Passing on through and this was the only fast style food that didn't have under 2 stars in the area (that was open around 11pm). We ordered 2 sets of 10 piece boneless wings with fries, one honey bbq and one spicy garlic. It was an easy handoff and the food quality was as expected, so no complaints there. Only issue is that when we opened the spicy garlic there were only 5 wings, instead of 10, hence the 4 stars. read more

I ordered on Thursday for BOGO. From the app on the home screen it says buy on get one free (order now). I selected the seasoning and dip. I assumed since I picked two seasonings it was the two orders. This is a deceiving practice that will cheat you. It was not about the money because I was short food and bought more somewhere else. I called to let them know. They could have easily make the missing part and said next time to go through the app maze. I went in to show the manager how their app is set up to scam you. She said the app is not theirs and that it's not their fault. She was not willing to help or try to make things better. I told her I would make a claim on my credit card and she said she would claim the order was exactly what I had placed. The food is mediocre for what they charge. She told me that next time to watch our and review my order. I will not be returning. read more

I used to love this place but man has the quality slipped. I used to order or go in ever single week for my kids. Tonight I ordered wings over the phone because their app was broken. I wish I hadn't called. The chicken wings had so little sauce I could barely stomach the wings. The chicken is not as good quality as it used to be either. Inside the place hasn't been updated much in years and it's looking a bit trashy in my opinion. read more

As usual, the food was delicious. I placed a mobile order through the app. I was running late for work and was not able to pick up my meal at the requested time. I had to pick it up on my dinner break, a few hours later. I was expecting to just pick up my food that had been sitting for several hours. To my surprise, the carryout team insisted that I get fresh food. Since it was not their fault, I felt that they went above and beyond with their service. Thanks so much! read more

I ordered takeout through Door Dash. I ordered naked tenders with Parmesan garlic on the side. I also ordered a side of mild sauce. I only received the mild sauce. This isn't the first time this has happened. It's very frustrating that someone's job is solely takeout and they still mess up an order. I took care of the issue through DoorDash, but sometimes I don't trust that they actually follow up with the store when there are issues. So I called the restaurant and asked for a manager and just told them that I understand there's nothing they can do, but I just wanted to make them aware The manager sound like he could care less and couldn't get me off the phone faster. It was clearly. Or double checked based on the ticket (picture posted). I've been going to this restaurant for many years and the management and the service of this location has drastically gone downhill. While I've run into this issue before and still gone back to this restaurant, I will no longer be going to this establishment. read more

Went and sat at the bar to watch the game. Bartender was great drinks were good that's the only reason why I didn't give this place 1 star. I ordered the dip trio and omg I've been sick since last night. Noticed something tasted off about the Guacamole the way I was throwing up I'm pretty sure it was old or spoiled. So thanks for making me miss my painting classes that I'm in town for due to the fact I can't stop throwing up. read more

Ate in a Tuesday night. Very dirty. Garbage on floors. Service, what's that? Food arrives whenever they want to bring it. Hard to have a meal when a burger shows up for one, wings for another 25 minutes later and the third meal is still "in-process" as I'm writing this 2 days later. It's good the explanation is "that's how we do things". No, it shouldn't be. And I call BS to saying it's covid. Cooking food to be prepared at the same time means you have a cook, food and the ability to prepare it. Honestly save your time and money, just go somewhere else. read more

I don't even know where to begin. This tragedy happened a couple of days ago. I was enjoying my wonderful dinner with my family which happened to be Buffalo Wild Wings. I got my food to go and as I was eating I had this weird feeling in my mouth. As I was chewing I noticed a hair was in my wing. Let me inform you that I was pulling this hair out of my mouth for minutes as if it were the size of a football field. It felt like that at least. I am so sad this occurrence had happened because I love eating there. I however will not be back for a while. -Sincerely, Jade T. read more

We have ordered takeout from this location twice in the last year, and it has gone from bad to worse. This most recent one has ensured we won't go back. First, it was ready 15 minutes after it was supposed to be. We are patient, so we didn't mind, but they were not apologetic at all. Then when we got home, they used a small chicken finger for the chicken patty on our chicken sandwich. Almost all of the food was cold, and they put hot sauce on our wings, instead of mild. We love BDubs, but this location just can't find good help to produce a quality product. read more

Usually not a BW's guy. Needed wings for a party. The folks at this location helped me select the right amount and flavors. They were excellent and we were hungry. The honey barbecue, jerk chicken, and teriyaki were excellent. I would go back to this location in a second, to eat in or carry out. Thanks guys. read more

While an under utilized location, a recent snafu in my order proved it a solid choice for dinner. After picking up a to-go order, I noticed a side sauce + 6 traditional wings missing upon arriving home. After a phone call I was encouraged to come back, but living 15+ minutes from this location and dreading the 30 minute round trip return, I complained. Assistant General Manager Marty Rovner not only listened, but compensated their error. After explaining my experience he gladly offered $15 in BWW coupons which arrived three days later via mail. I would gladly return to use these coupons as well as keep the North Aurora location in my contacts list. Cheers to a solid, accountable staff! read more

Got my order wrong. Didn't include my drink. When I called about it they were very rude over the phone.

Got takeout from here for dinner tonight. It was hot. The order was correct. The food tasted very good. Asked for the wings wet and they didn't disappoint. I've been to a lot of BWW locations in the US and this honestly is one of the best. It was an easy simple pick up also. I will def go back for their specials!! read more

I'll be honest I've had a few less than desirable experiences at this location, but bc of the way the manager took care of my most recent issue & with my experience today I'm comfortable giving them a 4 star rating. The service we received from Justin was exceptional, he mentioned that he was new but you could tell he was really putting his all into it. He was friendly, thorough and attentive. Oh and patient! Patience is huge bc we can be a lot sometimes. The food was great, the wings were fresh and fully lathered in sauce! The kids got the chocolate cake with ice cream for dessert & it so good! And I was delightfully surprised by the red sangria, I didn't have high expectations but it was quite delicious. If they keep this same energy they'd be good!! read more

They've been suffering from substandard management for about a year now. I really looked forward to coming here on UFC Fight Nights, but the manager--at least from her officious and borderline bullying/frantic attitude, seemed like someone who was floundering in a position of power--was attempting to keep the restaurant at something like half-capacity because they're "having staffing issues." I feel like she ought to have let her servers have a say, because they recognize me and I'm a pretty generous tipper. She also would not allow us to sit at any of the MANY open seats in the bar. It wasn't personal, either. She was literally making people wait 45 minutes to an hour AT 9:30PM for a table. No thanks. Until the leadership there has been changed, I don't need to spend hundreds of bucks a month here. And they might not miss my business, but their servers' tips will, since this is situated in an area notorious for its poor tipping (according to friends who are servers near this geographic location). I hope they figure out a way to let me know when they revamp their leadership, because I can see this store being forced to merge its operation with Geneva, which also seems to be struggling. read more

Both times I came here, the pick up order wasn't ready as promised. Boneless wings were served cold, and they put very to no minimal sauce. They taste like they dilute their sauces with water to reduce cost. Yesterday I placed a pickup order, and the app claimed the order was going to be ready by 8:10, and I literally left close to 9pm! So disappointing!! As much as I love B-Dubs, I won't be coming back anymore. Not worth it!!! This establishment needs new management to improve how the business is ran. read more

This restaurant used to be good but it has gone downhill. Placed a pick up order, got to the restaurant and was told it was still being made, okay, no problem. 40 minutes later I got my food, got home (5 minute drive) and the food was cold. There is NO WAY that they were still making it, that food was sitting for a long time, guessing for over 45 minutes. Complete disaster. Many angry people waiting a long time for pick up orders and manager fielding angry customers on the phone. BBW used to be a favorite go to restaurant, not no more! read more

So it's been awhile since I've been to BWW, I used to love their wings and their buffalo chips. Today I ordered takeout and it was rather disappointing. The wings tasted old and/or overcooked. The buffalo chips were undercooked and for almost $4 for a regular size, definitely not worth the money. Not to mention cutting apart one of the wings and the inside was rather disturbing, see pic. It'll be awhile before I spend another $11 and go out of my way to waste my time and money. read more

I drop by BWW with a buddy for wings and beer every few months and the experience is usually pretty good. However, tonight's food order was through Door Dash and was a huge disappointment. The wings were cold and one of the 10-piece orders only had 7 wings. No ranch dressing was provided. The brisket street tacos were also cold and dry, and covered in too much cotija cheese. The side of tortilla chips had no salsa. The onion rings were cold and were supposed to come with southwest ranch dressing, but none was provided. Sadly, this was a complete waste of $70. Next time we want wings, we'll go to Crosstown. read more

This restaurant has always been "ok" - not the best B dubs, yet, not horrible. We went to watch game on Monday 12/27/21 in bar area. Kyle was our waiter. All was fine until food appeared. Are the fries first, they were fine. I noticed a glob of fat next to my brisket sandwich and removed it. It was large - about the size of bunch of grapes, 4-6 of them. I removed the top bun and took a bite. No BBQ sauce on sandwich, made it dry. Might have been more noticeable but the sandwich was barely room temperature. We told Kyle. He was so helpful (not) - "well, some days we have better cooks in the back than others". Which days does the cook give a damn?? read more

Gross gross gross! Let me start by saying chicken wings are my favorite food and my husband will stop here and pick me up chicken wings on his way home from work. I don't like dining in because its so loud and the service is awful (no refills......wrong food brought and takes forever to get your server back to help). Well tonight did it for me. My husband brought me home chicken wings and there were feathers still on the wings. We're not talking one or two feathers. This bird was about to fly away. So nasty. That's like serving raw food. Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants are all the same, not unlike every chain restaurant out there. It's a spectacular place to go watch a game with friends, not so much if you've got some quality time in mind. It is literally impossible to talk to people in this place, unless you somehow find a table in a corner I didn't know exists. My mom was sitting right across from me when we went to B-dubbs last night and she couldn't undersatnd a word I was saying. As far as the individuality of this restaurant, It's a much more square design than the one in the Geneva Commons and in Moline, IL that i've also visited. If you're new to the chain and don't know what sauce you want, they're real good about letting you mix and match. You could probably get a different sauce for each wing. As far as apetizers go, if you're up for something new and different you should try their fried pickles. I've had them at a number of steakhouses in the area and B-dubbs has the best. You can actually taste the pickle and it's not like a weird green french fry. They've also got really good daquaris etc... and beer. This restaurant in particular has a TV where you can see the people who have successfully finished the Blazin' wing challenge. Just in case the one billion other TV's aren't enough for you. Go for the fried pickles! read more

I've gone here for years & have never had a bad experience. I know some people aren't big fans of the wings but I love them. They now have less breading & are still super good!
