I was able to communicate with the nice lady who took my order without me having to speak much Spanish. The huarache was on a homemade flour tortillas. The pork was flavored well, and everything tasted homemade. The atole was chocolate. I had lunch at the picnic tables behind the food truck. I noticed a couple of different policemen order at this food truck at a gun range/gun store parking lot and next to a police station. I will come back here to try the tacos on corn tortillas (my favorite) and the beef stew. Please tip the ladies well to encourage them to stay in business. Mexican food trucks are better than 99% of restaurants that I have been to in my area and they are very affordable.

The constant communication back and fourth was great. We were given a list of events to come and taste test at - he was very accommodating at the tasting aswell. The food is INCREDIBLE - everything we tried, we loved. The BBQ Mac is our favorite. Our wedding - they showed up, and showed out! They were wonderful. They made sure even through the chaos that we weren't forgotten about with food. All of our guests complimented us and it helps that the truck is also really a show piece. The sandwiches are tasty! Great bread, and tons of meat with a great smoke flavor. They don't sauce the meat, but do include sauce on the side. If you like it extra saucy, you might want to ask for extra. I understand their decision to leave it dry, though. There isn't really one true regional style of BBQ around here, so what sauce to go with could be tricky. I used a more NC style sauce that we had at home- we grabbed these to go. Their coleslaw had a nice peppery kick to it, which added some spice to the meat too. We all agreed if we saw the truck somewhere else, we'd make the trip out again. Good stuff!

My good friend Andy and I were early strong supporters when Quincy's Lobster Rolls set up their first area shop on Swedesford Road, Berwyn, and were sad when it closed. This year someone opened same franchise in Paoli, but the sandwiches had shrunken in length, were no longer stuffed to the gills with pure claw meat like before, and portions were notable smaller than what we remembered. Enter Cousins Maine Lobster Roll food truck of PA and Delaware, (found on Facebook under "cousins maine lobster delaware / pa" for days/locations, nearest to me Exton Mall, east side across lot from Boscov's parked next to the loop road around mall). They serve up exactly what I used to love about Quincy's (before they cheaper down their sandwiches with smaller rolls, smaller portions, and cot in a lot of lobster meat scraps not from the claw!) For just under $21 you get a 5" frankfurter roll(the proven best vehicle for lobster!) overstuffed with nothing but fresh, tender and delicious Maine lobster claw meat. They have a very broad and interesting menu that includes Clam Chowder, Lobster Bisque, lobster grilled cheese, lobster tots, lobster tacos, shrimp tacos, Lobster tail and Tots, Lobster Quesadilla, or you can set up your own make at home Lobster Roll Party with everything you need to serve one or two pounds of Lobster claw meet with everything you need! (THAT has "Super Bowl Party" written all over it, and how memorable will that be with your appreciative guests! ) Having the Maine Lobster roll today at the Exton Mall location for the food truck turned me into an instant strong fan, but also refreshed my memory of what I USED to get at the original Quincy's, to the point that I went back and revised my review (and score) for Quincy's Paoli! The flavors mixed with the fun colors of the truck and personalities of the owners provided a fantastic experience for my wife and I. The Cuban Fries stood out the most to me, for a few reasons. I am a French Fry fanatic - if you will. I will pretty much try them prepared in any fashion...Short Order's Fries were delicious in every way. It does surprise you with the plethora of colors it presents, but they all meld together deliciously for one happy mouth. From the combination of mustard and pickled red onions, meat (so much meat) and the sauces. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it! Additionally I was able to try a Chicken and a Pork Taco. Both very delicious and juicy. with the best combination of flavors. Not your typical taco. And fried cheese... wow... If you want to see your expectations get kicked out the window, then try their food, or hire them for your event! I'm glad I did!
