THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! Negative stars. Where to begin? To make it short, we placed our order online as THREE DIFFERENT SITES INCLUDING YELP say they are open until 10PM. At 9PM we placed our online order AND PAID FOR IT, we drove over there to pick it up from across the street and the drive through said it was closed. After waiting a few minutes we tried to go inside.... They LOOKED AT US AND WALKED AWAY. We drove to the drive up again, knocked again and finally after the third drive up someone finally opened the window to tell us they would not return our money because they closed the til and we would have to call corporate........ the end. read more

Me and my dad went there and we asked for 4 orders of kids meals and 2 orders of hamburgers and we only got 2 kids meals and no hamburgers

No photos to show for it, but this was HANDS down the most satisfying visit to your average fast food place I've had in a while! Everything about the food hit the spot- fries, chicken tenders, burgers, sodas... Even my husband's grandpa couldn't help but comment HOURS later on the reheat value of the burger he had saved for later! The mask-clad staff was friendly, efficient, and clean. Every other table was blocked off for social distancing, and we felt very comfortable stopping there. What a GREAT visit to Carl's Jr. I'd highly recommend to anyone who wants some quick, delicious food on the road. read more

Drive through. We just rattled off our order and they got it 100% correct. It was actually remarkable. Like the ordering of the food just absolutely blew my mind with the speed and efficiency. The food was mediocre. In my opinion the burgers are better than McDonald's, the nuggets are worse though. The fries are just a little less crunchy. Overall 8/10 the only reason not 5/5 is because we had to wait a little bit in order to get it. read more

One of the worst carl's junior ever on I-15 in utah. They have the slowest customer service ever. If you are on a tight schedule don't stop here and your food is not going to be fresh either. After eating a chicken taco salad for lunch here today, I am now, 7 hours later, dealing with stomach cramps and diarrhea, my guess is from undercooked or cross contaminated chicken. My friend Lori and I drove from Salt Lake City to Fillmore today with no a/c. It was such a hot and dusty ride. We came upon this beautiful oasis called Carl's, Jr. Being tired, hot and thirsty and hungry we ventured In. We were met by the most wonderful staff members who served us up a very delicious meal of chicken flautas and ice cold ice tea. I happened to mention my iphone battery was dead and the young man charged it for me. The young lady gave us good directions to where to stay next to the Grand Canyon. We are on a road trip to Maine and our stop here at Carl's Jr is a happy memory of our trip. We all felt much better when we left than when we went in. If you are on the freeway don't bother to stop. The manager here is by far the worst and by far the rudest restaurant manager I have ever had the sad opportunity to meet. Stood at counter in empty store for 2 minutes. Finally got someone's attention. I asked if they were serving now. The two people doing nothing in the back told me an invisible other person would help me after she was done with the drive through. Left and got our drinks and snacks at the Chevron next door. I very much do not recommend this restaurant. Even the gal at the chevron told me no one likes to go to that Carl's because they take forever no matter if the drive through is busy or not. We ended up having to sit in the car next to the menu to order for almost 10 minutes. Not to mention, there was no one in front of us. We stopped here this morning on our drive back from Salt Lake and the lady who took our order was on top of things. Hands down the best fast food server I've ever had.
