We stopped in the other day for a quick meal, and quick it was with the excellent service we received. Hubby had a couple burgers and a soda, his burgers with nice, hot, fresh and juicy - he gobbled them up along with an order of fries. I had a baked potato with cheese and bacon - real bacon. It was soooo good, fresh and delicious. The place was very clean and the service was outstanding. Love this place, we will be coming back - ya hear ?? !!! read more

The staff doesn't seem to know the difference between Diet Coke and Coke Zero. They give me the wrong one frequently.

The most disappointing fast food experience i ever had. I ordered 2 hamburgers and fries with no salt. Came to $27 and change, which i thought was kind of a lot. I got my food home, and found 3 sandwiches, one was a chicken sandwich i did not order. I went back to the branch and they ARGUED WITH ME. Said i ordered the chicken when i didnt. Now, i have to go back tomorrow and speak to the general manager, or district manager, or whoever. Will never come back here read more

I get back to my car and it looks like someone gave my nuggets a barbecue back shot. Definitely not as advertised

Awful, cold food, been givin the wrong order multiple times. Wouldn't go back even if it was free. Manager screaming at their staff to top it off read more

This was probably the fasted Wendy's I have ever been to. I ordered and by the time I filled up my soda they were loudly saying my order. Literally less than 30 seconds from paying to getting my food. The frys and nuggets were inedible, the burger was kinda disgusting My mistake for eating this slop. I got he most violent diarrhea I have ever experienced in 36 years of my life. I know this was caused by Wendy's because I know two other people who ate there on that day and both got violent diarrhea. This Wendys gave me the most traumatic 6 hours of my life. I will never go to a Wendys again. read more

Excellent food from what I have tasted. Not just saying this because I work there. Excellent customer service and very accurate orders. I will admit there are some mistakes as for every fast food restaurant. Overall Wendy's is pretty good. read more

Food tastes fine but way over priced. Workers are rude and give weird looks. The place is run down and gross. Would never recommend. You're better off going to Walmart for food. read more

I go to Wendy's for the apple pecan salad all the time. The Wendy's in Auburn is the worst store. This is the 2nd time that I have ordered it and it came with out the blue cheese crumbles. The chicken tastes old and dried up. I work down the road and I will NOT be going back. read more

The burgers and fries are always cold for some reason every single time. The only good food is the nuggets which are generally always hot and crispy. But everything else is lackluster consistently. I honestly don't know why I even bother coming here anymore. read more

Ok so the food was good but the order messed up, ordered a #6 spicy chicken and got what I ordered minus tomatoes/lettuce/ mayo on my sandwich. read more

Apple walnut salad is extremely good and fresh!! Give it a try for a healthy meal. :)

Waited in line at the counter for over 10 minutes. When we finally got to order, they got it wrong even though I had him read it back to me. I only wanted the sandwich and fries but he rang it up as a combo meal. Then when we got the food there was a sandwich missing so he handed me one from behind the counter. And there was an extra small fry that I didn't order but paid for and received anyway. I got out to the car to discover that the sandwich he gave me was not the right one, so I had to go back in and wait for them to cook another. Overall the entire stop took about 40 minutes. And I've never had so many things go wrong in one place before. At least the Hot Honey chicken sandwich was good...once I finally got it. read more

Employees there are very friendly but I have to say the fries are very, very salty and soggy. Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger was over-saturated with mayo but the chicken nuggets and frosty were very good. Just wish the fries tasted crispier and less salty. 4 for $4 is still my favorite option since you can substitute your fountain drink for a frosty. read more

I stopped at Wendy's Auburn and ordered a chicken sandwich combo with a chocolate frosty. No chocolate frosty available and no regular soda only diet. I canceled my whole order. I won't be back to this location again. read more

I stop her a couple of times a month because I like the food and its on the way to work. I usually use the drive thru and usually escape with the correct order though they usually skimp on the fixings and fries. Today I made the mistake of actually walking inside because I needed the bathroom. Lose w star because it was disgusting. I will spare you of the details. read more

thursday, february 22nd around 1:45 pm my friends and i came here for lunch. the lady taking our orders continuously told us to have a nice day with a lot of aggression whenever we asked for something. not only that, she gave two of us chicken sandwiches when we ordered burgers. we did not feel welcome with her attitude and were all very uncomfortable. read more

This place is disgusting. I asked for no tomato on my sandwich and it was made wrong. It happens, no big deal, so I went and asked it to be remade. I watched her do it with her bare hands even though the guy next to her could've done it and was wearing gloves. The staff was beyond rude to me as well. The management here needs to care a little bit more because this was really awful. read more

I'm at this Wendy's right now. I saw the employee scoop fry's off of the tray and into the box with his hands. There is no drinks available in the soda fountain and the trash cans are all full. The only good thing is that the bathrooms were clean. I'd shit here but I wouldn't eat here. Update: they forgot my nuggets read more

By far the worst fast food fries I've ever had. No salt on the fries. They're open until 1am but close down their drive thru before 9:30pm. Every worker there was rude and disrespectful. My classic double was made with 3 smaller beef patty's. I recommend everyone in the area go elsewhere. By far the worst fast food place I've ever been and everyone working the evening of November 13, 2022 should be fired read more

I was offered a coupon for a free hamburger, which was nice. However, neither burger tasted that fresh. The fries tasted like they had been sitting a while and were not hot. The coffee was fine. The garbage pail in the kitchen was overflowing. Both ketchup dispensers were totally empty. I am a Wendy's fan but probably won't return to this location. read more

Had a very confusing experience here recently. Went with a friend for their famous coffee, but all the lights were off. We decided to try anyway, and by-George it was open! We ordered 2 iced coffees, and a burger meal deal, but we didn't want the drink, which then confused the person taking the order (ha!). When we were given our order we felt as though we'd done something wrong, which filled us with delight! The coffee was not great, but the burger and fries were good. We will be returning once a week for this outstanding art installation. I'm not sure if this place actually exists. The mystique is palpable. My life has been given new meaning. Now that I've finished watching every anime series on Netflix, this Wendies is my new obsession. Everyone that works here is so hot. KEEP IT UP SEXIES read more

So bad wait in line 20 minutes when I finally pulled through after beeping the horn they told me they closed at two it was 220 I said why wouldn't you shut the lights off they said we close at two you should know that I would know that based on what what a horrible experience they were standing inside as I would be bringing wood one evening knowledge me to tell me they were closed read more

You're good old better than McDonald's/Burger King chain restaurant. Although this place is very clean, fast with service, and plenty of seating I give only 4 stars because my last visit wasnt so pleasant. The cashier was nice and doing what he could, it was the manager that made it a terrible experience. She basically yelled at the cashier in front of us causing an awkward experience to the point I was getting fumed and wanted to give her a piece of my mind but I held my tongue because everything else was pleasant. Love food, hate the manager. Beware. She's a yeller and complains out loud. read more

Listen I never complain but I've had enough! Working 16 hour days, this Wendy's is close and convenient to my home. After messing up my order 3 nights in a row, I actually skipped a couple of days then unfortunately returned. The line was super slow, I had to repeat my order 3 times then 2 more times at the window. I could see the employees inside laughing and joking around. The poor guy at the window basically has NO help! The larger red haired girl who seemed to only be in charge of her cell phone actually had it stuffed into her bra. I was shocked to see her reach into her own breast area to pull out her phone, then handle my food! OMG ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS! are there no hair nets, gloves or basic cleanliness? Even the cook came out a few times with nothing on. What's the phone policy? Hey let's stick my phone in my crotch and pull it out every 10 sec. In front of customers while handling there food. I would fire them all! Except the younger braided hair guy working the register at the window. I'm sure the owner has invested lots of capitol to open this fine establishment. Get it together poeple, have a little pride in what you have chosen to do. Stop acting like future welfare recipients! Tuesday night 5\9\17 @ 8:30pm 315.982.3598 read more

Not the best. Fix the God forsaken frosty machines. If you advertise 2 flavors, have 2 flavors.

Terrible customer service. Took so long with the food and most of the workers were on their phone. Never coming back.

Staff was extremely rude. A girl with pigtails told us to pull up and our food would be right out, she forgot about us so we backed up to the window to ask where our food was. She talked to us like we were dumb and said we got our food which we didn't. She then proceeded to be rude and throw the food into our bag and rolled her eyes at us. Not to mention, my burger was made wrong. Horrible service, rude girl with pigtails, DO NOT RECOMMED. read more

OMG, I was so surprised to see the terrible service at this establishment (12-12-2015) After waiting inside in line for 10 minutes the girl taking the orders said that she cannot take my order because the screen shuts down when there are too many orders. She was standing with another girl and both seemed very nervous and uncomfortable. After a few more minutes she said she could put my order in if it was a small one. It was not a small one as my order was for four people. She felt bad for me so she put my order in anyway. During this time I noticed that people behind me in line where leaving. I then started waiting for my food and preparing for it. The napkin dispensers were empty. I told the girl who was just standing there behind the counter that the napkins were empty. She handed me a few. I expected her to go fill the dispensers or tell some one else to do so but she didn't and she certainly had time. Then I went to the soda machine and my first selections were empty. Finally got our food in 20 minutes from when we ordered. The food was okay but the ketchup dispenser was nearly empty and I had to work to get any thing out. After we were done eating the waste barrels were completely full. Yes not just one, all. I couldn't believe it. Many people were making negative comments thriving on each others experience. It was like a big joke. I will never go there again. They do not have a clue as to how to run a fast food restaurant. It was unbelievable. Oh, while we were eating people were still leaving from the waiting line to go elsewhere to eat. As we were leaving there were more leaving. Are you kidding me. More than 50% of the tables were empty. I was shocked. read more

Damn you, you red headed vixen for enticing me into your fast foodery. I ordered the Baconator, because if I'm going to blow off my diet, i'm doing it with slabs of greasy bacon. That first bite sent me into an orgasmic frenzy. Like OMG the cattle that made this burger possible must have been sent down from heaven, riding clouds made of pixie dust and baby lion tears. The cheese was melted by a whimsical dragon whispering "delicious" with its fiery red flames dancing around my burger in majestic display of color and smoke. A gracious and humble server added just the right amount of ketchup and mayo making sure every bite I took brought me that much closer to pure ecstasy. The bun! oh the bun, the most important part it holds this masterpiece together. The bottom of the bun was a pillowy bed for my awaiting meat to rest on, the top a cushiony blanket to cover and keep the yumminess warm and comfortable. The bun served it's purpose with pride and dignity. As I sank my teeth into this magnificent burger the world stopped all around me until I was on my very last bite. I held in my hand a perfect mixture of meat, bacon, bun and condiments. An angel blew a trumpet of victory as this last bite passed my lips. I thank you Ms. Wendy. My plump, full and satisfied tummy thanks you. read more

The chili which at one time was the best tasting chili over all other take out places and even over a lot of restaurants was just water and no taste!!! I paid for cheese which is way to high of a price and of course they didn't put any cheese in the chili! The burgers were dry and the buns were hard and old. What happened to caring about the food you are serving to the people? Your prices have gone up but the care and taste of your food has hit rock bottom!!! read more

For being fast food, I didn't expect this Wendy's to be anything special but it was! The food came out very fast and it was all freshly made (got the 4 for $4 deal). But what made me give this location five stars was the cashier employee Sean. He went out of his way to be extra nice to us and his overall attitude was just very welcoming. Again, for fast food I never really expect the workers to be polite. Sean gave me some hope for people in the fast food business! On top of being very polite and friendly, you could tell Sean valued the appearance of the restaurant. When there weren't any customers to take orders from, he was wiping down tables AND chairs and cleaned up the drink station. I just really want to applaud Sean and perhaps his manager for the way he works so diligently. It's so nice to see! read more

The food is usually good and they don't screw up my order too often

This place reminds me of an outhouse except instead of dropping poop off they hand it to you in a bag. I've gotten raw chicken, a raw burger and one chicken sandwich that was as thin as paper. I generally like Wendy's food if it is prepared correctly but they can't get it right here. They should fire every employee here then slap them as they walk out the door. Is it that difficult? I'd rather eat my own shoe. read more

Got a "cold" junior bacon burger. Took it back to the counter where there was no hassle to get another one. The 2nd one was just "less cold", even though it was handed to me directly from the person who prepared it. There's no excuse for that kind of fast food. read more

The food was cold, no utensils were provided and the sour cream and chive baked potato lacked sour cream.

Nice cold burger! Disgusting. Makes you wonder how long it was sitting out. Beef was dry cheese wasn't melted. The staff never smiles. Rethink your customer service skills. read more
