Ordered delivery, the connivence was a plus. Ribs were good, arrived plain, only bbq sauce, no toppings as described. Potato salad was so salty, sausage & hot links were very dry. The mac and cheese was very parmesan forward. I almost thought it was sour. I called to confirm which cheeses were used. Was told only parmesan and sharp cheddar. Hoping it was the parmesan we were tasting and not sour milk. Brisket wasn't terrible. Spent $130 would only order ribs & brisket again.

Wildwood BBQ catered our retirement celebration for a VP of our company. And it blew me away. I had to come here, and hubby and I loved this spot. The coleslaw was the star of my plate. Can't wait to come back again.

I must have passed by this place 50 times and never thought to stop in until I read an article that a top magazine voted their brisket sandwich the best sandwich in the state of NJ and I was compelled to stop and and try it. The place has a cool vibe and is owned by 2 Aussie childhood friends that have worked in/ran some top restaurants in Philadelphia and BBQ in Brooklyn. I ordered the newly famous brisket sandwich, the fried cauliflower with hot sauce, spices, and ranch dip and the smoked beets over tzatziki topped with pickled red onions, peppers, and dukkah (an Egyptian spice blend that is made with ground hazelnuts). The brisket sandwich was great and in line with some of the better barbecue spots I tried when in Texas. To say it's the best sandwich in the state is a stretch but for barbecue it is surely top notch. The beets and cauliflower were delicious. The sandwich and 2 sides came to a whopping $47 which I felt was very high, but hey this was a real treat. Next time I'll just order a "platter" where you choose a main and for $8 you can pick 2 sides and it also includes corn bread.

This really is an unreal restaurant. This was probably our 5th or 6th time coming here within the last 2 summers and it is never a disappointment. You really can't beat the fresh meat. The food always comes out super quick and it always has the same great flavor as we remember. A must try to add to your next Wildwood trip.

Small restaurant in northern Wildwoods. Appropriate sized menu so not to be overwhelming, but big enough to make you want to try several items. We shared a BBQ brisket sandwich, a side of beans (spicy beans, menu doesn't note this fact), and potato salad. Brisket sandwich was delicious! Potato salad had an interesting texture. My husband said chewy, I concur. Maybe from the skins? It needed to be colder and I couldn't put my finger on the flavor, herbs used. Looked like dill, but didn't taste like dill. Back to the beans, they are spicy, menu should state this for customers.

    Sausage. Insane. Get it. Now.

Super impressed. Had a lot of BBQ in my life and this is up on top. Brisket was good but the burnt ends and sausage were insane. Also, a great slaw. Mac n cheese was one of the best macs I've ever had as well. And then the pudding for dessert. Came back two days later to try even more. Cauliflower was SO good. Rivaled the meat dishes.

We were in Wildwood and listened to Yelp and They did not disappoint. The fries were amazing that I would go back for just them We placed an online order and it was almost ready when we arrived. Plenty of street parking. The inside decor is a bit different. All black with writing on the walls. Looks like a night hang out place. The staff was really friendly. The food was amazing Can't wait to go back.

All summer I anxiously awaited the opening of Wildwood BBQ, and this weekend I was finally able to try them out. Here's what I thought... - Seating - Outdoor seating only, picnic tables that can comfortably seat 6. - Food - AMAZING! I had the pulled pork, coleslaw, fries, cornbread, and mac and cheese. It was all delicious and cooked perfectly. - Availability - It's first come first serve! So if you want to try something specific, get there early or put in an order online. I learned my lesson when the brisket was not available - but that's just an excuse to dine here again. - Pricing - A bit high, but you're paying for the quality. - Payment - Cash and credit accepted Looking forward to having Wildwood BBQ as part of my favorite shore spots.

Hands down best bbq in wildwood and most likely cape may county. Owners are great people and they are bringing some excellent cuisine to wildwood. Def try the veggie sides like the beets or the omg amazing fried cauliflower. Coleslaw was excellent too. As for the proteins you will be hard pressed to find better smoked brisket in these parts. Ribs and sausage and hot dog excellent choices too. Looking forward to coming back

Awesome BBQ. Brisket is easily a top 3 I ever had! I am going to try all menu items before summer ends!

I ordered the BBQ pork nachos and my date ordered the buffalo chicken fries. We also shared a 1/2 pound of peel and eat shrimp and then ordered another 1/2 later on. The nachos were okay but I thought that the pork would have been like pulled BBQ with a BBQ sauce mixed in it. It was more like just pulled pork and kind of dry except for the cheese giving it some sauce to it. The Buffalo fries were okay but we really should have passed on them and not eaten so poorly. The shrimp were great and why we ordered more. I kind of wished that our server was nice and rung them in as a full pound instead of the 2 halves we ordered. It would have saved us $2.00. Oh well, what can you do? We had lots of food leftover but not the kind of food you take back to the hotel for later.

The portion was huge for $10. They were delicious. The shrimp cocktail was decent but $19 for 5 smaller shrimp? The pulled chicken sandwich was good and I enjoyed the bbq sauce. However, I would have preferred it was already mixed into the chicken to prevent it from being on the dry side. I love that they had live music. Overall, we liked it here and glad we came for lunch.

Finding PigDog can be a little tricky, so here is the scoop: you will need to walk through Morey's Piers all the way to the end, past the waterpark, and across a few scenic ramps until you arrive at this hidden oasis. The walk itself is part of the fun, with awesome views of the Ferris wheel and rides along the way. Just keep in mind, it can get crowded and noisy, so pups that are sensitive to hustle and bustle might need some extra care. Pig Dog is a seasonal tiki-style bar and restaurant where leashed, friendly dogs are welcome. Expect good vibes, ocean breezes, and plenty of American-style eats and drinks. There is even a dog menu and Brie was treated to ice cream (thanks, Madison!). The indoor area is spacious, fully covered, and has wind barriers for cooler days. Outside, you will find flat sandy ground that is easy to walk on, with extra seating, swings, and games right on the beach. It is the ultimate summer hangout, and even better during local summer, when the crowds thin and the temps are just right. Check them out on social media for the latest updates and schedule.
