Usually only stop in the store when I have to run to the restroom or buy a large Diet Coke but I try to avoid this location lol. Every single time I go to the restroom here, it is always disgusting. I can't name a time that I've stopped in where the restrooms haven't been nasty. Please for gods sake clean them up and throw an air freshener in there lol. read more

McDonalds - They don't care about the opening timing and closing time..Seems like they don't care about customers and value their time - Fast Food Near Me - North Aurora, Illinois

Got a bacon-egg-cheese bagel breakfast meal. It cost a remarkable $7.99 and, on top of that, they added an additional $0.60 charge, which looks to be either for what's listed on the receipt as 'M Premium Roast' or for the two creams (I just asked for coffee, which is included in the meal, and two creams). And to top it all off, the bagel was at room temperature and hadn't been toasted, and the cheese wasn't melted. Online search results indicate that this location is owned and operated by a franchisee. I'll share my thoughts on mcdvoice.com and I'll never return to this crooked, greedy, poor-performing location. read more

This location forgets things quite often one time I waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks and today I found a booger on my cup UNACCEPTABLE

They forgot my whole order and I had to wait so long. I asked for a sauce/ but they me the opposite barbecue.

Really clean McDonald's and the staff is very kind. Always gets our order perfect! Yay! read more

Joke of a McDonald's. McDonald's should be embarrassed to have this store with the arches out front. They close before the time states on the window, lock the door before they're supposed to be closed, and take their phone off the hook before closing time. We waited in line behind a car that had a $75 order. Once we pulled up at 10:50, they stated they were closed. As the time on the door states, it says they're open until midnight. I find it ironic that they get a $75 order at 10:48pm and then decide to close. This store needs new management and new workers, especially considering it's a busy McDonald's. read more

McDonalds - a sign in the window of a restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - North Aurora, Illinois

Never again. Everytime I've gone there something is always missing from my order and all the kids who work there clearly don't know what customer service means!! When told them something was missing from my order the kid said in a sarcastic way "reallyyyyyy? Nooo way, that's crazy" and then continued to laugh in my face as he told me to go to the next window. Then when they brought me out what I was missing the girl just stuck her hand out the window and threw a bag at me and didn't even face me. This place is a joke and it seems to only be the kids who work at night, I've gone in the mornings and everyone is always respectful and they never forget anything. It's McDonalds not rocket science. If you don't like working there then don't be there, and if you're going to be there then treat paying customers with respect and if you forget something just make it right and apologize. I will be escalating this as far as I can because this night crew needs fixing because the manager on duty clearly dosent care ether read more

This location needs new management who hold their staff accountable to be integral and honest. I've read multiple reviews that have been written a year ago or more and it's horrible when the same complaints are still ongoing and nothing has changed. Is great customer service even a thing anymore? Do better... if that's possible. read more

Well I went today to get something in MCdonalds they say they are open 24-hours they were hiding in the back so they would take my order and that is not good service even if you want to go home or don't want to take orders then don't work a place that says there are open in midnight nor when it says 24 hours read more

Wonderful staff especially the manager who helped me out. She's a great representation of McDonald's

Yummy pickles oh yeah it is good with the chicken nuggets they are very good with caramel!

This location doesn't even deserve 1 star. New order system for eating in makes no sense and took over 15 minutes for a Big Mac meal and Chicken Sandwich before I went to the counter and saw my tray of food sitting there. All it needed was the order of fries. I had to shout excuse me 3 times to get someone's attention and had to tell them what to do to complete my order. Nobody was going to even try and bring this to the table which is a new concept they are trying. Garbage was overflowing and drive through line wrapped around when I walked out. Looks like there was no manager on duty. Food was piling up as they could keep up cooking, but this group had no idea how to distribute food. McDonalds should be ashamed of this location. read more

McDonalds - a kitchen with a sink and a counter - Fast Food Near Me - North Aurora, Illinois

Don't let a 3 star review rattle you - this is for McDonald's people. That said this McDonald's excelled at a few things. First of all the double Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese combo i got - represented the first time in a long time I've seen what I ordered look exactly like an advertisement photo of a burger. Well played. Secondly, and shockingly more impressively, is I ordered a dollar menu McChicken that had a normal human being amount of Mayonnaise on it. Not multiple dollups of the white stuff, not a prison kitchen ladle, or a 5 gallon drum of Helman's - just enough to taste the stuff. Almost felt like I was dreaming and gonna wake up in a kiddie pool quantity of Mayo on my chicken patty. Opted to go in for my food because the drive through had 10 cars in it and I figured I'd save time -but i whole heartedly blame myself for that. Took 10 minutes to get it, but it was hot and assembled correctly. 3 stars at the golden arches is equivalent to 5 elsewhere. I'd return. read more

I would give them 0 stars if possible. They claim to be open until midnight. Got there at 11:00 pm exact they REFUSED to take our orders. I get you are understaffed and don't want to work... just change your hours such an inconvenience. read more

The white lady at the drive through window is a bit rude. She needs to straighten up a bit. We don't need that especially in the mornings.

I am disappointed that my local location by Woodman's in NorthAurora no longer longer carry any salads or grilled chicken sandwiches.

Never ever ever they get our order right at this location! Not oncev we get all items we ordered, always missing something we try to check but when there is a huge line behind you you try to move out of the way quickly. I understand they just human but this is beyond ridiculous, not sure if it's lack of training or reading comprehension. GET.YOUR.SHIT.TOGETHER read more

As usual not my choice as usual and gluten issues are a concern but this was a great experience. I ordered a southwest salad and asked lots of questions. Kid at the register wasn't much help but the manager literally climbed up a ladder to read the ingredients on the tortilla chips to make sure there was no wheat in them and bright the box for me to read. Cudos to the manager! read more

Stopped in on Sunday afternoon, 10/14/18, for a quick bite. The men's room was so gross and there was no hand-soap. So, I went to the register and waited a couple of minutes for someone to notice me. Some pimply kid finally did, and I said, "Hey, the men's room is out of hand soap. How are the male employees keeping their hands clean?" Most of the employees I could see were male. He didn't say a word... just stared blankly in my direction. Against my better judgment, I ordered a sandwich and drink. The drink area was filthy, the floor was filthy, the service was slow. OMG. This was the WORST experience at a McDonalds ever. Someone should alert corp that this franchise stinks! read more

Painfully slow drive thru. This is the second time in as many weeks that I've visited a McDonald's with a terribly slow drive thru. It's unfortunate, too, because I do like Mickey D's for a quick bite. Other than the speed, employees were friendly, so that bumps them up a star. read more

One night I went through the drive thru, ordered a burger combo, and went up to pay window. I was only told at the pay window that there was no beef, sausage, or bacon. Only chicken. That is sick. I frequent this restaurant because it is 2 min. from my house. I don't like the food, but my dying father barely eats anything except plain mcds hamburgers. Half the time I go through the drive-thru, I get the wrong food, and 90% of the time I get rude customer service through the process. I guess they think I am a problem customer because I'm ordering such a complicated item-a plain hamburger. On Friday I experienced another mistake where I ordered a $3 bundle, but hold everything on the burger. Just make it plain is too hard for them to understand. They rang it up individually so my $3 meal cost $1 extra. So tell me, what restaurant in the world charges u more for giving u less food? By this logic, if I asked them to hold the diet coke or fries they would charge me an extra $1 for that too. I explained this to the worker, and then the manager, and they told me I made the mistake(which I did not), and they couldn't fix it. Both of them even told me that I was charged extra because I ordered it WITHOUT cheese. R u freaking kidding me?! told them to cancel the order, and give me a refund. The manager quickly changed her mind, and gave me the $1.20 difference. Why was that not done initially? There was never an apology, but plenty of eye rolls. As a word of advice, it isn't a good idea to blame your paying customers for incompetent, rude employees. read more

Unbelievably horrible service. This is the closest lunch place to my work. So it's convenient if you want to take a quick lunch break. But I have been here 8 times now and have gotten the wrong order 6 times. That's a 75% failure rate! Incredibly ridiculous. If you asked me to verify my order when I pay, then shouldn't you place my order next in line? Apparently not! read more

They were quick through the drive-through and to get to our order. The microphone was muffled when they talk to me through the drive-through. They did however messed up my order. Over and over again I go to this McDonald's because it's the only option near my house. Tonight I ordered a quarter pounder meal and after I drove off I found only a McChicken with cheese in my bag. Three words to describe this McDonalds DEATH PARKING LOT. Seriously who designed this place. The drive through traffic burns right by the entrance and you take your life into your hands every time you enter or exit this location. The funny thing is you think you survive the walk to your car and that you have made it only to nearly die while backing out... This is because cars whip around the corner around the drive through traffic so if you have a SUV next to you you can't see them. Think of it as a game of real life frogger. Honestly one of the scariest parking lots I have ever been in. Contrary to other reviews I find the food here to be good at lunch time. More often then not I get fresh fries and good service. The people working at this location are always friendly and I never have any issues with my order. The waiting area however is small and more often then not it is hard to tell who has ordered and who is waiting for there food. Wish there was another location close by to work because the parking lot here is a accident waiting to happen. read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. It's aboslutely HORRIBLE. The employees are rude, don't speak very much english (they can't understand you either) and consistently get orders wrong. The dining area is disgusting and is rarely cleaned. I've also had the MANAGER argue with me about ordering a meal and not getting fries. She never gave me a receipt (of course!!). I eventually got the fries but what happened to: being polite and serving the customer? If you want nice happy employees run away from this McDonalds. I've contacted the corporation three times and never hear back. McDonalds could care less about its customers and their service. The franchise owners obviously also don't care. I try to avoid this McDonalds if I can. read more
