Came here to grab some lunch on a break. The lady working the front desk was amazing! Great detail to customer service. Plenty of yesterday's bread too! Service was quick and swift like any other Jimmy John's. Parking can be hard to find depending on the day you arrive. read more

This location has messed up my order the past three times. The first time, they delivered it to my neighbors house. I called them and it took over TWO hours to deliver a new sandwich to my house. About a week later I ordered again and I ordered a sandwich with no mayo. My sandwich looked like they accidentally put mayo on it and then wiped it off. I called to speak to a manager and was promised to get a call back, I never did. This time about two weeks later the SAME driver who took my order to my neighbor and had to re-reliever to me, Took my order to the wrong house again! I've tried to go to this Jimmy John's location twice. Each time, there was no parking and I had to keep driving. Please have your employees park in the back. While I was driving around looking for parking spots, I saw a Jimmy John's driver get out of his car in the main parking lot (taking a spot away from me, a customer). Parking is horrible in this entire strip center which sucks because there's good places all along Orchard but all are hampered with tight and lack of parking. Every time I go in to order food the General Manager, Nick is always high, eyes red, and mumbling/stumbling over his words. He couldn't explain how to sign up for becoming a member with Jimmy John's and doesn't care about his customer service. He manages to get my order wrong majority of the time and leaves out specific things I told him to add or to subtract from my order. Hey Joe, let's talk the tea on this JJ location. Accuracy: I have ordered twice and each time the order has been very accurate. An important note I would add though is I ordered online so, if the order is wrong when I send it to them in writing ... We have a bigger problem then simple sandwich making skills. Speed of delivery: The average of the two times I have ordered for delivery have been 20 minutes. If I were dining at a restaurant and the food took 20 minutes, I would speak with the manager to pay my compliments but that's not the case here. It's pretty slow for JJ. I mean there is nothing freaky fast about being half way done with a family guy episode when your food arrives. I say this particularly because this JJ location is literally at the end of the drive way of my hotel; I can see it out of my window. So... Yeah, no freaky fast for you ! Thus, if you're further than I am, you should anticipate some time. Rando commentary about the taste: this is a chain so it taste like it typically would but I will say I feel they are a little more skimpy then I an accustomed to eating at JJ. I placed an online order today for delivery at 3:22 P.M. at the Jimmy John's on Orchard in Aurora. Delivery is usually made in less than 20 minutes from placing the order for a slim 6 and a bag of chips. When the delivery was made after 40 minutes, I called and asked the owner why it took so long? He replied "we have a shift change at 3:30 P.M.", was unapologetic for the wait and added that he felt 40 minutes wasn't a long wait. It is when your slogan is "Freaky Fast". Good luck with your poor attitude, you just lost another customer and apparently don't want the business. It's a good thing there is plenty of completion around you. read more

Every time I order I put in the notes and I put in the customized area as well. They still don't add napkins or cut the sandwiches in half. I've as well picked up in the drive thru with the same requirements and still they forget the napkins and cutting the sandwiches is half. Since I frequently do work from home, ordering delivery was convenient. The first few times were great but the last three times, my wait has been nearly two hours. I ordered my food on line at 1138 it went through and after waiting 2 hours and several phone calls later still nothing. First was app said delivered and no food. Then food comes but it is someone else's food at another address. Called and my food is on its way. Long story 30 min no food and again 22 min no food. I called and said I wanted my food and a refund. JOENN said cant have both I need to pick one. I said no I'm pretty sure you can make it happen being the manager. He ended up hanging up on me. I called back and he told me that I should watch the way I talk to him or anyone handling my food. I asked him if that was a threat and he said no yet repeated it again. He told me I'm not allowed to ever place an order there again and I'm banned from that location and hung up. I called back only to have my number blocked. I called river street and very helpful by calling JOEEN in getting my money back but no food. This will significantly reduce clientele with the threat of mishandling my food or anyone else's in the future. I would agree with the other reviewer's about skimping on the meat. Also, I walked to the door at 8:40 pm, 20 minutes before closing. The door was locked. The employees inside were just standing inside behind the counter. At 1:45 I called and they said it's on it's way (I live 10 mins away) at 3 I called and they said they ran out of bread and that was the cause. Disappointed. I got my sandwich, bread was hard [at 12:30pm, too] and the lettuce tasted really bad. I called the store as a courtesy to let them know and the employee put the phone down to tell her manager and I could hear her mocking me telling the manager that the lettuce was bad. Really disappointed with this location. We had placed orders before but ran into an issue with them last night. We Had placed an order around 7 PM for 2 sandwiches, 2 chips and one cookie. With tip it was around $29. I opened my unwich (uses lettuce instead of a bread to wrap the sandwich in), and the lettuce had brown spots. Not just a few spots, it was really brown. So now I have a a sandwich with old ingredients. I called and tyalked to someone who was supposedly the manager. She said her name was "Gigi". She very cooly informed me that the lettuce was fresh and that all their lettuce was like that. She couldn't make me a new sandwich with lettuce that was not brown and also refused to give my money back. I even offered to drop the sandwich off (un-eaten) by the next day. I wasn't trying to scam them, I just wanted my money back. I couldn't share my husbands sandwich as I am gluten intolerant. Needless to say their customer service stinks and their food is not fresh. Gigi's reply to me was that I could call their corporate office to complain. Corporate suppsodly knows who their supplier is and brown lettuce is OK. I'm really angry as we just got back from a long trip and had no food in the house. We ordered delivery as we had a trailer hooked up to our vehicle. I've never run into a fast food place that wouldn't try to correct an issue with their food. I will be stopping by to drop the sandwich off later today and hope that I run into a different manager who will give me a refund. I would definitely not recommend Jimmy Johns. They also could not issue a refund for the sandwich. But said someone would call me back that day. Today (Tuesday) the owner of the franchise called me back, he had just received the message from corporate. He did apologize and offer a full refund. He also told me to call him personally if I decided to order from them again. To his credit he is trying to make amends for the issues that I had. He said I should have gotten a refund on Saturday night when I had asked for one and was going to talk to the team in order to prevent issues like this in the future. read more

If yelp allowed me to give a rating of less than a star, I would. I definitely do not plan on ordering from this location again. This location does not understand the concept of customer service. I ordered a meal which included a drink. The drink did not come with the original delivery of my meal. The driver was nice enough to point that out and said that he would come back with it. Well, one hour goes by and he does not show up (definitely not freaky fast!), so I call the store. They seem to be confused and state that the original driver left for the day so they will have someone else deliver the drink. Apparently, the drink did get delivered when I called back again another hour and half later, just not to me!!! At this point, I'm done dealing with them and just want my money back. That, however, is not possible because they delivered a drink to someone else!!!! I hope that person is enjoying a nice drink on my behalf. What do you think of this type of customer service? The manager basically said the driver wasn't lying about the delivery....how rude! I have no reason to lie about a 2 dollar drink.
