I was running around in Aiea on Wednesday and my last stop would be at the Mary Savio building on Kaahumanu. I was going to order from Bite Squad when I got home but since I was at Pearlridge, I decided to order from Arby's and see how the sandwiches, etc. would do I left them in the car for an hour. I got 8 things: the Turkey sandwich, the Turkey Bacon sandwich, the Roast Beef Gyro, the Turkey Gyro, a Turkey salad, a Chicken salad, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. I only had to wait like 5 minutes (loved that!) and I was off to the Mary Savio building. After my appointment, I was hungry and snacked on a few onion rings and mozzarella sticks - YUM! I ate the rest when I got home with the Horsey sauce and Marinara sauce - double yum!! I ate the salad's over the next few days and they were amazing! The crunchiness of the lettuce held up and the were yummy! My dad-in-law and husband ate the other sandwiches/gyros and really liked them. The last time I had been to Arby's was 2004? Well, good thing I stopped that streak... from now on every time I'm at Pearlridge, I'm picking up food from Arby's!! read more

In fact I think it's much tastier than Popeye's chicken sandwich I know you cannot compare chicken and fish but if people knew how yummy this sandwich is, the Arby's line would be.out the door. read more

Serious Arby's jones for a long time, like years, since the Kahala one closed. I never went often but did appreciate their style of thin sliced sandwiches. Looks like this Arby's just underwent a remodel as everything looks new. I saved some calories from the day before and cashed them in on 2 sandwiches, a double regular roast beef and a regular beef n cheddar. The first was substantial and I added a little horsey sauce to it for a simple compliment. Same taste as always, thankfully. The beef n cheddar was sort of wimpy in comparison as I did not order the extra meat portion as with the first sandwich. The onion bun, though tasty, was ungainly larger than the actual contents, a bit disappointing. Probably not worth ordering again unless you go for the extra meat option. I did not avail myself of any sides or fries on this visit but have been a long time fan of the potato cakes they make. read more

I'm not really a fan of Arby's. Probably because I'm not big on the roast beef, especially served with bread and not much else. But, I don't go here for the RB, I go here for the Market Fresh Sandwiches! I love the thick, nutty, and tasty bread. I always get a Turkey Ranch & Bacon, hold the mayo -- but then I grab some of the Horsey sauce and put it on the sandwich! Yummmmmmm! Unfortunately, my SECOND favorite thing is now gone off the menu: Jalapeno poppers with that strange sweet red "Bronco Berry" sauce. The place is clean and nice, workers are friendly, and if i wasn't used to eating Arby's every trip to the mainland (like it was an in-and-out), i would probably give them a 4-star rating, but it's not quite the same here. Not sure if it is the company or the store, but this Arby's isn't like what you/i get on the mainland. Names of menu items, prices, and overall experience at the register is just different. Not saying it's bad, just different. I will still go here occasionally because I get Arby's cravings, and overall, i am glad they exist on Oahu, it's just different. read more

Long line, but the food came out fast. The pumps were out of ketchup. When I told the person behind the counter, she immediately put out a big tray of ketchup packets for anyone who needed it. Crowded, but we're still able to find a clean table. And then there is the roast beef. Just the way I wanted it - tender, with melty cheese and lots of horsey sauce. Don't you just hate having coupons that are not accepted in Hawaii? Well Arby's is notorious forth is! I'm a little worried about their long term viability.......only 2 remaining on Oahu and both west of the Airport. Gone is the extra value menu......the 5 items for 7.95 then 8.95..... I finally went to Arby's after a long break of not eating fast food and guess what... NO ARBY'S SAUCE AND HORSEY SAUCE!!! Well, they did have it but not in the pump dispenser. By far, the best Arby's on the island! This locations food just seems to taste better compared to some of the other locations.. Pros - Roast Beef sandwich with lots of Arby's sauce and Horseradish... Love the curly fries too and the refills on the drinks! I pretty much order the exact same thing every time I visit!! The baked potatoes, chicken tenders and chicken sandwich look very good too! Ok this place is like premium fast food. The brisket burger is my absolute favorite. We were served by a worker with the name of Brant. This guy is hilarious and seems to really enjoy his job there. We tipped him really good hoping he would get most, if not all, of it. The food is really juicy and savory. The buns are soft and full of flavor, especially when soaked in the brisket sauces. We were shopping at Pearlridge and decided to take a lunch break and thought we'd have Arby's. My friend and I had the #1 which is a Small Roast Beef Sandwich with Curly Fries, and a Small Drink. The roast beef was tasty and flavorful. What I didn't like, however, was that it wasn't too hot. In fact, it was rather cold. Other Arby's locations that I've been to have not been like this. It was as though they never warmed it at all. This could have been a fluke or an off-day because I've never had this happen the other times I've dined here. The curly fries was great, but it also was cold. And this is strange because less than a minute later after ordering, my food was ready for me on the tray. Again, must have been a fluke or an off-day. Maybe the fries were old and getting cold? Who knows. Plus, Arby's curly fries, in my opinion, taste better over Jack In The Box. They're not as oily as JITB. I only go here to eat roast beef sandwiches, since that's what they're known for. I probably will continue to eat here even though our food was cold. But next time I'll bring it back and have them give me another one or heat it up. I also would have wished that they gave a little more curly fries. Half of the carton was air. And that's not cool at all. I like it when they stuff the carton. At least you know you're getting your money's worth! I am, however, hesitant to make a special order here. Looked for a place to sit while my gf stood in line to order. The best table turned out to be dirty with crumbs. There was one lady cleaning the tables but she was busy doing other things too so I just wiped it myself. Usually I get the same ole roast beef n cheddar but this time I felt adventurous and opted for the French dip, lol. Good choice, for a fast food place they have ono deli sandwiches. Tried my very first Ruben sandwich here and I have to say.. It was AMAZING! The bread was so soft and the meat ratio was very generous. This Arbys location seems out of place because it's away from the rest of the restaurants? I have not been to an Arbys in a while and it would seem they've expanded outside of roast beef. I got one of the chicken sandwiches and I could only eat half of it because it's the size of a big mac. The sauce that comes with it is a little sweet and spicy which I thought made the sandwich. I thought the dine in area was designed like a fun house. If there was a space to put a chair there, you'd find a chair. A bit crowded for my taste. read more

This Arby's brings back good memories; it was here that I had eaten my first Arby's roast beef sandwich (crowd responds: "awwww"). The recent renovations brings the decor from the vogue 1980's style to 2015 decor standards (it was long overdue). There is more room, to include a community table that can seat 10. I chose to switch it up and tried the buffalo chicken sandwich: I chose poorly; the buttermilk buns just weren't to my taste, and I didn't care for the shredded lettuce which were like wilted strands. I re-engaged the menu and went for the tried and true; I was pleased with the warm and tasty roast beef sandwich, but was surprised that they "ran out" of Arby's sauce, ketchup and horsey sauce in their dispensers... whaaat!? I had to ask for packets... sad face. I am hoping for a better experience the next time around. This place barely gets three stars from me, but I expect better next time. read more

I am so mad at this Arby's!! I only found out about this location three weeks ago and have been to visit three times since, and each time something has been WRONG!! My first visit was late in the evening and they didn't give drink cups to me and my husband (I didn't realize it until we were in the car). The second time, I ordered a roast beast sandwich with bacon and cheese added and paid the extra money, but when I got home, lo and behold! No cheese and no bacon. I'm an optimist and I love Arby's, so I tried again. I sent my husband to get me the roast beast w/ bacon and cheese, but when he got home and I excitedly opened the bag, what is this!!! Arby's roast beef sandwich always hits the spot. It's wonderfully delicious. You must eat it with the Arby's special sauce and the horsey sauce all over it is definitely a must. I prefer the curly fries and that too goes really well with the special sauces. Wasn't a delightful experience here. The smell from the door was great but once inside things rolled downhill. Purchased the smokehouse brisket combo and my husband purchased the classic bacon and cheddar. The Dr.Pepper tasted flat to me. The food took about five minutes to receive which isn't bad. Once we sat down and prayed I tasted my smokehouse brisket and it was awesome. My husband looked at his and though we ordered and paid for the classic bacon and cheddar he did not get any cheese on his sandwich. We didn't have time to take the sandwich back as we were in a rush so he just ate it and we left. I hope my next experience here is better than this one. read more

Now don't get me wrong they were friendly and helpful but communication is key in this business because I don't want to order roast beef and end up with the roast duck, ok there is no roast duck but i'm refrencing here so relax. The rost beef sandwich was good with the horsy sauce and the curly fries are among the better ones in the fast food industry. The seating area could use a face lift, its kind of drab but seems to keep our older generations happy as there were many seniors here eating and enjoying the ambiance. These sandwiches are awesome! I love the roast beef max and my mom loves the Reuben. We live in Kahala and since the Kahala Mall location closed, we have to travel to Pearlridge just to enjoy one of our favorite meals. The Horsey Sauce is like crack, I can never get enough of it.
