I must say it was very tasty and for $8 you got a a nice sized soft bun packed with a good amount of meat. The pork was well cooked, it was very tender, juicy and had tremendous flavor-well balanced between smokiness and spice. The sauce they offered to go with it was ok, I prefer a vinegary sauce. The only slightly disappointing part of my sandwhich was that the bark had burned and it took away from the flavor somewhat when I encountered those bits. As an extra bonus they sold $5 containers of fresh squeezed lemonade that was quite refreshing.
