The Birch Run, Michigan location can't seem to get my order right for some reason. One occasion I order two ten piece shrimp dinners, no fries for one of the orders. Another time ordered a 3 piece cod dinners, no dinner rolls and sauces. Once you get back on I-75, impossible to turn around. Guess it's my fault for not checking the order before leaving. But, how hard is it to put fries in the bag people. read more

I'm a huge fan of Culver's in general and we are on a girls trip to Petoskey this weekend, this was a convenient place to stop for lunch. One of my friends eats gluten-free and vegetarian and she was able to get their grilled cheese on their gluten-free bun. It basically was just like melted cheese but she said it's nice to be able to go to Culver's and not just get ice cream. I always get the mushroom Swiss burger combo with cheese curds or pretzel nuggets and today I had a coupon for a free concrete with that so I got one with Reese's and Butterfinger and it was very good. I usually get the bacon double butter burger deluxe with onion rings and a drink at Culver's. Excellent food and service. The root beer there is also awesome. Very clean with low top and booth seating along with an outdoor sitting area. Self serve for fountain drinks. Weak wifi. Lot parking. The only entrance and exit is off N. Beyer. For some reason they have a chandelier inside. Nice looking but odd. I will return. read more

When I tried to cash in my 10 coupons for a free kids meal the cashier named TJ attempted to scam me and said I only had nine. When I asked for a recount he realized that there was indeed 10. When I ordered two drinks i only received one cup and wehn I confronted TJ about this he did not believe me and started to search for the cup as if I stole it. After my meal I cashed in my free custard coupons and he gave me an attitude for ordering so much chocolate ice cream and picking up the table number wrong. You can never go wrong with Culver's, everything on the burger taste fresh and the pickles are perfect. This location is spacious and clean and the staff is on top of things. The only thing that I didn't like were the pretzel bites didn't have salt on them, other than that all is good. Ice cream is always creamy and the cheese curds are good as was the cheese sauce for the pretzel bites. read more

1st impression last! My first time to dine-in, and I liked the food, the price, the service and the decor. The 2 piece chicken meal was my favorite. Served with a side of mashed potato with gravy, coleslaw and soft bread. Fried crispy chicken with enough salt to appreciate its taste. From the condiments and drinks section, I discovered a spicy brown mustard of Gulden's. I used about three packets. It was good for me. Also tried their root beer ... Sweet! It wasn't crowded on a Sunday afternoon. After shopping from the Premium Outlet across the street, it was a good idea for us to dine at this restaurant. Crew members were welcoming. You will order first and pay at the counter. They will give you a waiting number. After a while they will bring the food at your table. I also tried the double patty burger. Liked the taste. You can ask for what toppings you want inside the burger. For the meal, you get a drink and fries...yum! Craving for desserts? They have frozen custard sold in scoop or pint. Lots of flavor to choose from. They have a drive-thru counter. Parking was easy. Restrooms were abit tight. I'll definitely look for the closest location, so I can try their other specialty. read more

Located right off the freeway and not far from Bronner's made this Culver's an ideal place to stop at for a cement mixer treat for us and the kiddos. Note that you have to turn at the street just before this location as you can't turn into the parking lot directly from the main road. We went through the drive thru, all five orders were quick and easy. We didn't wait long to enjoy! I'm a fan of vanilla with heath and salted caramel. The kids love peanut butter, Reeses and Oreo in theirs. read more

They cannot get the order correct. You can go inside or order at the drive through. Wrong food! I was the only customer at the counter today and the order was wrong. You can repeat the order five times and you get the wrong food. My order? I always order a single Butter Burger with ketchup, mustard and onion with no pickle. In the last four times, they never got the burger correct!!!!!! How difficult could this be to get it right!! read more

I seriously don't know what's becoming of me and reviewing literally every place I go to now -- including fast food restaurants -- but I'll just guess it's because I have way more time on my hands than any person should ever have. Culver's is Culver's, and Culver's is one of the best fast food chains. The burgers are probably the best of any chain I've been to, the crinkle cut fries (which I tend to not care for) are burn-your-esophagus fresh out of the fryer, and the chili's not too bad either. The cheese curds weren't bad, but A&W down the street has better ones. It's fast food priced with almost (*almost*) sit-down quality food. Culver's is probably the best option to eat at in that little strip of fast food joints right off the Frankenmuth/Birch Run exit. read more

We waited literally an hour in the drive through. The food was tasty but I have to drive an hour and half home now and I could almost be home. When we finally got our food they didn't have our ice cream so we had to wait 15 more minutes for that and then they ran out of what I ordered and it was melted. I feel bad, I know places are understaffed but this was so bad. read more

I kept seeing signs on the freeway advertising Culver's so when we exited for the outlet we decided to give them a try. They were jam packed on a Saturday around 1pm but service was fast and tables cleared quickly. I thought the chicken dinners were only for dinner so opted for the cheese curds, Mashed potatoes and gravy and onion rings. Food was disappointing, only thing that was OK was the cheese curds. Hi. Gluten free means we get condiments, in case you didn't know. Mustard is gluten free. So is mayo. My own fault for not checking the bag but seriously every freaking time I come here you give me half my order and then don't put ANY sauce or dressing on my sandwich. Pathetic and disappointing to pay $8 for a damn sandwich and I'm not entitled to what others get. I hope your employees get the same treatment as your customers. Who cares about paying extra for cheese when you don't even get it. Horrible customer service with the wrong drinks and basically I can't even eat my food because no one can figure out how to make a damn burger. Generally, at fast food restaurants I refuse to get a hamburger. Usually, due to them not being well made. However, I love Culver's butter burger. This is an amazing burger that taste as though it was cooked at home on the grill. Anytime I have to choose between other fast food chain restaurant and Culver's I go for Culver's. The Double Butter Burger with ketchup, mustard, and pickles is a personal favorite of mine because of the quality of beef they use in their burgers. The staff was very quick and courteous and patient. The food came out quickly as well, and it was the best Culver's I've had. The fries were very crisp and fresh, and my chicken sandwich seemed very fresh as well. The food is a little bit more expensive than other fast food restaurants, but you get what you pay for as the proportions were larger than other restaurants. My only complaint is that our concrete shakers were too melty and grinded, and my Twix were hard/stale. read more

Yum! Culver's is a great stop while traveling. The burgers are tasty, everything is served hot, and refills are free. You order and pay, get drinks and they bring your food to you. The kids meal cost a bit more than typical fast food but are good size portions, include custard, and can be ordered with applesauce instead of fries. My husband and I like the single butter burgers. I went over here. Cheese curls,milkshake and fries were good. Burger is greasy, so try squeezing it with napkins. When you order roast beef burgers you get horseradish sauce. We are from toronto so this is our first time here. Your kids can get kids meals and Curtis nerd toy (obviously, I did not get it). Culvers is meant for their shakes. One of the flavours are salted caramel.The cheese in the curls are mozzarella and cheddar cheese. read more

I phoned and inquired about their Gluten Free options because I have two celiac children. They informed me that we have several choices and how everything works. I am well aware that preparing food for my children is difficult but upon entering the establishment and explaining the situation. We were greeted with smiles, given a brochure of their allergy options to keep, and were not treated like a nuisance (though I know we are). My children's food came out separate from ours, to keep it safe, and the kids loved every minute of it.
