I used to eat here in my college days while going to college in this town. It was my favorite fast food to go place. Staff were always friendly. Place was always very clean.. And the food was always top notch. The mocha milk shakes were incredible. And of course my favorite was the roast beef sandwiches. Beef and cheddar was always my favorite. I'll admit that I took the bait... hook, line & sinker and ordered the "Nashville Hot" Fish Sandwich. The sandwich itself is cooked to order and literally takes a one minute swim in the deep fryer. It's a tasty Arby's rendition but not necessarily classified as "Hot" or even sort-of-hot; it's kinda hot...maybe. You're at the mercy of the deep fry cook who adds the spicy dry seasoning to your crispy filet with the hope that it's distributed evenly. This place is UNBELIEVABLE!!! My wife sat at the front counter trying to order for 20 minutes only to be acknowledged one time. She became very upset and decided, "Screw This" and came home. I called this location and asked why this occurred and the excuse was comical...The girl says, when our drive thru is busy, you have to wait and we only have 2 employees???? That's Bullshit and she knows it. You have 1 employee running the drive thru, another employee preparing sandwiches, and a 3rd employee to manage the staff (although not really relevant at this location). So, your philosophy is to backburner the customer that gets up off their Ass to come inside??? This Stupid Bitch needs to be CANNED IMMEDIATELY!!! read more

For fast food this a a good place. Always fresh, a little pricey but worth a few extra. Staff are always polite, never a long wait.

Just got home from Arby's on Indian trail in Aurora IL Dec 22 2020 & its was 5pm and not a sole in the place or in the drive thru , ordered 6 sandwiches and spent $25 , asked when I ordered for extra Arby sauce & horseradish !! Then at the window extra sauce pls , there reply is we got you. So I get home open up the bag NOT A SAUCE TO BE FOUND!! Nobody's in the restaurant I have the only order to get right SMH. I like Arby's. Their menu is constantly changing, and there's always a variety to choose from. The drive-thru service at this location is fairly fast. You can't go wrong with the chicken, bacon, swiss sandwich or the beef and cheddar. I love a side of "horsey" sauce to dip my curly fries in. The mozzarella sticks are pretty good too. The chain itself has some consistency issues that make it seem like it's location specific. I've never noticed any other restaurant do this. I always order pretty much the same things, so it surprised me (and grossed me out) that my chicken sandwich now had lettuce, tomato, and mayo - in addition to the other toppings. But the menu actually DID show those toppings. Ugh. Stop messing with the original! read more

My wife and I went to the Arby's on Indian trail in Aurora IL. The table was sticky like it hadn't been washed for a while. I watched the lady behind the counter put our mozzarella sticks into the container. She dropped one on the floor. When I got to the table there was one short, I am betting if we had been at the drive up she would have put it back. They also shorted me the juice for my french dip. When I went back to get it she just rolled her eyes like I was a trouble maker. Finally the curly fries were very overcooked and less than half were edible. read more

I came here and the food was good, but there was this creepy employee that would just be watching us. Then she would "act" like she was wiping tables. We would see her walk up to empty tables and not even wipe anything but just watch people eat. Then she would come by and try to have a conversation again. Just let us eat our food and stop hovering over us. That's just weird. I would understand if an employee would come ask how everything is and carrying on but this lady was just making us uncomfortable. I don't think I'll dine inside here again. read more
