Grabbed a few Happy Hour shakes, fries and sliders after visiting Bronners, before we got on the road to make the hour ride home. We place our order at the drive-thru and the employees punched it all in. Pulled up to pay and was asked if we needed a cup holder, as we had ordered 4 shakes. Told him no thank you, but asked if we could also please have a large ice water, as I was parched. He said sure. He handed us our shakes, then my large ice water, then our 2 bags of neatly packed food. The fries were in one bag, sliders in another, ample napkins and appropriate Arby's sauce, as asked for. The fries were hot, crispy and they were perfect and loved the bonus of the over filled cup. The sliders, one roast beef and one buffalo chicken were also freshly made and delicious. The shakes are the best and a steal at only $1 during Happy Hour. They are a generous size and includes real whip cream topping. The employee was friendly and carried a smile. My daughter addressed him by his first name and told him to have a nice day out her window. You could tell Alex thought it was cute. We sure did! A great Arby's and a recommend!

The amount of dog hair or cat hair on the drive thru girls coat was nasty. All over my drink.

This Arby's location was super clean. They got my order wrong but when I told them about it - they corrected it quickly. I would come back.

Food was great, service was amazing, and the restaurant was clean too to bottom. Great quick stop when headed up north for the weekend!

I liked them when they were in the area, but for the most part, have closed many years ago. Never had a bad meal with them, just didn't frequent them often enough, I guess. LOL. Anyway, I went to Dow Gardens in Midland on July 4th, so getting something to eat on the way home was very limited. Most places were closed and I really didn't want fast food. I stopped at Birch Run since on the way up I noticed that it was partially open, and after struggling to find a sit down place to eat at, I got lucky here. Walking in, the place wasn't busy and I was seated right away. I reviewed the menu and couldn't remember what I'd gotten before, but even if I did, I'm sure they've changed the menu so I went with Dave's cheeseburger with sweet potato fries and an Arnold Palmer. The food here was really good albite slightly expensive. I was willing to spend a few more dollars for a good meal, so I'm okay with that. What I like about dining here is they truly make their own stuff. If I remember correctly, they also make their own pop, and dipping sauces, leaving Coke and Pepsi in the dust. My server was great, and my food was good, so I'd gladly come back here again when in the area. I know Birch Run isn't what it used to be, but I can almost always count on them having something to eat along with some places to shop at when I'm in the area. Plus, they're close to Frankenmuth, which is a bonus. Overall, better then some lunches I've had in the area, and open on a holiday! YAY!

We started with the Santa Fe nachos and fried pickle chips. The nachos were already soggy when they arrived, and the pickles were cut far too thick and not crispy at all. The portion of sour cream was also too small for the size of the nachos. We didn't finish either appetizer. For my entrée, I ordered the Train Wreck Burger with onion rings. The name ended up being fitting, but not in a good way. The burger was bland, and the fried egg that was supposed to be part of it was barely noticeable. I only ate about half. My son's hot honey chicken sandwich was just average and overpriced, and the fries that came with it were clearly overcooked and not fresh. They were taken off the bill, which was appreciated, but didn't change the overall experience. The restaurant itself was clean, and there are plenty of seating options including booths, high tops, and a bar. The service was polite, but overall the experience felt very underwhelming. For the prices they charge, the food quality simply isn't there. We left disappointed and won't be returning.

Walking in feels like the universe hit pause somewhere in the best way. Same feel, same energy, same kind of place you can count on without thinking twice. It's like being teleported back to exactly where you're supposed to be. And the food? Exactly what it should be. No pretending to be healthy, no overthinking it. Just straight, unapologetic comfort. I go there for one thing every time: the hot beef sandwich. Massive. Smothered in gravy... and I mean gravy everywhere. The kind where you don't just eat it, you commit to it. Fries? Those are getting dipped in gravy too, no question. It's excessive in the best possible way. The portions are out of control. You're not finishing it. You're not even pretending to. You're leaving with enough leftovers for the next couple of days and you're not mad about it. It's the kind of meal that feels a little sinful, but worth every second. You'll deal with forgiveness later. Hometown, no-frills, real-deal comfort food that hasn't lost its identity over time. And honestly, that's rare.
