of the confrontation by customers.
