When we ordered online, it gave us a time the order would ready by and they were late by over 10 minutes from that time. They were busy but also it seemed slow (they were giving out tours of the kitchen to some people during the dinner rush, I've never seen anything like that before) and there were a lot of other people there waiting like me for pickup orders. I got there early before my pickup time, and several people got helped in the in-store line before they helped me with my order (that I put in 20 minutes before anyone inside got there). So the online ordering system definitely needs help. The garbages were also overflowing when we left. The upside is the food was super tasty once we got it. Some of the most flavorful chicken at chipotle I've ever had, and the guac was excellent too. The employees seemed nice too. Mismanaged! Poorly trained employees. EVERY time I've been here there's a problem. Today: waited over 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. 2 at grill, 1 at register, and one going back and forth between back and front. Then: NO steak ( it's 1:30 lunch time) and being told it would take 30 minutes. When I mentioned the acknowledgment issue, she didn't apologize, just shrugged "I'm the only one up front". Once a week, this location is out of meat or cheese or lettuce at peak hours. This particular instance, I went in 45 minutes before closing and there was no lettuce on the line although there was a very full container of chopped lettuce and stalks of lettuce waiting to be cut. I asked for some lettuce and the manager told me no. It was for the next day. I asked if he could pull some out and provide. He said it still needed to be washed. Washing lettuce isn't complicated nor is providing customers an item you clearly have. Never mind, on many occasions, the store is filthy. There's food on the line that's now on your food. Food on the floor. No napkins at times. One container of forks at times. No Tabasco at times. Dirty tables often. My last complain was an employee tossing cut chicken up in the air and catching it in his mouth...on the line no less. They also run through employees. I almost never see the same employees each month aside from the manager who is starting to seem like the common denominator for the problems. This location is prime. It's located on a great spot and I believe because of that, very little effort is put forth to please customers. I have gone in there with three people in line and have waited twenty minutes to be served due to personnel issues. (The turnover is bad). I have often said I wish I had the money to put a Chipotle on Randle where the new building are to put the Chipotle on Orchard out of business. They need to get their act together. My husband and I frequent chipotle at least once per week. We recently moved to Aurora and this is the closest location now. I can honestly say this is the worst chipotle I have ever gone to. Mobile orders are usually very skimpy portions. One night I ordered guac and there was literally a teaspoon. There is often a giant line with everyone in the back cleaning or focused on other things. They're frequently out of items. Frequently no chips. Very dirty inside quite often. We will be driving to Batavia just to have a better experience if we want chipotle. read more

First off-the staff is overall friendly. There could stand to be more cleaning behind the counter at times. However the past 3xs I've been to this location, they NEVER have veggies. When I ask, I just get an "oh we're out and not making any more". I've been in early in the afternoon so that just makes no sense to me. Good luck finding parking! This strip of stores and restaurants is a zoo. I have gone to Chipolte 4 times in the past two months, I really wanted a burrito bowl. However, everytime I go there, the Starbucks next door has a line blocking the entrance to the parking lot. Then if and when I can finally get into the parking lot, there are no spaces available.
