The pork was flavored well, and everything tasted homemade. The atole was chocolate. I had lunch at the picnic tables behind the food truck. I noticed a couple of different policemen order at this food truck at a gun range/gun store parking lot and next to a police station. I will come back here to try the tacos on corn tortillas (my favorite) and the beef stew. Please tip the ladies well to encourage them to stay in business. Mexican food trucks are better than 99% of restaurants that I have been to in my area and they are very affordable.

Unfortunately it was the only food truck available on that particular day and so we had no other options for lunch that afternoon. I went for a half rack of ribs and my wife went for a pulled pork sandwich. The ribs I had were among the worst - if not the very worst - I have had in my life. They were dry and entirely lacking in flavor. A saving grace was the sauces and I had to douse my ribs in sauce in order to have them. They were also tough enough that I had a hard time cutting it with the plastic knife and fork available at hand. My wife found her sandwich to be slightly better fortunately as the pulled pork itself was fine. However, as she notes, the sandwich did not have mayo or any other spread on it. What made matters worse was a gruff owner. As we were taking a few minutes to discuss things between ourselves, he suggested that we do a tasting at the winery, decide, and then come back and order. He wasn't outright rude but appeared impatient even though there was no else waiting behind us. I would have rather have him help us make a selection but that wasn't the case here. The icing on the cake is that none of the food is being cooked upon order. All of the items are pre-cooked and therefore, you get this food - which is not too hot or too tasty - served to you about 2 minutes after the order. And then to see the logo by the side of the truck - "Comfort food done right" is simply adding insult to injury.

My good friend Andy and I were early strong supporters when Quincy's Lobster Rolls set up their first area shop on Swedesford Road, Berwyn, and were sad when it closed. This year someone opened same franchise in Paoli, but the sandwiches had shrunken in length, were no longer stuffed to the gills with pure claw meat like before, and portions were notable smaller than what we remembered. Enter Cousins Maine Lobster Roll food truck of PA and Delaware, (found on Facebook under "cousins maine lobster delaware / pa" for days/locations, nearest to me Exton Mall, east side across lot from Boscov's parked next to the loop road around mall). They serve up exactly what I used to love about Quincy's (before they cheaper down their sandwiches with smaller rolls, smaller portions, and cot in a lot of lobster meat scraps not from the claw!) For just under $21 you get a 5" frankfurter roll(the proven best vehicle for lobster!) overstuffed with nothing but fresh, tender and delicious Maine lobster claw meat. They have a very broad and interesting menu that includes Clam Chowder, Lobster Bisque, lobster grilled cheese, lobster tots, lobster tacos, shrimp tacos, Lobster tail and Tots, Lobster Quesadilla, or you can set up your own make at home Lobster Roll Party with everything you need to serve one or two pounds of Lobster claw meet with everything you need! (THAT has "Super Bowl Party" written all over it, and how memorable will that be with your appreciative guests! ) Having the Maine Lobster roll today at the Exton Mall location for the food truck turned me into an instant strong fan, but also refreshed my memory of what I USED to get at the original Quincy's, to the point that I went back and revised my review (and score) for Quincy's Paoli!
