I noticed a couple of different policemen order at this food truck at a gun range/gun store parking lot and next to a police station. I will come back here to try the tacos on corn tortillas (my favorite) and the beef stew. Please tip the ladies well to encourage them to stay in business. Mexican food trucks are better than 99% of restaurants that I have been to in my area and they are very affordable.

I ordered the carnitas (roasted pork) huaraches. The pork was juicy, and the toppings fresh. This nice sized portion kept me full all day. I did not see a Diet Coke in the drink refrigerator. I got a bottled water (better for me). The gentleman behind the counter and the register lady were very friendly. Thank goodness I took Spanish in high school, because I use it at Mexican restaurants.
