From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm and organized. The host stand was under control, we were seated quickly, and service flowed exactly the way it should. Orders were taken promptly, drinks came out fast, and the food arrived hot and fresh without a long wait. The staff was friendly, professional, and engaged. No tension. No confusion. Just solid, efficient service and the comfort food Cracker Barrel is known for. Because of this visit, I'm taking down my original review. The issues I complained about were real at the time, but they've clearly been addressed.
