Got a bacon-egg-cheese bagel breakfast meal. It cost a remarkable $7.99 and, on top of that, they added an additional $0.60 charge, which looks to be either for what's listed on the receipt as 'M Premium Roast' or for the two creams (I just asked for coffee, which is included in the meal, and two creams). And to top it all off, the bagel was at room temperature and hadn't been toasted, and the cheese wasn't melted. Online search results indicate that this location is owned and operated by a franchisee. I'll share my thoughts on mcdvoice.com and I'll never return to this crooked, greedy, poor-performing location. read more

Never again. Everytime I've gone there something is always missing from my order and all the kids who work there clearly don't know what customer service means!! When told them something was missing from my order the kid said in a sarcastic way "reallyyyyyy? Nooo way, that's crazy" and then continued to laugh in my face as he told me to go to the next window. Joke of a McDonald's. McDonald's should be embarrassed to have this store with the arches out front. They close before the time states on the window, lock the door before they're supposed to be closed, and take their phone off the hook before closing time. We waited in line behind a car that had a $75 order. Once we pulled up at 10:50, they stated they were closed. As the time on the door states, it says they're open until midnight. I find it ironic that they get a $75 order at 10:48pm and then decide to close. This store needs new management and new workers, especially considering it's a busy McDonald's. read more

This location doesn't even deserve 1 star. New order system for eating in makes no sense and took over 15 minutes for a Big Mac meal and Chicken Sandwich before I went to the counter and saw my tray of food sitting there. All it needed was the order of fries. I had to shout excuse me 3 times to get someone's attention and had to tell them what to do to complete my order. Nobody was going to even try and bring this to the table which is a new concept they are trying. Garbage was overflowing and drive through line wrapped around when I walked out. Don't let a 3 star review rattle you - this is for McDonald's people. That said this McDonald's excelled at a few things. First of all the double Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese combo i got - represented the first time in a long time I've seen what I ordered look exactly like an advertisement photo of a burger. Well played. Secondly, and shockingly more impressively, is I ordered a dollar menu McChicken that had a normal human being amount of Mayonnaise on it. Not multiple dollups of the white stuff, not a prison kitchen ladle, or a 5 gallon drum of Helman's - just enough to taste the stuff. Almost felt like I was dreaming and gonna wake up in a kiddie pool quantity of Mayo on my chicken patty. Opted to go in for my food because the drive through had 10 cars in it and I figured I'd save time -but i whole heartedly blame myself for that. Took 10 minutes to get it, but it was hot and assembled correctly. 3 stars at the golden arches is equivalent to 5 elsewhere. I'd return. read more

Stopped in on Sunday afternoon, 10/14/18, for a quick bite. The men's room was so gross and there was no hand-soap. So, I went to the register and waited a couple of minutes for someone to notice me. Some pimply kid finally did, and I said, "Hey, the men's room is out of hand soap. How are the male employees keeping their hands clean?" Most of the employees I could see were male. I frequent this restaurant because it is 2 min. from my house. I don't like the food, but my dying father barely eats anything except plain mcds hamburgers. Half the time I go through the drive-thru, I get the wrong food, and 90% of the time I get rude customer service through the process. I guess they think I am a problem customer because I'm ordering such a complicated item-a plain hamburger. On Friday I experienced another mistake where I ordered a $3 bundle, but hold everything on the burger. Just make it plain is too hard for them to understand. They rang it up individually so my $3 meal cost $1 extra. So tell me, what restaurant in the world charges u more for giving u less food? By this logic, if I asked them to hold the diet coke or fries they would charge me an extra $1 for that too. I explained this to the worker, and then the manager, and they told me I made the mistake(which I did not), and they couldn't fix it. Both of them even told me that I was charged extra because I ordered it WITHOUT cheese. R u freaking kidding me?! told them to cancel the order, and give me a refund. The manager quickly changed her mind, and gave me the $1.20 difference. Why was that not done initially? There was never an apology, but plenty of eye rolls. Three words to describe this McDonalds DEATH PARKING LOT. Seriously who designed this place. The drive through traffic burns right by the entrance and you take your life into your hands every time you enter or exit this location. The funny thing is you think you survive the walk to your car and that you have made it only to nearly die while backing out... This is because cars whip around the corner around the drive through traffic so if you have a SUV next to you you can't see them. Think of it as a game of real life frogger. Honestly one of the scariest parking lots I have ever been in. Contrary to other reviews I find the food here to be good at lunch time. More often then not I get fresh fries and good service. The people working at this location are always friendly and I never have any issues with my order. The waiting area however is small and more often then not it is hard to tell who has ordered and who is waiting for there food. Wish there was another location close by to work because the parking lot here is a accident waiting to happen. read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. It's aboslutely HORRIBLE. The employees are rude, don't speak very much english (they can't understand you either) and consistently get orders wrong. The dining area is disgusting and is rarely cleaned. I've also had the MANAGER argue with me about ordering a meal and not getting fries. She never gave me a receipt (of course!!). I eventually got the fries but what happened to: being polite and serving the customer? If you want nice happy employees run away from this McDonalds. I've contacted the corporation three times and never hear back. McDonalds could care less about its customers and their service. The franchise owners obviously also don't care.
