Second time major items were missing from our bag in the drive through. If it's going to cost $40 for two people to eat dinner, it's really not acceptable to keep forgetting to put the sandwich from the meal in the bag before telling us to drive off. read more

Standard fare Arby's except they're stingy with their meats....the sandwiches are skimpy and sad. The cheesesteak is more chopped cheese but needs more cheese... Roast beef is standard and good; good mozz sticks that are hot Service: quick, no frills Ambiance: clean spaces and tables; clean bathrooms! read more

As I have sat and waited in their drive thru for over ten minutes when there has Ben only one car in front of me for the entire time I am truly in awe at how any fast food establishment can distinguish themselves in complete and utter uncaring about customer service in the middle of the afternoon. This is AFTER having to endure multiple pop up ad offers after payment. Truly a shit job Arby's read more

Love me some Beef N Cheddars. Always friendly somewhat quick service. Food is also prepared when ordered so there's never an issue with the temperature of the food. read more

I have always enjoyed Arby's roast beef sandwiches. The only one close by is in Auburn, close to 395 and Mass Pike. Sandwich hasn't really changed in 40 years. Perhaps somewhat smaller, not sure. Great with Arby's and horsey sauce. Currently 2 classic roast beef or chicken sandwiches for $6. Nothing special inside, but service is attentive and enthusiast. Parking is a bit strange if you need to go into the restaurant, but manageable. read more

Thank you Ann (general manager) for a clean, efficient, and wonderful dining experience at Arby's. This is the only Arby's in this area, and I drove past several McDonald's and Sonic stores just to come here. The store was clean, employees were friendly, and I was a happy camper. Thank you Ann and thank you Arby's! read more

Arby's - people sitting at tables in a restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Auburn, Massachusetts

The Arby's was boppin' and everyone there seemed like they had been going for years. The cashier gave me multiples of every sauce, everything was fresh, and I loved that it was decorated with tiny cupcakes for St. Patrick's Day. The staff were all so so so so so nice. Mozzarella sticks are a sleeper hit. read more

Everything the service the food very quick the order was correct they were very pleasant clean restaurant.

I love Arby's but the one in Auburn Massachusetts is NEVER is consistent with slicing their roast beef. Am I wrong that slicing is very very thin? At this particular Arby's it can be ANYWHERE from very thin to very thick. Every time I get one of the thick cut sandwiches I say to myself I'm never going back there. read more

Best fast food non-spicy chicken sandwich available. Perfect every time. You also cant go wrong with crinkle fries. This location's dining room is always clean and staff is friendly and efficient. read more

A very good Arby's location. Very clean, friendly staff, and food as expected. 2 things up.

Yo, check this out... I came here and ordered a regular sized beef n cheddar sandwich, a 6 piece chicken mcnugget, and a large curly fry. They charged me $20.40 for that. TWENTY DOLLARS AND FOURTY CENTS!?!?! FOR THAT?!?!?! I didn't even order a drink! I don't know why but this Arby's has their prices jacked waaaay up. It's not like it's in a big city like LA or Tokyo or Boston or Paris. No, this Arby's is in Auburn freakin Massachusettes. A boring nowheresville hicktown that nobody goes to or has ever even heard of. Use the Arby's mobile app and compare the price of my order to other locations in New England. THIS ORDER CAN BE HAD FOR BETWEEN 10 AND 11 DOLLARS. I do not know who is responsible for setting the prices at this Arby's but I bet you nobody likes them and i wish them nothing but the worst in life. P.S. Arby's is delicious read more

Arby's - This Arby's is 2x more expensive than any other Arby's - Fast Food Near Me - Auburn, Massachusetts

DO NOT GOTO THIS PLACE. The food is cold. It's gross. I had to go back in twice and get my money refunded. They have kids working there and a manager who doesn't have a clue. I get that it's fast food but this place is SHIT food. I WARNED YOU. read more

Arby's - This is a photo of a blob of shit that when you pick up falls all over the place. - Fast Food Near Me - Auburn, Massachusetts

Night crew needs to be trained with manners , app wasn't opening never bothered to help and had to pay full price because they were more concerned about other things Sorry , I'll stick with Kelly's roast beef read more

So, I don't know if you know, but this location has PIZZA SLIDERS for a limited menu item. It's not listed but you can just order it. They're actually pretty decent, eating them with potato cakes and a Jamocha shake is even better. Pretty usual drive thru service you'd get from anywhere, wasn't exceptionally fast nor slow. Food was cooked great though. read more

Arby's - Fast Food Near Me - Auburn, Massachusetts

The service here tonight was truly ridiculous. I went through the drive-thru and my order was taken in a somewhat timely manner. There were three cars in front of me. After a long while the first car pulled away, then the three of us sat and sat and sat. I saw the car in front pay, then we all sat and sat some more. So finally I had to leave. Clearly nothing was happening. I left and saw the drive-thru lady on the other side of the building smoking!! Seriously????? Three cars waiting for their food and she's outside smoking and ignoring the customers. It's just not the right way to treat paying patrons. read more

Seriously, Arby's ran out of roast beef. I can't believe that is the first thing they told me when I walked in. What next, will McDonald's run out of hamburger? Will the Colonel Sanders run out of chicken? It is your staple..you don't run out of it. I can't rate the food because I never received any. I can only rate the fact that the one thing I wanted three sandwiches of is not available. I guess Arby's really doesn't have "THE MEATS" read more

Not a easy location to get to and frankly, if you aren't in the area it's not worth the drive for the value. The staff are efficient and fast. A few minutes in the drive thru and you will have your order. Very expensive sandwiches for the poor quality meats. Mega processed meat with no texture. After one bite you will get a meaty flavor but wonder what the heck is this meat? Typical uninspired fast food sides bumps up the combo price. read more

Ok, usually I don't rate "chain / fast food" places, unless they are exceptional, or horrible. This Arby's is exceptional! This location is really clean. And the seating is only tables and chairs, no booths. Wife had one of the beef and cheese meals and I had a "2 for" special which was a classic beef and the ranch chicken. With hers being a medium meal, and mine a la carte, with a large strawberry lemonade the price was $25. Yeah, we ordered inside, and waited 5 minutes for the order, but the quality was worth it. We opened the wrappers and the sandwiches looked like they should, not flat, or squished, or with "dislocated" insides. Honestly, they looked like they were being prepared for a television ad! 2 people ordering at the"McD's" will spend all of that for a value meal, but this taste more like food! The 4 stars for this place is for location. They have been at this address for a few decades, and I've been past here at lunch time, and it's not unusual to have cars waiting to turn in. By the size of the lot, expansion may be out of the question, and it would be more of relocating than anything else. So if you have time, try This place, instead of other burger places. read more

They make a really good roast beef sandwich but they are very expensive for what it is. Also can't stand the fact that they serve Pepsi products. read more

Let's be honest. I'm pretty much always thinking Arbys!!! This location was clean, fast and the food was exactly as ordered. They even gave me extra horsey sauce. Win win!!! I'll be back. read more

Ordered a super sandwich without the sauce, a favorite of mine. Came without tomato slice. Sandwich was just not the same. 2nd time in 2 months. Love the roast beef, just no fan of this particular location read more

We drove an hour because we don't have Arby's in RI... this is the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been in! The food was perfectly prepared. The service was the candle on top! So friendly and courteous- I haven't had this kind of service at a fast food restaurant in years! read more

They still haven't opened indoor dining or even the ability to walk-in and order to go which leaves a very backed up drive thru. Service is extremely slow when it comes to being able to order. They usually get the order wrong and the drinks always taste flat. We tried again last night and we ordered 2 beef and cheddar but there was a massive chunk of onion in one sandwich and they both had a hint of fish taste and smell to them. Service and quality is definitely at an all time low. The food is just gross and we are done wasting our money on crap food. read more

The food is great, orders are almost always correct. That said, if it's raining, it just pours into your car as there is no awning to order. read more

I love the beef n cheddar. The gyros are also good. Pricey, but everyone is. Curly fries are good too. I still like Arby's my friend raves about the fish sandwich. read more

Poor experience at Arby's this time around. The young man taking our order at drive thu was laughing the whole tile, unable to accurately repeat our order. The already pricey menu had the wrong prices listed and we paid $4 more at the window for one meal. We waited almost 10 minutes for our food and we were the only car. The food was ok but the service and quality aren't worth the money. read more

30 minutes through drive thru seems a bit excessive. Might want to tighten that up. Especially if you charge what they charge.

Ok, had to review here...as Scotty loves the expensive roast beef but gave the place a two? But yeah, I do agree, Pepsi sucks...Coke products would be an improvement. Anywho..he's right, the roast beef sandwiches are good. I side mine up with Arby's Sauce AND Horsey Sauce. Yeah...both...it's a good time, trust me. If sauce isn't dripping off your sandwich, you're doing it wrong. And forget the curly fries..get the potato cakes. Day-um, I love potatoes. As I said in another review, New Englanders seem to hate Arby's. In Pennsylvania, where I'm originally from, there are several more Arby's around. In New England, there seems to be a Roast Beef sandwich shop around every corner. This doesn't bode well for Arby's...so if you do have an Arby's in your town, you probably don't have a plethora of ma-and-pa sandwich shops around. I mean yeah...I will take a Kelly's Roast Beef over Arby's...but there will always be a special place in my heart for that crazy good Horsey Sauce that the other shops haven't picked up on yet. read more

We had the Pork Belly sandwich and did not expect much from a fast food joint but we were pleasantly surprised. It was really good. We also had the curly fries and they were ok, like all other curly fries. We will be back. read more

Fast food, hardly. Had to wait almost 10 minutes before anybody felt the need to take my order, then another almost 20 minutes to get my food. The store staff couldn't be bothered to do their job. Evidently socializing and playing on their phones was more important to them. This location has gotten worse and worse as time as gone on. read more

On our way home from ct. my husband and I hadn't had Arby's in years! Stopped here and got amazing service from staff. Sandwiches and sides were awesome. I asked if they had any meat ends off the roast my two dogs could have. They gave us a small cup full of meat. Really made our visit. We travel back and forth from our lake house will definitely stop again. Thank you. read more

Not worth the $30 we spent on a BLT (with 2 pieces of bacon, a half a bottle of mayo, and a whole head of lettuce), some chicken tenders, two Jr roast beefs and a milk. Somehow my order was entered as a large, which is probably why it was so expensive. The staff was pleasant and the drive through is convenient but it's highly unlikely that we will ever go back. I would consider going back if my BLT actually had a fair amount of bacon. Needless to say, this was a very disappointing dinner choice. read more

Way overpriced. Tastes good. I honestly only like the cheese and bread and like two slices of the creepy meat. Extra sauce is yum. Hardly ever eat there.. read more

Love there food here unfortunately too expensive.. need to lower prices drastically. . Good service though

I have two parts to this review; the location and Arby's as a whole. For the store, I give it 4 stars. Overall, very clean and mostly friendly staff. We had to wait a while for our curly fries, but they were fresh which is nice. When we were informed they were making fresh fries, I asked if they could just let us know when they were done. The lady at the counter offered to bring the fries to our table. I thought that was very nice of her. I would definitely come to this location again. For Arby's as a whole, I would give it 2 stars. I'm very disappointed. I haven't been to an Arby's in a year and a half and was so excited to get my spicy chicken sandwich with curly fries meal. They no longer have the sandwich I like and they had it for over ten years, that I can remember, why take it away? And the curly fries are not as good anymore. I won't be getting fries again. They are flavorless compared to before. Not the curly fries I used to get. Ketchup made them edible, but curly fries shouldn't need ketchup. Arby's need to step up their game again. It might be another year and a half before I visit Arby's again. Again, the location gets 4 stars. A very nice location. It's Arby's as a company that gets the 2 stars. They've changed and not for he better. read more

I was hungry and wanted to try Arby's for this was my first time. So I called and asked, "I was informed that you have the meats." The woman said, "Yes." I asked, "What type of meats do you have?" She then replied with, "Go check online." And she promptly hung up. After checking on their site I realized what I wanted. So I called, and got the same woman on the phone and said, "I have checked online, and I have found what of the meats I would like." She then nastily responded with, "You know what? I don't have time for this." Then hung up the phone. It's safe to say I will never eat at Arby's ever again! read more
