The smile remained bright, even in the face of upset and demanding guests. If the manager is reading this, you have a rare and very valuable employee in Lisa. We asked them if that's how they are cooked and they told us yes, we had to order them extra crispy (like we knew that). Well, I threw it away in front of them and they didn't say anything.
