Rarely does this location get an order right. You ask for two lemons in iced tea and get one. You ask for four ketchup packets and get two. Today I got the wrong burger entirely. Go to a different location if you like McDonald's. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could The woman who took my order last week called me a "jack- a word" when I asked for her to change the oil in the deep fryer before preparing my order of fries which I paid for. I kept insisting she do it because it would only take a moment, but she got ruder by the minute. Her supervisor( very obese) came out and told me in a polite manner that he could not do that at this time. I said that was fine. All I ask for is a little humanity! I believe the girl skimped out on my fries because there were significantly fewer than there normally are. I don't even bother going back in to complain because I was so spent for dealing with her. I have been thinking about it ever since. It grinds my gears how she thought it was okay to be rude to a paying customer! Don't support this location of an otherwise decent restaurant. read more

We came here looking for a quick bite but we were greeted by visibly upset workers who did not care about their jobs we ordered a cheese burger with no cheese but they still put cheese on it, when we went back and asked for a new one without cheese they messed it up again and added cheese again. We asked again for a new burger and they finally got it right after the disgruntled worker yelled at the guy on the grill. read more

There was a literal cockroach in my french fries. Im beyond disgusted and feel nauseous. I didn't even realize until I poured them out onto a plate and already ate half of the box. One roach usually means theres alot more in that kitchen. Would give negative stars if I could. read more

Stop by today (6/1/2024) And it was gross....tables were sticky, and not wiped down, I did ask and they did. No gloves were used to handle the food. We ordered through the kiosk, and food was just bad. The burgers we got was plastered with mayo...the patties itself looked burnt and had been sitting there for hours. It was just overall bad experience. Only good thing was my son had a great time on the indoor playset. Will not come back to this location. People who run this location need to do better. I dont eat fast food to much these days but I had to use the restroom! I figured I have not had there fries in forever so I ordered a happy meal :). Let me start by saying this place is immaculate! So clean. The women that just waited on me (I think she is the manager) was so polite and even made me giggle when she said I sometimes get the happy meal too! It's a McDonald's so the food is no surprise. The location is very convenient and this location has an indoor playground. I use the McDonald's app to place a mobile order for breakfast 2 to 3 times a week. The employees who bring my order to my vehicle always smile and have never seemed irritated by having to bring an order to a customer outside. I admit I have not gone inside to order so I cannot speak to the cleanliness indoors. The drive thru is an odd set up but manageable. I have experienced issues in the drive thru - delays when placing my order, not having the correct order when I pull up to the pay window or the pick up window. Not a horribly managed McD's but not exceptionally well run either. This is a bilingual McD's - Spanish and English. read more

This McDonald's is in a strip mall off Scarlett Road in Kennett Square. This is a pretty standard McDonald's with an up-to-date look. Service was a bit slipshod. They gave me a sauce different from what I requested for the McBites, but that is minor. read more

I live nearby and go to this store frequently, mostly because our kids like it. I take them to breakfast each about once per month. The service is extremely inconsistent. It seems as though the store is not managed well, but its really hard to get an idea of what is going on. Today...I entered the drive-through at 7am (Sunday morning). There was no one in the lane. I waited about 2 mins before someone took my order. Truly, they did not sound happy about it. I ordered a Frappe and 2 hashbrowns. Figured I'd be in and out in 2 mins. When I pulled around I saw one car still waiting to be served. FIVE mins go by and the car in front of my is served. FIVE minutes. Then, I pull up to the window. Its at least 1 minute before anyone come to the window. They come, I pay, 1 min, I get my coffee. then, I get a "we are just waiting on hash brows.". what?! You are waiting on hash browns?? Its 7am, breakfast time, shouldn't you have the friggin hash browns ready to go! I wait 2 more minutes for 2 hashbrowns (which were delicious). No apology, no nothing! Business as usual for the staff. All in all, 11 minutes later, I had a frappe and 2 hash browns. Other days, we get good service, but it seems that about 1 in 4 times, the service just stinks! read more

This place has recently gone from bad to downright awful. The food has for a long time been served cold and often the order is wrong. Unfortunately, I am now questioning how sanitary it is. The store is dirty, the tables smeared with sauce and salt, the trash containers overflowing. The drink station is littered with ketchup and other litter. Fire the entire management and employee staff covering lunch and start over! It's a mess inside and drive-thru. Constantly long waiting times at both as employees go at whatever pace they feel like. Take your business to Wendy's in KS instead. They seem to have management better organized to lead a team through high peak traffic times. read more

Awful service. Went in the drive thru this morning and the people behind me were having their order taken before me, so I complain to my family in the car saying that's insane, the MANAGER comes on the speaker saying "What did you just say?" And then when I asked if she'd take my order she didn't answer for another couple minutes until she huffed and puffed what do you want? Drove up to the window to get our food, she didn't even come to the window to say anything, we saw her just walking around inside or standing by the window with her arms crossed. FINALLY, she gives us our food with no more than "here you go" and a maybe a glance. Awful experience, we were there a good fifteen to twenty minutes. read more
